    Don't rent your car here. They pull a stunt on the pre-existing dents and hold you responsible upon return of the vehicle. Document and take video of EVERY SMALL DENT and have them state it in the report or you'd be asked to pay for them upon return of the vehicle. I've already reported the employee misconduct at this location but don't like for any other client to fall for this before the regional manager takes the necessary action about this location.

    Amazing Experience both Renting and Returning! Needed a van, couldn't find one online, so I called Enterprise on Oxnard 5 minutes before they closed - thought for sure I would get a recording. Much to my surprise Erica (cheerful and super helpful btw!) answered the phone and within a minute or two I had a van, then before she said good bye, she said "I got you covered - I will take care of you!" "I will see you in the morning!".... I arrived unsure but hopeful, and YES, Erica did deliver on her promise in every way. I had a van, a great price, and was good to go in no time flat. She even took the time to measure out the cargo space in the van just to make sure the item I was picking up would fit easily and without a problem. She even had all of the seats folded flat before I left just to make it even easier for me. Returning the van was just as easy! Rey(also very cheerful and helpful) remembered me and was quick to resolve a few issues I was concerned about. It was nice that Rey was able to take ownership of my issue, and had the authority to handle it right then. He reviewed the charges and there were NO surprises and the total was exactly what Erica had said it would be. Thank you Enterprise, Erica, and Rey for making this an awesome, stress free experience!!

    Tried to rent a car and they said I had a $30 outstanding balance from five years ago. Total disclaimer: that's possible as when I returned a rental, the agent said it didn't have enough gas and I told them "when I got the car, it didn't have a full tank". Hence: they charged me $30. I'm willing to pay it, so the rep provided a phone number to me (because they won't take the payment) and ten mins later, I'm sitting here, on hold and no car.

    I'm holding up the marker they use to asses damage next to the  claimed dents . scam tryin to get kickbacks from the auto shops

    This is a continuation of my review . Do NOT rent from this branch. I believe they have relationships with the auto body shops their and probably get some sort of kickback. The manager Liz claims damage , without using the market they are supposed to carry around with them to assess the damage, then when you ask to see if and use it on there and proves it is a dent within acceptable limits tried to show some other non existent damage. If you have a problem DO NOT email the people that respond to your review call in . The people that email you are not very smart and don't actually read the review . As I stated in my previous reviewI am waiting for a regional manager to contact me . As per me CALLING enterprise customer yesterday he said to wait until the regional manager contacts me and go from there. The not very smart people at care@enterprise.com read my whole review and look at my picture which all claim no damage and sends it over to damage recovery who is now telling me to report it to my insurance company. I will not report it to my insurance company and I actually wanted a call and someone out there for this tiny dent that you can't even see ! But Nooo they don't actually read the review . What a joke of customer care, a joke of management at the branch they have damage claim contact me at 1130 at night but I still haven't heard from the regional manager . Nope instead they want to make sure they scam you out of money .

    I was returning a rented car. They were VERY fast and everyone was friendly. Then they gave me a ride. I'll be back.

I booked my Budget truck the night before, and first thing in the morning, I got a call from Kurt. He was honest--he didn't have a truck on-site yet but told me he was working on it and would keep me updated. The truck ended up arriving about an hour late, but honestly, I didn't even care. His communication was clear, and his energy made all the difference. I also asked if he knew any movers or someone who could help me get the truck to my storage unit. He casually gave me a few solid recommendations, and one of them worked out perfectly (I'll leave them a separate review). But here's the thing--this wasn't just a truck rental. I walked into that office thinking I was fine, just going through the motions of a move after a breakup. But something about that interaction... it hit me. I ended up opening up to Kurt about my year in LA, how I packed up my life to travel with my partner, and came back almost five months later--alone and heartbroken. Saying it out loud made everything feel real, and I started to cry. Kurt didn't flinch. He didn't have tissues, so he handed me a microfiber towel from a clean pack. I still have it. That small, kind gesture meant the world. He was present, kind, and just so human. We bonded over travel stories, and it reminded me that there are still good people out there who genuinely care. As for the rental itself: Budget ended up being more affordable than U-Haul for my one-way move from LA to Vegas. I also appreciated having three full days with the truck included in the price--U-Haul charges extra for that. Heads-up: if you don't refill the gas tank to the original level, they'll charge $10 per gallon, so be sure to top it off yourself. One hiccup: the check engine light was on. My dad, who's experienced with trucks, was concerned. Kurt explained it had to do with a stolen catalytic converter triggering the light and that the truck was still okay to drive. My dad said it struggled a bit going uphill, but we made it safely--and that's what matters. When we dropped off the truck in Vegas, Alvin at the return location was also super friendly and helpful. We showed him a photo of the fuel level from pickup (it wasn't quite full), and instead of being rigid, he worked with us and waived any issue. That kind of trust goes a long way. All in all, what could have been a stressful and emotional day ended up feeling light and supported. Kurt made a real difference, and I'm so grateful I crossed paths with him.
