I know what you're thinking that a mall restaurant can only be so good, but Night Shift really does go above and beyond to provide an incredible meal to blow your expectations out of the water! For starters everything is made in house and their extensive menu has so many incredible options that they take the time to craft to perfection! They also rotate their menu every so often so there's new things to try out! I've been a few times to try a bunch of items on their menu and have loved it all so far!! Their whipped feta was perfection (and that's coming from someone who typically doesn't like feta), the Mac & cheese was so cheesy, we also tried the garlic parm wings which were seasoned to perfection. Their Detroit style pizzas are incredible! I've tried the forager which was rich and delicious and the roni which had the cupping pepperonis on it! The figgy Brie burger was super decadent too! For brunch I've tried their brown butter cinnamon french toast that was truly out of this world! It had a hint of lemon to the taste and it was actually so incredible! The chicken & waffles were also a nice salty and sweet combo that I loved! We also tried the BLTE with the added Wagyu burger and the egg on this was just perfection. The harvest chopped salad was huge and the pesto chicken sandwich was also great!! For dessert I've also tried the churramisu or whatever it's called and it was actually heavenly. I woudn't eat at Night Shift again. I met some friends there for lunch before going next door to Level 99. The service is horribly slow and they barely checked on us. The restaurant wasn't busy. When we finally got our waitress to come over and take our order, we ordered the sticky wings and the caprese pizza. I also got a beer. Beer came quickly but it took close to 25 minutes to get our food. As for the food, I was not a fan of the pizza. It was greasy AF. The wings were okay. When we were finally ready to go, it took some time to flag down our waitress to get the check. My friends and I all agreed that we won't eat at Night Shift again. read more

Looking for lunch options at the Natick mall we walked by the unexciting usual take out place laced and were welcomed into Night Shift. Located in a high ceiling Ed space with no TV monitor in sight, I'm not sure about the sports part. Given that the expectations are low for mall food, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service combined with the quality of the food. We started with Athletic run wild NA IPA, an unexpected and welcome bonus, followed by the guacamole-elite dip, redolent of roasted corn, avocado, lime, and cotija cheese accompanied by toasted tortilla chips that had no trace of oil yet had a reasonably strong burnt corn flavor. The Detroit style BBQ chicken pizza was equally impressive with a deep crust with a tangy and not too sweet taste, a bit suggestive of CPK's BBQ pizza. Quantities were generous with these two items plenty to be shared by two. An excellent example of bar food that emphasizes quality over fat and sugar, hope that they have one nearby. read more

This review is just for the food! We got two dishes and both were yummy. The loaded fries were a bit too salty for my taste but I loved the effort they put into laying it out on the sheet and evenly distributing the toppings. This kept the fries somewhat crispy and flavorful in each bite. I haven't had many Detroit Pizzas so I don't have much to compare to but this was one of the better ones. (I am a NY pizza kinda girl). Since they plated it on a wire rack, the chewiness of the thick dough was well balanced by the crispy bottom/edges. This is definitely a heavy dish so even though it looks small, it was perfect for sharing. The restaurant is somewhat part of level99 but you don't have to go into level 99 to eat here. Worth a try! The service is awesome--everyone is super friendly and we have always gotten our food pretty quick, multiple people checked on us while we were eating. The food is really good. The wings are the best I've had in the area, I'm eating keto for health reasons, so I love that they're on the menu. My husband ordered the harvest salad and he really enjoyed it. We've also tried the pizza --the Hot Mess and the Figgy--and both were very yummy. The churros are our 10 year old's favorite here. If you're driving, parking is easy. You can enter through the food court if you park on the top level by the food court, or you can come in through the Level99 entrance. Highly recommend checking it out! read more

A very average place. We got garlic Parmesan wings which I thought were decent but my wife wasn't crazy about. We both agreed the sauce wasn't good, too much garlic. Next we got the Birria French Dip. The meat was nice but overall the sandwich was too salty. Sadly the french fries that came with it weren't salty enough and they clumped together in a soggy heap. The service was spotty. They brought extra plates for our wings but then took them away and didn't bring any for our shared sandwich. Another server that wasn't ours came over and said "who got the beer" and when we said we hadn't, he acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. Six of us came here for a pre-Level99 birthday dinner and had a great time! Reservations were extremely easy through OpenTable. We were a little bit late and our party trickled in, but they didn't have an issue with it which was a huge relief. We really enjoyed their food-- there was something for everyone on the menu. Our table ordered burgers, Impossible burgers, sandwiches, mac n cheese, drinks, etc. I ordered the vegetarian mushroom "philly" and I was STUFFED. I've never had anything like that before and it was SO yummy! The manager was also able to store a birthday cake for us in the fridge. Prepare to spend $12-25 per plate, depending on what you order. Service was a bit slow/chaotic, but I had to guess they were understaffed or busier than anticipated. Our poor waitress was running around every second, so I can't complain too much about that. The whole event was a surprise but upon arrival, one of the employees asked us directly if we had 6 people joining, so the birthday boy was able to guess that his friends would be coming. They did put up a birthday sign for us at the table, which was a really nice touch (the name on the sign was wrong, but we got a kick out of calling the birthday boy the wrong name all night lol). They brought out the wrong cake initially, but quickly realized and brought us our correct cake with serving utensils & a lighter for the candles we brought. They are in their soft opening, so I definitely can't blame them for still trying to figure this stuff out! Went here for our first time and liked it a lot. The Good: our waitress was nice and attentive and she was one of the only servers we saw working the room. The espresso martini was much better than I get from most restaurants and worlds better than I was expecting from a brewery. Fries were thin and crispy. Salad was very good. The Just Ok: I wouldn't say anything was "bad", but my bf ordered the crispy chicken add on for $6 to his salad and it didn't even look like 1/4 lb of chicken - which we thought was a bit steep. And THE CROUTONS - they felt like crispy unseasoned bread but I swear there were more croutons than lettuce in his salad. At the end, after he had eaten most of his salad, there were still 27 CROUTONS LEFTOVER - it was so many, we had to count because we were laughing so hard. The short rib was good, but a little bland. They did have quite a few night shifts beers , but also have wine , cocktails , and food. We were there during the week so it was not too busy and we were able to snag seats at the bar. My partner enjoyed his night shift beers , I had a delicious glass of local wine , and we had bomb pretzels with pimento cheese. The rest of the food menu looked fantastic. We came here for lunch right before going to Level99. They also have food available inside the escape room but if you go before or after you don't have to waste time on your pass. The Impossible burger and fries ($16) was good although I am getting a bit tired of that being the token vegan option at every restaurant. If you don't have dietary restrictions, the menu is a bit more interesting with options like Nashville hot chicken and Detroit style pizza. I wasn't in the mood to sample their extensive beer selection so I also got their homemade pink lemonade which was tasty. Our waitress was great. Overall I wouldn't make a special trip to come here (other than for the beer maybe) but it made a good pairing with Level99. read more
