My godsons and I were big fans over the past two years--so much so that they assumed all chain theatres included in-seat food delivery. The chicken finger platter was tasty and well-made. No longer. I was there last week with them, and we were so disappointed. There is no more in-seat food service. The good options are drastically reduced and are no better than what you can get from the supermarket's snacks section at a fraction of the cost. The theatre was dirtier, and there were fewer staff. I am sticking with Showcase Legacy or the AMC at South Bay or Assembly Row. So long, Framingham. Reclining seats aren't even reliable. read more

This is my go to cinema when I stay in the Boston area because the theaters are pretty updated and the seats are plushy and comfortable. The sound and picture quality is also great. I watched Avatar last night in their brand new prime theater (it was in 3D) and it was a spectacular experience. The seats are a little bigger and plushier and the sound quality is even higher quality. The 3D really made it a fully immersive experience. The employees working there were really friendly and they moved through the concessions lines quickly. Parking is so easy in their giant free lot in front. It's conveniently located to the Natick Mall and Shopper's World, if you have the need to shop before or after your film! read more

" Lacks Luster" The staff at this place is pretty nice . Very patient, informative and helpful . However the place is dirty and run down inside . The walls are dirty . They are screaming for a paint job . Plus also dirty , eww. The floors aka carpet are dirty and covered in popcorn . The bathrooms are dirty . You know how mom use to say " clean your room it's a pig pen ". Well " clean this movie theater up , it's a pig pen ". I couldn't believe my eyes of how dirty this was . The food is expensive. I went to this theatre aftet a year or so and was so surprised to see how slow the Dine in service is then to make matters worse: 1. They served a milkshake without a lid to my mother in a dark theatre. Poor woman dropped half the contents on herself not realizing that she was given a drink without a lid. Also, they don't give napkins, so I had to run out to grab them. 2. When we were leaving, I saw a rat run across the lobby floor towards the kitchen. I let the customer service desk representative know but she just looked at me with a blank face. They keep the popcorn maker open, I don't want to think about what might be getting in. read more

Ahhh going to the movies. The greatest outing known to man. This location is right next to the Natick Mall and even still, it's got a massive parking lot out front..just for the theater! No need to build-in any extra arrival time to figure out where to park. You're all set. Over the past couple of years, I've loved seeing the action at movie theaters come back to life. I've been going to this theater since I was a kid, and there was a solid period of time where there was 1 person working the entire concession stand, and 1 person working the ticket check-in. That's it. That never really bothered me because I love going to the movies, but the theaters seemed to lack energy and excitement with not many movie-goers in the lobby, not much staff on-site, many concession stands with all their lights completely turned off to indicate closure, etc. I most recently went and saw Barbie and was thrilled to see the lobby full of movie-goers, multiple staff greeting us at the ticket check-in, and 3 people working behind the concessions. Ahhh the joys of movie theaters poppin off like popcorn. The chairs here are comfortable recliners, without having to pay the superlux megabux. Never again. Went to see the Springsteen movie. The show time posted was 12:30pm. At 12:40 I went out to ask why the movie hadn't started. I was told the movie did not start until 1:00pm. I then asked, so there is 30 minutes of commercials before the movie actually starts, which they confirmed. I was told most theaters do the same thing. First, picked Dine In instead of 3D because I wanted to surprise the family with dinner and a movie. The pictures I found online didn't match up. No tables at "dine in" shows, I had to complain (because we walked in, our seats were covered in popcorn and no tables), so they give you trays that plug into the cup holders. But you have to ask, otherwise they expect you eat off your lap! Really? The design of the trays and the position of the seats make it difficult to comfortably eat over your plate. I spent $70 on tickets, and then another $116 on food for a family of 4! 4 regular fountain drinks were $30! I'm so sick of entertainment venues like amusement parks, theaters, fairs and carnivals, etc. price gouging. Food was good, and drinks weren't watered down, but this isn't a $100 meal. The 4 of us can eat at Olive Garden for this much. Probably do that and go to our local AMC in Tyngsboroug next time, they're cleaner. read more

The seats are always broken. We report them but they don't get fixed. Super uncomfortable sitting at an angle the whole time. The bathrooms aren't clean. The site has all kinds of problems and glitches where movies you didn't reserve show up in your reservations and then when you click on them to cancel, they show a movie you saw days ago. I love the idea of a-list but I have clean bathrooms and comfortable chairs at home with movies that are free. read more

This is a solid movie theater. Lots of showtimes and easy to get a ticket online. It gets really crowded during peak times like weekends. They serve food to your seat which is cool. I've never had it though. The reclining seats are not as comfortable as other theaters I've been to like cinema de lux in legacy place for example. I found they didn't recline back enough and was a bit uncomfortable. read more

terrible experience! we arrived to discover they had no popcorn. a standard for movie entertainment as far as I'm concerned. they had a limited menu available, the clerk said they were out of everything and the pop machine was broken. the drink machine only oferred a few drink selections, most were unavailable. and to top that, the place was filthy, trash strewn about and just dirty. sad, because I have found amc usually pretty decent. it seems they no longer care about customers care. read more

The entire theatre is a dump. The women's bathroom was probably by far the most disgusting place I've stepped foot in. There was a strong unpleasant smell of feces in every stall. There was a toilet entirely clogged with poop water all over the bathroom floor. I took my 7 year old to watch Moana 2 and I almost considered driving across the street to the mall and to use the bathrooms there. That's how unsanitary it was. In general I find the customer service poor at the Framingham AMC. The theater had to be evacuated this evening because of a fire alarm going off. Everyone evacuated and stood outside for 30 minutes. They passed out a voucher to see a movie another time. For one it expires this month and worst of all our party of 7 could not reschedule to see the movie because the voucher does not apply to Howl's Moving Castle 20th Anniversary. I am guessing the online system is programed to block this movie because we paid $18 instead of the normal $15. What about replacing all the snacks we bought too? The Fire Alarm only goes off in the hallway and you can barley hear it in the theater. We sat in the theater for at least 5 minutes before 2 people in the party finally heard the faint alarm. Thank god there was not a real fire or there would have been fatalities. read more

Theater 9 row G seat 6 or 7 on 8/19. Something I'm assuming a mouse was dead under the seat. Smell was disgusting and literally made me get up and go vomit. I changed my seat after that. Every time I go there's something wrong with the seat and it doesn't recline. It's clear the theater was not cleaned. I'll never go back after this experience. It's an ok theater. I like how this theater has both stadium and non-stadium seating, all of which I've seen movies on both sides. However, I wish the stadium auditoriums had barrier walls between rows (like other AMCs with stadiums and recliners), which I personally think takes away the moviegoing experience without them. read more

My daughter and her friend saw a rat within 2' of them during a movie. They quickly ran out and notified an employee. They were offered a free ticket and food and to view another movie. They did not shutdown the theater where it was seen. Appalling and unacceptable. Highly do not recommend dining or viewing at this theater. We had a great experience today at the AMC Dine-In. The theater was clean and well staffed. The bartender was great and answered all of our questions with a smile. Alright you got me Framingham, I'll bump you up from 2 to 3 stars since that horrendously apathetic sever from first review hasn't been spotted in any of the times we've visited previously. (Most likely seasonal help.) They messed up the food orders for my party multiple times in a row, and then management gave us a bunch of trouble over getting our money back or resolving the issue. I love this theatre for the dine in experience and the amazing wait staff. Everything else is less than desirable. I agree they need a constant clean up crew because the bathrooms are gross ! I went in the morning for a matinee and it was still dirty, how is that possible. Even around the soda machines, it's constantly sticky on the ground. When I come here I always do the dine in experience because I eating and watching movies are my two favorite pastimes rolled up in one!!! I recommend that if your just buying popcorn and soda, I would do that at the concession stand because at least you have to go cups and varying sizes . Worst AMC theater I've been to. Not only do the seats have awkward controls... but (the worst part is) there are no tables. Who offers a DINE-IN service just to get apps, meals, etc served in giant floppy plastic containers to hold on your lap in a darkened theater. Lucky we did not have people on the side of us as we used to the seats as an extra table for our meals while we shared an app. Then I got food on my short trying to balance and eat and take a sip. Not the hardest thing until eating with no table in a darkened area. Small thing with annoying repercussions. Other things were bad, but this was such a dumb critical thing to lack... it will def be my last time there.
