    Korean barbecue fried chicken sandwich
    Drashti T.

This is located inside natick mall which offers ample amount of free parking. It is also right next to level 99 which we went to after eating dinner here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our big group. The ambiance was dimly light with a fun vibe. I got the Korean barbecue fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was very juicy and melted in your mouth. The sauce on the chicken was not overpowering which I liked. The fries were very snackable. Overall, I had a great time eating with friends

Visited Level99 for a social event with coworkers and stopped in at Night Shift for something to eat before we started playing!! Shared this pizza (I forgot the name but it was vegetarian and had goat cheese) with a coworker! I'm glad we did because it was definitely too big to finish on my own and would've weighed me down while doing the rooms in level99. It was around $19 so a little expensive but a fair price if you're not super hungry and share with a friend. The waitstaff inside Night Shift were quick and kind and the vibes were pretty cool. It seems like it would be a fun place to go for drinks one evening!! Definitely worth grabbing a bite if you're at Level99 considering you'll work up an appetite before your 2 hours are up!

This spot is absolutely incredible!! I know what you're thinking that a mall restaurant can only be so good, but Night Shift really does go above and beyond to provide an incredible meal to blow your expectations out of the water! For starters everything is made in house and their extensive menu has so many incredible options that they take the time to craft to perfection! They also rotate their menu every so often so there's new things to try out! I've been a few times to try a bunch of items on their menu and have loved it all so far!! Their whipped feta was perfection (and that's coming from someone who typically doesn't like feta), the Mac & cheese was so cheesy, we also tried the garlic parm wings which were seasoned to perfection. Their Detroit style pizzas are incredible! I've tried the forager which was rich and delicious and the roni which had the cupping pepperonis on it! The figgy Brie burger was super decadent too! For brunch I've tried their brown butter cinnamon french toast that was truly out of this world! It had a hint of lemon to the taste and it was actually so incredible! The chicken & waffles were also a nice salty and sweet combo that I loved! We also tried the BLTE with the added Wagyu burger and the egg on this was just perfection. The harvest chopped salad was huge and the pesto chicken sandwich was also great!! For dessert I've also tried the churramisu or whatever it's called and it was actually heavenly. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! They're happy to suggest some of their favorite (or fan favorite) items from the menu to help you decide but truly every bite we had here was delicious! This is a must try spot for sure!

I woudn't eat at Night Shift again. I met some friends there for lunch before going next door to Level 99. The service is horribly slow and they barely checked on us. The restaurant wasn't busy. When we finally got our waitress to come over and take our order, we ordered the sticky wings and the caprese pizza. I also got a beer. Beer came quickly but it took close to 25 minutes to get our food. As for the food, I was not a fan of the pizza. It was greasy AF. The wings were okay. When we were finally ready to go, it took some time to flag down our waitress to get the check. My friends and I all agreed that we won't eat at Night Shift again.

Looking for lunch options at the Natick mall we walked by the unexciting usual take out place laced and were welcomed into Night Shift. Located in a high ceiling Ed space with no TV monitor in sight, I'm not sure about the sports part. Given that the expectations are low for mall food, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service combined with the quality of the food. We started with Athletic run wild NA IPA, an unexpected and welcome bonus, followed by the guacamole-elite dip, redolent of roasted corn, avocado, lime, and cotija cheese accompanied by toasted tortilla chips that had no trace of oil yet had a reasonably strong burnt corn flavor. The Detroit style BBQ chicken pizza was equally impressive with a deep crust with a tangy and not too sweet taste, a bit suggestive of CPK's BBQ pizza. Quantities were generous with these two items plenty to be shared by two. An excellent example of bar food that emphasizes quality over fat and sugar, hope that they have one nearby.

Loaded fries and the pepperoni pizza

This review is just for the food! We got two dishes and both were yummy. The loaded fries were a bit too salty for my taste but I loved the effort they put into laying it out on the sheet and evenly distributing the toppings. This kept the fries somewhat crispy and flavorful in each bite. I haven't had many Detroit Pizzas so I don't have much to compare to but this was one of the better ones. (I am a NY pizza kinda girl). Since they plated it on a wire rack, the chewiness of the thick dough was well balanced by the crispy bottom/edges. This is definitely a heavy dish so even though it looks small, it was perfect for sharing. The restaurant is somewhat part of level99 but you don't have to go into level 99 to eat here. Worth a try! Service was great and I was very impressed by the effort they put into the details.

Good food options, and great cocktails. It did seem to be understaffed tonight so service was on the slower side but our waiter was very friendly and helpful. It is definitely on the louder side for a restaurant but fun atmosphere for groups.

A small spot tucked away in a corner of the mall, a chill vibe and decor. We were seated pretty quickly after arriving. Unfortunately, I couldn't indulge in a beer because I'm driving but the food was pretty good. I ordered the americano burger with truffle fries and she had the Nashville chicken sandwich. The burger was cooked perfectly, just a little pink, and with fresh toppings and a soft but firm bun. The fries were crispy with soft centers. Her chicken sandwich was also well received. The server attentive and pleasant. All in all a pretty good spot. Would def come back again.

    Birria French Dip

A very average place. We got garlic Parmesan wings which I thought were decent but my wife wasn't crazy about. We both agreed the sauce wasn't good, too much garlic. Next we got the Birria French Dip. The meat was nice but overall the sandwich was too salty. Sadly the french fries that came with it weren't salty enough and they clumped together in a soggy heap. The service was spotty. They brought extra plates for our wings but then took them away and didn't bring any for our shared sandwich. Another server that wasn't ours came over and said "who got the beer" and when we said we hadn't, he acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. Food was also slow coming out even though the place was half empty. The atmosphere was fine for a restaurant in a mall but nothing special, kind of upscale sports bar. Bottom line, I'd eat there again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Fries

Looking for a great meal and a good beer..? Check out Night Shift Natick! Today I enjoyed the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with a cold "Fluffy" New England IPA... what a treat. The service was great and the food came out quick. I will be telling my friends and family about Night Shift! Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Everything looked so good it took me a while to decide on what to order. While the low lighting wasn't great for a picture, the ambience was calming and great for dining.

Stopped in for lunch while shopping. We had a nice comfortable booth. I had the Sticky Chicken Wings that came with gochujang, cilantro, house pickles, sesame seeds and and ranch dressing they were delicious. Would definitely order these again.

We were staying across the street at the Marriott and wanted to get some dinner. Night Shift Brewing had a location within Level 99 at Natick Mall. We ordered a couple of pizzas- The Green Mile and 'Roni 'Roni 'Roni. The Detroit style pizzas have 6 squares each and were so good! While we were waiting to pick up our orders we got some drinks. Hubby tried a couple IPAs while I sipped on their crafted ginger ale. The place is loud and busy, perfect spot to meet with friends if you all would rather play games than chat!

Good atmosphere, good drink selection. Food got lost. Waited over 25 mins for fries. Went to find the hostess and all talking in front bar.

Food was great for the local bar scene. The location was great because it's in a local mall. Enjoyed our experience. Great local beer.

We walked into a space where the layout encourages browsing, with sections dedicated to furniture, kitchenware, décor, seasonal items, gifts, and foods from different countries all spread across a well-organized floor. The store has a more eclectic feel compared to a typical home store, with products that are often harder to find elsewhere, making it the type of place where you can walk in for one item and end up exploring the entire store without realizing how much time has passed. The biggest appeal of World Market is the variety. The international food section is one of the highlights, offering snacks, drinks, sweets, and pantry items from different regions. It is a fun place to pick up imported cookies, ramen, chips, and specialty ingredients that are not always available at regular grocery stores. We found ourselves lingering in the aisles, picking up items we had not seen before and adding a few things to the cart that we had not planned on buying. The selection is broad enough that even on repeat visits, there is usually something new to discover. The furniture and home décor sections also stand out, especially if you are looking for pieces with a more global or unique design style rather than something that feels mass-produced. The furniture leans toward eclectic, bohemian, and globally inspired styles, with a mix of wood, woven materials, and patterned textiles that give the store a distinct personality. The décor items, from wall art to vases and accent pieces, offer an alternative to the more generic styles found at larger home goods chains, making it a good stop for anyone looking to add character to a space. The seasonal sections are another reason to visit, with rotating holiday decorations, ornaments, and gift ideas that change throughout the year. We noticed that the store does a particularly good job with the holidays, offering decorations that feel more curated than the standard seasonal fare. The kitchen and dining areas are also worth browsing, with everything from cookware and tableware to smaller accessories that can add personality to a space. The store has a lot of variety, and part of the experience is simply seeing what new items are available each visit. World Market is a fun store to explore when you are looking for something different. Some items can feel more expensive compared to traditional discount stores, but the selection and uniqueness are what make it stand out. Whether you are shopping for home décor, international snacks, gifts, or just browsing for inspiration, it is the kind of store that rewards taking your time and looking around. We left with a bag full of things we did not know we needed, which is exactly the kind of experience the store seems designed for.
