Juan Santos and his crew did an excellent job cleaning, sanitizing, and rodent proofing our crawl space back in 2023. So, we decided to contact him for cleaning the attic this year. I called him on Monday morning, he came in the afternoon, then sent the estimate by Monday evening. We accepted and approved his proposal; his crew came on Saturday. They cleaned our attic, sanitized, rodent proofed, and then installed batting insulation. Juan Santos, the owner, is polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. And his crew did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. They worked hard and long hours to complete the job on a very hot day. We highly recommend American Attic for their great service and professionalism. read more

American Attic crew did an excellent job to clean and remove the original attic insulation and installing the new insulation according to new code. We already feel the difference especially the upstairs and hope to save in the utility bills. Also included in the job was cleaning, sanitizing and rodent proofing both the attic and the crawl space which was inundated with rodent droppings over the years. Juan Santos, the owner, is a true professional and offered a very fair and competitive price for the job compared to several estimates we had received and was extremely cooperative in addressing any concerns we had. . We're particularly impressed by the crew who worked hard and long hours to complete the job. We highly recommend American Attic to anyone looking to update the insulation in their home read more

American Attic helped me insulate my crawlspace and they did a great job. They were recommended by a friend who also had a great experience with them. I've had to go in the crawlspace a few times and have been able to personally check the installation, it was properly done. Great service, very punctual and also kept our place clean. Can easily recommend them. read more

I called this week for help removing blow-in (it is Wednesday). The guys came on time and worked well. They allowed me to follow behind and remove the knob and tube. Everything looks great! They cleaned up behind themselves as well and gave insight into the next steps for my project. I highly recommend this business. read more

This review is long overdue. We first contacted Juan and team January of 2021 after 2 squirrels broke into our attic and made a nest. I could not sleep for weeks because of the all the noise they were making in the vents. Juan came and his team did an amazing job. They were responsive, professional, and took great care in ensuring that all entry points were closed. Fast forward to October 2021 - a new squirrel moved in. The work done prior had kept them away from the attic however, the new nest was actually outside between the shingles. Juan and crew were called once more and he sealed off the external entryway. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain how, why, and what his team needs to fix our problem. I can sleep in peace now! Thank you so much! read more

I called American Attic for a wall insulation task after other contractors frustrated me several times. I was hearing noise from my neighbor as if there was no wall between us. American Attic visited and gave me an affordable quote. At the time we agreed, professionals arrived on time with everything needed and promptly filled inside the dry walls with blown-in cellulose. They are meticulous and careful with the work they do. They got the job done perfectly in half a day. Once the job is finished, they cleaned everything and left the house as if nothing changed. I Have to say American Attic is a Top Notch Company the crew worked extremally hard to get the job done no short cuts on a hot summer day I had a lot of stuff stored up there in my attic they took every thing down got rid of the stuff I didn't want toke out all old insulation laid down new insulation but before doing that clean up all rat droppings sanitized all areas closed all entry ways that No rodents will get back in again. We recently bought a house and the inspection showed some a rodent issue in the attic and the air ducts where getting rust (attaching some photos to show how it looked when we received the house). My realtor recommended America Attic to deal with these issues and I have to say I cannot be happier about her recommendation, from the moment I called them to set up the appointment, I was able to witnessed their amazing customer service, Juan (owner) showed up on time in every appointment we had, he gave me a thorough explanation (with photos as evidence) of everything he found, finally the quote was amazing. The work consisted cleaning up the attic, rodent proofing the house, changing the insulation and changing air ducts. The work was done well and on time, American Attic crew is very hard-working and professional, they were even nice enough to space their dates to do their work because another company was doing fumigation and Juan recommended me to do the attic clean up and replace insulation after the fumigation was done. Overall I was very satisfied with the work they did and I am very happy to recommend American Attic for anyone who wants having any of the issues I experienced on my newly acquired house. read more

I had a raccoon break into my attic to deliver her babies. Juan gave me an estimate promptly after checking my attic and also secured the area on my roof where the raccoon tried to break in a third time and did not charge me. He also suggested bird spikes along my roof line. His team was here today and completed an attic clean up, application of new insulation, and bird spikes on my back roofline. They were here 6 hours and did an excellent job with the clean up, new insulation and mounting of the bird spikes. They secured and taped off the hallway, den, kitchen and bedroom and were efficient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Juan and his team. read more

I would highly recommend American Attic to all my friends and family members. Juan ( the owner of the company) set up an appointment with us to inspect the attic and crawl space for cleanup, insulation removal and install new insulation. He was highly professional and punctual. He gave us a very competitive price and the job was very well done by his employees. After the job was done, the guys didn't want to leave the house without us checking the job they performed. Thank you Juan and team! read more

In my opinion American Attic is the best. The outstanding service provided by Juan Santos, business owner of American Attic is commendable. Last year we had rodent issue inside our attic and the HVAC didn't seem to work well either. However, after replacing the attic insulation and rodent proofing, it made tremendous difference in the functioning of the HVAC system as well. However, a rodent found its way in to the attic again after almost a year later. When contacted Juan, Juan responded to my call instantly and in spite of his busy schedule Juan came the very next day and inspected and took care of the rodent's new entry points and advised us on what measures to take in rodent prevention. Juan is highly professional, has vast experience, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful team. He really cares about his clients. I highly recommend American Attic. read more

We had service in our crawl space done. They were very efficient. Responded to our requests quickly and did a wonderful job, even adding in extra work to repair the broken entrance to the crawl space. They also used a pet friendly sanitizer for the crawl space. read more

Just amazing service! Have had them come out twice, once for a very difficult duct replacement job and back to do the insulation in the attic. They operate like companies used to be - fair price, good work, stand behind their work, care about the customer. Recommend them without hesitation. Juan even came back months later after I contacted him suspecting a leak. No actual problems, just my old house. Superb!! read more

I had hired another company (Attic Pros) and they were so awful, I had to fire them before the job was done. I called American Attic and the owner was at my house the next day to give me a quote. He gave me a better deal than the first company, was super responsive, and went above and beyond (even going to Home Depot to get wood for something custom when I asked about making a last-minute change). I'm so glad I hired this company and gladly give them my recommendation (and my first ever Yelp review!!). read more

Let me just tell you that America Attic was fabulous. The attic in the home we just purchased was absolutely horrible and they didn't even flinch. When we had the first consultation I loved how honest they were and after crawling into the attic they even airdropped some pictures to me since I had not been able to actually crawl in there. The day of the service they showed up on time and the job turned out to be more than they thought but they did not change their original quote. They even stayed late to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with and I even appreciate that they came back a few days later when I had a left over pest to deal with. I would 10/10 recommended. read more

We needed a moisture barrier for our crawlspace and reached out to American attic to address. Juan, the owner, was very responsive and came out that same day to inspect the space. He took extensive measurements and was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed, and got us a quote on the very same day. The turnaround time was impressive. His team was able to come out within a week of the quote and get everything sealed off. His team was on time and very professional. They covered up some extra exposed area directly under our porch that didn't necessarily require a barrier and wasn't included in the quote, but when I expressed some discomfort, Juan came out and inspected and while he assured me it wouldn't need a barrier, he still had his team seal it up anyway at no extra cost, just to ensure my comfort. Additionally, they went out of their way to remove and replace some of the insulation that was falling apart under there. They cleaned up behind themselves and hauled away any bulky debris. Overall, I had a great experience with them, and they have my highest recommendation. read more

American attick is truly an amazing company. I was in a time crunch and searching for someone to remove the insulation from my attick & crawl space, and duct work also from crawl space. (We bought a home that was destroyed by rodents.) They came out and spent over an hour inspecting the home, took photos of what needed to be done. And scheduled us in on the weekend because they were booked week days. They took photos of the work before and after and it was amazing. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing this work done. read more

Juan was very responsive during the bidding process and convinced me to go with batts which was the right decision for our attic. His price was the lowest of the three bids and he was able to do the work on the following Saturday. The crew was very careful to cover everything inside the house where necessary with plastic. They did an exceptional job of fitting and placing the batts in the irregular spaces and were finished at lunchtime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more
