Outstanding Customer Service! If you are looking for a place to rent a car that will treat you right, help you find the best deal, and make renting a car super easy -- this location ROCKS! Honestly, I rent a lot of cars from Enterprise, and not all locations are created equal! 30 minutes before closing time, I called the closest Enterprise location because Costco had to order my replacement tires (thank you pot hole on the 210!)...I was heading out of town for the weekend to a festival in the desert and needed a car bad! I knew the rates were usually better online, but lucky for me I called and spoke to an amazing associate named Noemi R. She was the best! Not only did she work with me to find me the best price, when I arrived and was quoted. higher price, Noemi came out of a meeting and got me all set up at the price she told me on the phone! Way to go Enterprise. This may well become my new favorite Enterprise location in Van Nuys, we will see. I was more than completely satisfied, and I am super fussy!! Thanks again Noemi. Dr. W

I came here with grabbing a car rental since my car was in an accident. I called over the phone to make sure that they had a sedan, the girl assured me they had many. I headed over. I was there within 20 min. When I arrived the i met ant other gentlemen who told me they did it have any sedans available and only small SUVs. I was so upset since I had just spoke to the girl few minutes prior. I had to take what was available. I drove off and within 2 days I HATED the car I normally drive a Tesla. I called back and asked to bring it back I got back and again they didn't have a sedan. I spoke to hector who at first wasn't willing to help. I decided to escalate and finally gave me a an Audi and told me he he would give me the price of a no luxury vehicle. I left alright. Days later I had to swap out cus my insurance wasn't covering any longer. I came back to pick up a Camry. The girls who helped me made promises that weren't kept Left so upset I called hector . I arrived at home and check the back seat of the car it was filthy it had not been washed, there was forks in the trunk. I was livid this car was not sanitized!!! I called back and they offered to credit me for a car wash. Finally I came back today to drop off the car and spoke to angel everything that was promised was a lie , he stated he Jsut took over and there's nothing he could do. I told him he represented enterprise not himself. This is the worst company and lacks INTEGRITY

If I could write zero reviews for this location I would. I have rented from Enterprise for the last two years frequently I am a platinum tier member. I probably have a rental from Enterprise 20 days out of the month each month for work and when I say I have never seen them give me a car that was so horrible, and when I mentioned if I could get a different car, they told me nothing was available and instead of giving me a free upgrade they just said there was nothing available in the size I booked

My lovely loaner: a beautiful, mint-condition, 2021 Chevy Malibu. Enterprise West Van Nuys really knows how to treat a guy! :) A++

I seriously can't say enough good things about the team here. Although "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" is a large company, (the largest nat'l rental car company) I am a firm believer that it is the people - the ones on the front lines - who deserve all the credit. Full disclosure, I haven't needed to rent a car in over 16 years, but I will honestly tell you, that not only will I go to "Enterprise" for all my car rental needs, but I will SPECIFICALLY GO TO THIS LOCATION (6230 Sepulveda Blvd, West Van Nuys) when I do need to rent a car. I wouldn't even hesitate to let my friends know that this location is worth the trip. Long story short: Tesla Van Nuys needed to do some warranty repairs on my 2018 Model 3 Performance. They offered a courtesy shuttle to this Enterprise location. Erica was nothing short of phenomenal. From arranging the details to finalizing the agreement (taken care of by Tesla, of course), you can tell that customer service is a priority with her. She was very knowledgable, transparent, courteous, helpful, & friendly. When it came time to picking out my vehicle of choice - a lovely, mint-condition, practically brand new, 2021 Chevy Malibu, Luis was a godsend. His enthusiasm & eagerness to help should not go unnoticed. Not to mention, his professionalism was outstanding in his demeanor & sharply-dressed suit. The guy is on-top of his game! Not long after driving the car off the lot, I received a very warm text from management of this company that pretty much informed me that they are happy to do anything that they can if I needed anything else. All my texts were promptly answered in the most comprehensive manner & I for one appreciate that very much. The return process was a breeze. No issues, no run-arounds, no headaches. Simple. No unnecessary time wasted. Just the way I like it. Thank you for that! I would go to this location 1,000,000 times over, even though I do not live in the area. This location's service is 2nd to none & that is b/c of the team. In all honesty, the world would be a much better place with people like Erica & Luis. Businesses would be thriving due to their uncompromising dedication to help others. If the supervisors, managers, & higher-ups are reading this, please, please recognize these two stellar individuals, acknowledge their value as assets to your company, & reward their unparalleled efforts & commitment to helping & serving your customers. They are truly what makes this place of business stand-out & I think it would be Enterprise's loss without these spectacular individuals. Customers like me choose & return to places of business b/c of people like Erica & Luis. When you have worked customer service & realize what it takes to do it & do it right, you tend to notice when others do a solid job & Erica & Luis knocked it out of the park. They both have the absolute perfect blend of professionalism & hospitality needed for businesses like Enterprise to thrive & remain #1 . Thank you so much guys!!!

After going to the enterprise on Roscoe and Sepulveda, horrible, horrible experience, I came to hector at Sepulveda and victory enterprise, and Hector at assistant manager was very helpful and took care of us here. Hopefully we can get better. Customer representative like Hector himself and teach the rest of the employees to take care of the customers needs better than the person name Eric one located on Roscoe on Sepulveda was horrendous worst customer service that could be ever be represented by business. so props to Hector here at 6230 Sepulveda took care of us. Got us a car. That's why I gave him a five star review for his great customer service. Thanks again Hector assistant manager.

Don't go here!!!…read more As mentioned in my previous review about the Sherman Oaks Enterprise I went to last time that didn't have any cars, I had to come here to the Van Nuys Enterprise and get my car because they actually have available cars on their lot. So when my Porsche was involved in a hit and run on Valentine's Day, I decided to come straight to this location and rent my car. Everything started off well--They picked me up, brought me to their location, and rented the car to me. The man who helped me was very nice and I enjoyed his work. They don't have luxury cars here, so I wasn't going to get anything comparable to my Porsche. They did have a Camry so I asked for that. It looked like it had just been dropped off by another customer dirty inside and out. I told the man helping me and he had it sprayed down. Car was pretty basic, had scratches, dents and looked like a previous driver had run into something with the front bumper. I paid almost $500 upfront because I had no idea when my Porsche would be out of the shop. A week goes by and the manager Christian Aguilar is calling me asking when I'm brining the car back and that my card wasn't working and they need to escalate it to the risk department. Risk department??? When you charge an Amex card over and over it thinks it's fraud and won't let the charge go through. Also the $500 I paid covered more than a week so why am I being sent to the risk department? I called them immediately and told them that I had already paid and that I am also waiting for my insurance to take over payments because it was a hit and run. I told Christian I was in talks with my insurance on how to proceed and he said ok. The next day I'm getting emails and letters from the risk department saying this car is now considered stolen and they are getting police involved. I was in constant communication with Christian and he knew exactly what I was going through. I even tried to give them another card over the phone and they said I had to come in and do so while I'm battling COVID all week. Luckily my Porsche was delivered to me last night and I drove that busted Camry to an Enterprise drop off lot in Encino. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. And to think my last experience was bad enough at the other branch and someone from the Enterprise team reached out to me to ask what happened via email. When I told them, I never heard back...Not a call, not a discount for next visit, nothing! Needless to say I will not be using Enterprise anymore, at least not in this area. They don't know how to treat their customers who are already dealing with the stress of having their car damaged from a hit and run driver and dealing with insurance etc. Renting a car should be a breeze but Enterprise has shown that they do not care about you and just want your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I booked my Budget truck the night before, and first thing in the morning, I got a call from Kurt. He was honest--he didn't have a truck on-site yet but told me he was working on it and would keep me updated. The truck ended up arriving about an hour late, but honestly, I didn't even care. His communication was clear, and his energy made all the difference. I also asked if he knew any movers or someone who could help me get the truck to my storage unit. He casually gave me a few solid recommendations, and one of them worked out perfectly (I'll leave them a separate review). But here's the thing--this wasn't just a truck rental. I walked into that office thinking I was fine, just going through the motions of a move after a breakup. But something about that interaction... it hit me. I ended up opening up to Kurt about my year in LA, how I packed up my life to travel with my partner, and came back almost five months later--alone and heartbroken. Saying it out loud made everything feel real, and I started to cry. Kurt didn't flinch. He didn't have tissues, so he handed me a microfiber towel from a clean pack. I still have it. That small, kind gesture meant the world. He was present, kind, and just so human. We bonded over travel stories, and it reminded me that there are still good people out there who genuinely care. As for the rental itself: Budget ended up being more affordable than U-Haul for my one-way move from LA to Vegas. I also appreciated having three full days with the truck included in the price--U-Haul charges extra for that. Heads-up: if you don't refill the gas tank to the original level, they'll charge $10 per gallon, so be sure to top it off yourself. One hiccup: the check engine light was on. My dad, who's experienced with trucks, was concerned. Kurt explained it had to do with a stolen catalytic converter triggering the light and that the truck was still okay to drive. My dad said it struggled a bit going uphill, but we made it safely--and that's what matters. When we dropped off the truck in Vegas, Alvin at the return location was also super friendly and helpful. We showed him a photo of the fuel level from pickup (it wasn't quite full), and instead of being rigid, he worked with us and waived any issue. That kind of trust goes a long way. All in all, what could have been a stressful and emotional day ended up feeling light and supported. Kurt made a real difference, and I'm so grateful I crossed paths with him.
