I could not sleep for weeks because of the all the noise they were making in the vents. Juan came and his team did an amazing job. We needed a moisture barrier for our crawlspace and reached out to American attic to address. Juan, the owner, was very responsive and came out that same day to inspect the space. He took extensive measurements and was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed, and got us a quote on the very same day. The turnaround time was impressive. His team was able to come out within a week of the quote and get everything sealed off. His team was on time and very professional. They covered up some extra exposed area directly under our porch that didn't necessarily require a barrier and wasn't included in the quote, but when I expressed some discomfort, Juan came out and inspected and while he assured me it wouldn't need a barrier, he still had his team seal it up anyway at no extra cost, just to ensure my comfort.
