I recently had my car in the shop through insurance. They picked me up and gave me a very nice car. All the staff are very nice. The girl who helped me was amazing. Sadly the cap for me was $35 a day and the car with tax was $36.98 so since it went over and I unfortunately had to have the car for the full 30 days it cost me $230 and change. So my advice is raise your rental amount with your insurance and make sure the price is not over the amount and if they give you the tank full bring it back tank full to save you money there too.! read more

2 employees working and lobby full of customers on a Saturday. No drop box. Hour wait to drop off a car. Unacceptable.

Amazing experience by Edwin. He helped take care of me and my needs. The car was clean and reliable for my renting duration. He was friendly and helped me with my questions. read more

They have the worst customer service. be aware that they have hidden fees that they don't disclose. They take it out of your deposit. They also are rude and had us waiting almost 2 hours to get a car even though we had an appointment. read more

Best rental car experience in over 50 years on Earth. Haydee showed compassion, professionalism and authentic care in assisting me with my rental after an accident. Has EVER a rental agent asked before anything: "are you ok? that's what matters most!". Her heart was authentic and her assistance was without flaw. I also had help with Ali, Edwin and Marcus who show what a true team is able to accomplish. I will make sure my family and friends ONLY go to this Enterprise location if and when a rental is ever needed. Best in show! Thank you TEAM ENTERPRISE! read more

I was disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone from Enterprise. The representative's tone felt dismissive, she repeatedly said "mhm" while I was speaking, and she laughed during the conversation. It made the call feel unprofessional and rude. I expected better customer service from a company like Enterprise. read more

I needed a rental car for a few days; my car was in the shop. Enterprise was very accommodating & very professional! Great service! I want to give a shout out to Will! I am very happy with the rental car. I expected a tiny car. They gave me a Nissan 4 doors sedan. The prices were very reasonable. I have been an Enterprise customers for many decades & will continued to do so! Always a great experience! Omg! Just now Will even offered to give me a ride! Amazing service! read more

High pressure sell to buy their rental car insurance when renting a car there. Three attempts, I say no, no, no...my insurance covers me. Then comes, if you don't get our insurance, we will need to see your car insurance policy number and he started asking me about my deductibles. It is amazing how when I wouldn't sign the contract until I found it as requested, and time kept ticking by, the requirement went away as if by magic. I have never had any car rental place ask me for my insurance policy number and quiz me about deductibles when renting a car. read more

About 2.5 years ago, I had a challenging experience at this Enterprise location. However, since new management took over last year, my interactions have been consistently positive. They provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable vehicle, which has been crucial during insurance claims. Moving forward, I would confidently choose them for any future rental needs. Iain, the supervisor, has been particularly outstanding, coordinating effectively with my body shop technician to streamline the entire process. I simply get picked up from the shop by an Enterprise team member, which then shows me the options I requested, and with minutes, I'm back on the road. Satisfied customer!!! read more

My bf rented the car to drive to Vegas for a big occasion and the key to unlock the door ended up dying so we couldn't open the car door cause it had to have a "connection" to the car to start. So we called and waited a while to get help and stuff and wasted half our day. But in the end of it all they refunded us which was a nice gesture read more

I noticed that the reviews from this location vary, but I have never had an issue here. When my car was in the shop, the helped me out. Even let me return to another location closer to the auto repair place. I have been using Enterprise for over 10 years and they have never steered me wrong. Will be using them again. Thanks for everything today Iain McLaren! read more

BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. We bought a Toyota Tacoma in August, we received all the documentation stating that the truck was in good condition. In September, we washed the truck, and realized there was deep rust in the truck. We were told that this fix would be a couple thousands. I immediately contacted Enterprise and was often told by multiple managers that I would get a response a day after. Not once did they call back. I called and called until I finally got in contact with REYNA BREWER. She said she would get this issue resolved. Well, she ended up saying that I had to go to Toyota and have them fix it. Toyota said that Enterprise had to pay because they sold it like that. Well now, Reyna refuses to answer or return my text messages. Super unprofessional and bad customer service. Please avoid this location at ALL COSTS. read more

They made the process so easy, as they contract directly with my insurance. They made sure the size of vehicle I needed was available, and were very friendly at pickup and dropoff. Drop-off was unbelievably easy, I was out in less than 3 minutes. *PSA* please be kind to those in the service industry. They are under appreciated and yet invaluable. One bad experience, and some are quick to write a scathing one star review. Be compassionate- the person next to you at any given moment may be just barely holding it together that day. read more

If you rent your car 5 minutes before they close and return it 5 minutes after they open you are charged for two full days. That sure sounds excessive to me. On the other hand, the personnel are quite friendly and helpful in selecting a vehicle. read more

Make sure you always check the receipt. They charge your insurance one price and a higher price out of their customers' pockets. And they "can't see the receipt " on their end. *eye roll So if you want to fight them on it, you have TO GO INSIDE and show them the receipt. read more

BEWARE BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. They charge whatever card they have on file when you first go in to rent a car. They charged my card an amount that was NOT AUTHORIZED BY me!! And when I called them to ask why why they would do that. He was like " oh well it was in file and they will return your money" SO UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE that they did not call before making this transaction on my card. The guy on the phone was not sympathetic and did not care how I was feeling about it. Overall very upset about this experience will NEVER BE coming back here. GO ELSEWHERE TO RENT OR BUY AT A DIFFERENT PLACE!!! read more

Eric and Jocelyn from Enterprise Reseda need commendation. As a Dr I understand that sometimes things don't go as smooth as expected, I part exchanged my 25 year old Jaguar for a good price, and bought a Dodge Challenger. After taking it for a test drive I fell in love with the car, however I noted some noise coming from under the car, I took it to get it fixed under the warrantee and they covered the cost, the car now drives like new. Reading some of these reviews, I feel like some people want a miracle car, something for nothing. In my opinion inevitably, there will be some wear and tear from an ex rental, but deep clean it, take it for a drive identify anything wrong, and then get it booked in to have it fixed. I'm so happy with the car now, I will be back for another for my wife in a couple years time. Well done Enterprise, Greg read more

Recently purchased a car with the help of Ana and Lior, can't forget Dale. Before the purchase I had a rental which Tony helped me with. Everyone is very helpful and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Mercury, rented me a car for ten days while my wife cars was getting body work done from the accident it was in. The overall, experience was excellent. I came in, and then they check my reservation which Mercury had setup for me, and within minutes I was in a car I got to choose from there wide selection of rental cars in my rental car budget for my policy. They clean and sanitize each car after you return it and before they release it to another customer there to make sure they are doing there part in keeping up with the safety protocols for their employees and customers during the pandemic. I honestly prefer Enterprise 100% over Hertz rental car. Enterprise always has top notch customer service in my opinion. Thanks guys. read more

Everything is pretty unless you have mechanical problems and they turned their back around to ignore you.

Isabel was so helpful. She was fast, friendly and great at her job. She deserves a raise. Would definitely come back just for her.

I rented a car from through insurance. Its been over a week and have not received my deposit back. I have escalated calling corporate. Corporate says the Reseda Location needs to close it and finish paperwork. I call Reseda and they try cut you off and say it will be 2-3 days. I have to say "listen linda" its been more than a week. Then they get the Oh moment let me put you on hold, I have a customer. Finally they come back and take a look into the account and see their is something going on. They put you on hold for another 10min to wait for manager. Last time I check time is not free. read more

These people are crooks! I was a faithful Enterprise customer for over ten years, using their service at least twice a month when I traveled for business. I always thought I was using the best company for rental cars. But when covid hit a few years ago and I cut back on travel I only used them for personal reasons. Recently, I rented a car long term from them while I looked for another car when mine suddenly died. I hate when the sales rep asks about insurance because I never buy it and they usually push it. But this time it never came up. Then, a few weeks later I saw that it had been added to my bill every week. Not just insurance , but Roadside Assistance. I have AAA, so that was just a waste. The insurance was $21. a day and costing me half of what the car cost. I immediately told them I didn't ask for insurance and to refund it. Unbelievably, they said I did ask for it and refused to refund it. I called Enterprise Customer Service. I couldn't believe when THEY said I couldn't get a refund. Whatever happened to"The customer is always right??" I decided to see when else this had happened and requested my old invoices from Enterprise. They added insurance AND roadside assistance to every one! Instead of putting my deposit back on my credit card, they used it to pay for insurance. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. They are crooks. I did some research online and found there's a website to help file lawsuits against them because they are known for overcharging customers. Stay away from them. read more

Love how nice and easy the transaction is!!! Look for Jocelyn Garcia!!! She's been very helpful in getting us the car!

I was having so much trouble getting a dealer to get me car for a week . I was an emotional wreck ! One day I was sitting at the park and looked up and saw the enterprise sign from the park . I didn't think to call because I though they only rented cars . I called and Marcelo answered , I explained my situation & he told me to come in and he would make sure I left with a car . Marcelo made me feel comfortable and hopeful and was very friendly and supportive as well as the rest of the staff . I got approved for my car and was so happy I couldn't believe it . I appreciate the staff and am very grateful for Marcelo ! I give them a 10/10 & will 100% recommend .. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Reseda, California

I rented a vehicle for a 4 day trip and drove from LA to SF and back. I was informed of the details behind any signatures and we walked through the car together upon pickup and drop off. I'll certainly come back to this location. read more

I live right next to the Encino location and I won't even go there!! Reseda is the better location I've rented from many enterprise locations over the years and customer service here is incredible. I had the pleasure of being helped by Briana and all I can say is that woman seriously deserves a raise. I had called with a general question and she helped me through the whole process, she knew I was pretty frazzled by my car getting broken into and she was so amazing. She helped me and calmed me down and that was so beyond her job requirement that I oh so appreciated her. Enterprise please, hold onto her tightly because it's rare to find extremely helpful people like her. Thank you so so so much Briana read more
