This is the best movie theatre in America, and this includes the Arclight Cinema in Hollywood! I love this IMAX. Part of the fun is snaking through the store to get to the theatre. Concessions are quick and painless. The staff is always friendly. Pro tip: The doors don't open until about 20 or so minutes before trailers start. A line WILL form. So get there early, grab some popcorn and play Heads Up on your phone with your companions! :) :) read more

Saw The Oddessey there today. I requested and received a closed caption device. Device was a flop. Maybe 20% of dialog was displayed. The rest was just blank. My hearing is poor and I heard more of the dialog than the CC device did. If management had told me that the device does not work with this movie, I may not have attended. Otherwise, theater was nice and clean. Beware CC for this movie in Natick Imax. read more

BEWARE THE WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK FOR TICKET PURCHASES We tried to buy two tickets online for the Odyssey. More than 70 tickets were available. We made the request, entered our credit card number and no tickets were provided. We tried again, entered our credit card number, no tickets were provided. So we switched browsers, tried again, entered our credit card number and the tickets were emailed to us as expected. When we checked our credit card we had been charged for three sets of two tickets even though we had only received two by email. We contacted our credit card and they said we had to work it out with Jordan's. We contacted Jordan's but no human actually responded so we left messages and sent email. No reply. They movie was showing the next day, so we emailed a screen shot of the credit card bill saying we only bout 2 tickets but were charged for six. Jordan's got back to us the next day and said: "the movie has already shown, so we cannot refund the charge" BEWARE THE WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK FOR TICKET PURCHASES read more

This is a great option for seeing an IMAX film. I confess it pales a little in comparison to the Reading venue but as the business manager helpfully pointed out (thank you!) it seats half as many and I think the screen is smaller. Still, it beats the other IMAX theaters because of the comfortable seating and the buttkickers (rumbling vibrations). I met a friend there to see Godzilla v. Kong -- he had never been to a Jordan's IMAX and was surprised the seats didn't recline, but that didn't bother either of us. I was surprised that it wasn't packed for the first weekend of release but maybe it was the day before Easter, maybe it isn't as popular as I thought it would be (the movie) or maybe Natick doesn't get as much play, hard to say in one visit. But it worked to our advantage! I got in line about 30 minutes before the movie was due to start and they didn't let us in much before that. You enter from the back of the theater, which makes things much easier (in Reading you enter from the front/bottom and have to race up steps to get your seat of choice if it's packed). Otherwise, the experience was just as enjoyable. I think Reading is still my go-to, but I wouldn't hesitate to go to Natick if Reading wasn't available. It's nice to have options. We are very lucky to live in the Boston area. Oh, and I know some are put off by the lack of reserved seating, but you figure it out, just get there early if you're worried about getting the seat you want. And yes, one does have to walk through the store but several delightfully friendly sales people were happy to point me in the right direction and I didn't get too far before there was signage, so not to worry. Support our local theaters!!!! read more

Really over-rated place. First, you'll need a road map to find the theater once you actually enter the building. Second, widescreen experiences are only as good as the room they're in. This room is too small, and the screen is too large. There are only a handful of good seats. All others are too close to the screen. You'll get a stiff neck struggling to see the full picture, and rapid movement and extreme closeups will give you a headache. The special effects sound was also much too loud. And to the Jordan's staff, it's embarrassing that you sell such luxurious furniture in your store, while your chairs in the theater are so cramped in and uncomfortable. I so looked forward to seeing a great movie there, and when Oppenheimer arrived, I knew that was it. Instead, I left very, very disappointed. See their movies at other theaters. You'll save money and peace of mind, and you'll have a better experience. read more

General admission is not my favorite I know that this is a common problem at movie theaters, but if you are sitting in the first two rows, the movie is so much more harder to watch. So much so that it begs the question: is it even worth seeing it in IMAX at all if you can only see a fraction of the screen anyway? read more

Saw James Cameron's Avatar 2 here. I'm a TV Producer who was blown away by the attention paid to detail here at Jordan's brothers slayed the Dragon with all the attention paid to every element of a theater in 3D and surround sound..It was Amazing! JoJo Johns read more

It's unfortunate the only "real" IMAX in the Boston area (both Jordans locations) doesn't have assigned seating. Not even talking about how due to COVID other theaters implemented designated seats, it's like Hunger Games whenever you're let into the theatre. It can't be difficult to add assigned seating; Amtrak even did it. Can someone from Jordan's reply why they don't have assigned seats? I'll donate to any software development needed. read more

Awesome Imax great picture! Also the furniture and other amenities are also good such as popcorn

This theater is way too small for an IMAX screen. It's downright cramped. The only rows that won't result in neckstrain are the top two. Anything else is way too close to the gigantic screen. That said, the sound system is unrivaled. Amps are in each seat. It's like sitting on a dual shock controller. read more

This is IMAX. This isn't afterthought IMAX, IMAX-ish at one of those normal movie theaters, or dome IMAX which messes with your retinas. Proper seating: Stadium seating, and then some. Big bird could sit in front of you and you'd still be able to see. Woofers in the seats, because proper sound is sound that can be felt to your very core. Did you bring earplugs? I've seen it. Memory foam seats? Well, that's just a one of a kind thing. HAVE YOU EVER SAT ON CLOUDS? Proper screen: Big and big and huge. You are part of the movie. Notable films seen on this very screen include The Dark Knight and Inception, both of which contain scenes that really do make you feel like you are part of the movie. Proper capacity: Plenty, but not exorbitant. Get there early. Obtain optimal seats. Proper way to get into a movie theater: Walk through a bunch of furniture first. Smart marketing. Proper price: $11.50 for IMAX. Really? I, begrudgingly, pay upwards of $20 for not-even-as-good IMAX in NYC. Have I ever driven to Boston for something, but 32% of my trip was secretly all about going to see a movie here? Yes. read more

I love everything about the IMAX theatre @ Jordan's. It's cozy and the screen is huge. Make sure to buy tickets online. You don't want to be there and find that its sold out. To get the best seats, you def have to go there one hour before the movie starts. The only thing I don't like IS THE BATHROOM. IT IS SOOOO CREEEPY and disgusting. Yea, the mirror is cool from the outside but when you step into the stall, it is very dark in there that you can't really see anything. I really think that the person before me didn't know where the toilet was and missed it. The floor was wet so I was praying it was water and not anything else. It was gross in there. Please clean it up and please put some more lighting in there! read more

Comfy "rumble" seats, Nice big screen and the sounds is super loud! Recently saw a 3D movie and it was pretty good. Although, the Jordon's preview is the best part in 3D, ha! They make you wait in line to enter the theater and it gets a little warm. Good to get there a little early to get a good seat! Soda, water, popcorn, nachos and some candy options. Really nice friendly concession people and a huge parking lot. Buy tickets online. 2 for $23 plus $5 service charge read more

How have I seriously never reviews Jordan's IMAX? I've been coming here for years, and I think it's totally worth the extra $$. I've seen so many awesome movies here (Dark Knight, Harry Potter, Star Trek - the list goes on) and the main reason (despite the IMAX) is the Tempur-Pedic seats and the butt kickers, which shake the seat when there's action. The bathroom stalls (at least in the women's room) are awesome: when you go in and close the door, it's a 1-way mirror! It's hilarious to see people's reactions the first time they go in. (I have to say, I swear I could see a woman's striped bag in the stall when I was trying to find an open one... Hopefully that's just because it was RIGHT against the door.) The only sucky part is that it's impossible to tell which stalls are free. We tried to buy tickets online this weekend for a movie and got an error message. When I called, there was a fee to purchase on the phone, so instead, we showed up about an hour-and-a-half early. Not only were people already on line (which I expected), but ALL the shows were sold out. We explained what happened and luckily, the awesome attendant helped us out - someone had just exchanged their tickets for another viewing and we were able to purchase 2 tickets to the sold-out viewing. And we ended up getting really good seats. I love you, Jordan's IMAX. read more

I've never been to an IMAX and it was interesting. The screen is huge and the seats have something in them so they rumble or shake when there is a crash or very active scene in the movie. As for comfort, I'm used to the Lux Seating they have at theaters now. In Lux levels, you have a huge chair all to yourself and at the IMAX you have someone almost sitting on top of you. For certain movies, I would take a trip out there to watch it in an IMAX theater. Maybe I'll put a coat on the chair next to me so I have a buffer. read more

I love this theater! It is a million times better than a regular theater and the tickets are only $11. The majority of movies shown here are in 3D but once in a while you can catch a regular one. For $11 you get a movie, temper pedic seating and a Bose sound system - why would you ever want to see a movie that is playing there in a plain old boring theater?! If it is a popular movie you will want to get here at least 1/2 hour early - yes you have to wait in line here to get in prior to the movie. The wait is so worth it! The best seats in the theater go quickly. If it is a super popular movie I recommend buying the tickets in advance. The popcorn isn't great here - but the prices on their concessions are reasonable. They have a small assortment but what they do have are the classics. read more

I love coming here! The ticket prices are usually less than what I would pay at a normal movie theater and you can bring in your own food and drinks! I've never done that but I've seen people who get food from Kelly's next door and bring it in, they weren't reprimanded or anything so I assume it's encouraged. The sound and the picture here cannot be beat. The theater is also always very clean and the staff is friendly. I always buy my tickets online if possible, it makes it so much easier. I have been here for multiple opening nights and it was no hassle at all, just simply get in line a little earlier and your golden! This is my favorite place to go, no other theater can compare to this. read more

The sound system here is so crazy that I jumped out of my seat when someone in the movie closed a car door or even hiccuped. I loved it! I saw "Dark Knight" here last night and it was one of the best movie experiences of my life! I don't know how much I can attribute that to the theater itself, but it didn't hurt to be here. My only complaint is that they could fit in more seats. I think the IMAX theater at the Aquarium accommodates more people, though I greatly prefer the parking situation here at Jordan's. The pre-show entertainment - music on the speakers and lady who loved hearing herself on the microphone - didn't really help, but the theater itself is pretty awesome. If I wasn't fighting for my place in line, I would definitely have stopped in the projection room where they invited guests to "see how the magic is made!" read more

Yes it is a furniture store which happens to have a butt kicking theatre. Literally, it has butt kicker sound systems installed into each individual Temper Pedic cushy seat, which vibrate with the big explosions (and other loud sounds) on screen. Top it off with a beautifully bright IMAX screen---be prepared for a fantastic movie experience! read more

Last weekend = weekend in Bahston (that's how they say it). Last weekend = Watchmen released (it was pretty good). Last weekend = biiiiiiiiiig screen (more than a bit vertigo-inducing). 3rd stop -- Jordan's IMAX Venue: Now, I'm a small-town girl originally, a New Yorker at heart, and a South Floridian by trade, and I have never, NEVER, encountered anything like this. As a predominantly NYC Yelper, let me lay this out in a manner my city-folk will understand: It's a furniture store. I can see your confusion already, my big apple babies. What's a furniture store? Well, it's like a Raymour and Flanigan, times 10. None of this we only offer about 5 different styles of a sofa because we're in NYC and don't have the space bull. Think a R&F the size of the Brooklyn Ikea, and you're getting the picture. Now add a New Orleans Mardi Gras-themed entryway and main passage, like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disney, with moving people and music and lights, only of the French Quarter and jazz bars from the Big Easy. Don't worry, the Cannot Compute is normal. Do not adjust your computer screen, you are correct, there is an IMAX inside of a New Orleans fun-ride furniture store. The sheer ridiculousness of it earns it a solid 3 stars, because I just can't get over how hysterical it is. You have to walk through about 4 showrooms to get to the theater all the way in the back. Oh, and name change: It's now the Verizon theater, not the Comcast. But anyway, bonus points for the flamboyantly gay and super nice and hilariously funny usher and cashier who rang us up. I forget his name, but I wanted to hug him. The theater was awesome, and I'm usually not an IMAX girl because I get vertigo and anxiety and all that awesome stuff that doctors recommend to NOT be over-stimulated for. Oh well, I went anyway, and the Tempurpedic chairs? Nice touch. The noise under the seats, didn't like that so much, over-stimulated and all, but my main gripe and the loss of a star comes from how damn cold it was. If I had not been freezing my ass off the whole movie, I would have considered a 5 star rating, because for me, the intimacy of the theater is awesome. Don't as for more seats, Natick Co., keep it small, you don't want more people snapping up that beautiful settee do you? Food: More brownie points for a large popcorn, medium drink and candy for $12. Oh yeah, only $12. For those in the Natick area reading this, in NYC we'd pay upwards of $20 for that same combo. So rock on with your low prices. And the popcorn was actually really good, didn't ned anything on it. Coke products were also served, my favorite, and the candy selection was great. Our early lunch of bad for you food was just what our hangovers needed. read more

Came here a few days ago with the wife to go see 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug'. The tickets set us back $26 but it was all worth it as IMAX brings these types of movies to a whole new level with the incredible sound and gigantic screen sizes. Upon arriving there was a bit of confusion as to where to buy the tickets, but after a couple of minutes we figured it out and then joined the long line of people waiting to get in. You get the tickets at the same place you get your concession items. Nothing is indicated but we managed. We got in and were handed 3D glasses and after a few minutes of waiting around. the trailers began. Then a Jordan's ad for Tempur-Pedic and then more trailers but this time in 3D. And then, darkness, silence and the movie. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. The screen is amazing and the sound is great albeit a bit too loud. Oh and the seats could have a bit more support. 2 hours into the movie my ass hurt. Oh and you have to walk fairly deeply into the store to get into the theater. It's done on purpose obviously but how many people are REALLY going to be buying a couch on their way to a movie? Give me a break. Overall, I'd definitely consider going back for more movies in the future, but only big releases and the fact that it's easy to get too, right off of route 9 made everything worth it. It's a bit pricier than other movies, but it's a lot more immersive of an experience. The staff was very friendly as well which is another plus and the auditorium was very clean as well. read more

I should probably give it 4 stars, but I'll detail reasons for the mediocre review. 1) Very limited seating. In comparison to the two or three other IMAX theatres I've been to (for hollywood movies), the seating here is very limited. Come early, bring something to do (or someone interesting to talk to) so that you can get a fair-good seat. 2) I hated having to walk through the entire store to get to the movies. I'm sure there was a more direct route, but it was my first time, and I'm sure they planned the route so that you can 'window shop' on your way to the movies. Yes, that's what I like to do! Go for a movie, come back with a new bedroom set. (did you detect the sarcasm? if not, please check your sarcasmeter) 3) Stale popcorn. Tiny soda. BIGGGGG prices. But let's be real here. There aren't that many IMAX theatres that are showing the hollywood movies. We'll take what we can get. Just don't come for the popcorn. (the customer service rep was nice enough to let me know to be careful if I wanted butter... b/c their bags are crap and will leak... extra star for her, less stars for the theatre) read more

This is one of the best movie theaters in the country! Probably even the World! Yes you read that correctly. Forget that it happens to be inside, or attached to really, a furniture store, it is an incredible movie theater! There are only a few hundred IMAX theaters in the country, probably less in other countries compared to thousands and thousands of regular size movie screens. The way I describe it is you experience a movie at Jordan's IMAX you don't just watch one. Go see The Amazing Spider-Man there now to see what I mean. The Dark Knight Rises will be stunningly amazing in IMAX because all or many scenes from it were filmed in IMAX. Their are special IMAX cameras that film makers can use and when they do the result is more use of the gigantic IMAX screen and an enveloping, stunning movie experience. I have been to other IMAX screens at places like AMC theaters and those screens are bigger than normal movie screens but not much. The experience there was nothing compared to Jordans. Jordans has the largest screen I have ever seen, which by the way rarely gets totally filled with picture but when it does and for some if not all the scenes in The Dark Knight Rises it will OMG it is amazing!! If you think back to the The Dark Knight the scenes of Batman looking off the edge of a building, that used the entire screen as well as other scenes such as the freeway tunnel chase. When that whole screen top to bottom gets filled with picture there is nothing that can compare with it! So not only do you have the amazing gigantic, biggest you have ever seen screen, but the surround sound has 12,000 watts of power, the stadium seating seats are better than any other theater in the country because they are now Tempurpedic seats (benefits of being run by a furniture company) AND if that was not enough they have butt kickers built into them so you literally feel the movie during low frequency effects like those that come out of your subwoofer in your home theater, your chair will shake! I saw Prometheus there recently and when that massive ship landed and then later took off my seat shook a lot it was great! As for price it is comparable to any regular movie theater and it is actually less to see a 3D movie here than in most regular theaters which is just a steal since the experience here is so much better. I got to the Reading one and the concessions are average price but they recently changed the nachos so you get this little bag instead of a full plastic tray which is too bad so I don't get them there anymore. My friend loves to get candy at the store right near the entrance. There is also an ice cream place and a Fuddruckers near the entrance so you can bring any of that in the theater if you want since they are all inside Jordans. Wow, it is really a theater without compare and I just wish there we more of them. Right now only some movies come out in IMAX but if one does it is a no brainer to see it at Jordan's IMAX! read more

Five stars for Five Reasons: 1.) Comfort - Temperpedic seats with Butt Bumpers...so good! 2.) Price - It's cheaper to drive from Boston and go to an IMAX 3D movie here than buy a regular matinee ticket at the Common 3.) Super stadium seating keeps others' heads out of the screen 4.) Parking is never a problem 5.) Food variety inside! read more

I'm a huge movie buff. As far as I'm concerned, the Jordans Imax theater is the best theater in Massachusetts. Anytime I want to see a big summer blockbuster in the biggest possible size in the best possible quality I got to this theater. In general the prices are even cheaper than a regular ticket at another theater!! Highly recommended. Get there a little early though if it's a popular movie. They sell out of tickets fast sometimes! read more

This review is as much for Jordan's excellent customer service as the theater itself. I had been to the Reading location previously and had a good time there; when Oli and I wanted to catch "Skyfall" for date night, I thought heading out to Natick would be our best bet for a great screening. The bass shakers and comfortable seats really make movies that much more engaging, and picture quality is good--although I have my gripes with IMAX DLP, but that's hardly Jordan's fault. The staff have friendly faces and seem happy to be there in a marked contrast to what I see at most of the multiplexes in and around Boston, and there's none of that insipid ante-preview Hollywood filler reel, just classic rock and lights dancing on the screen. But the real gem here is Jordan's IMAX guest services manager, Liam. I tried several times unsuccessfully to purchase advance tickets online due to a system incompatibility with Safari browsers; by the the time I thought to try a different browser, the screening had sold out. I wrote the IMAX info email account explaining my frustration, and within minutes Liam had written me back apologizing for the issue and explaining how to get around it next time. He then proceeded to find us a pair of returned tickets for the sold out screening and placed them at concessions for us. I can think of no other theater in this area that would go to such lengths. Applause! NB for Safari users: Liam assured me the IT team is working to resolve the issue but if you want to snag tickets on their site, try right-clicking the showtime link to open it in a new window or tab, and it'll go through. read more

Saw Cars 2 last weekend - incredible experience. This particular IMAX features "butt kickers" under each seat, which are made from Temperpedic memory foam. They are very, very comfortable. Snacks are typically movie theatre overpriced, but that's not a knock because thats what I expect. Tickets are $12.50 each right now for movies, which is about a $1.50 more than the Showcase theatre down the street from me, and the experience makes it well worth the $1.50. read more

You cannot beat this place.... AMC theater down the street is MORE EXPENSIVE than this place and you get such a crappy experience there. Here, you get the best seats you'll ever have at a movie, the hugest screen you'll ever see, the best sound you'll ever hear, and you get 'kicked in the butt' by their in-seat subwoofers. I have seen a number of movies here and its quite the experience. Whenever a movie comes to this theater that I want to see, there is no way you can convince me to go anywhere else except there. If you want the most bang for your buck, go here. If you want the best movie experience, go here. If you hate how you have to watch 40 minutes of previews before a movie, go here. The only issue is that you HAVE to show up early to this theater in order to get good seats and to not be 'that guy that shows up to the movie late' read more

I mainly only go to see movies at a Jordan's IMAX theater. The screens, sound and seating are all the best I have ever experienced in a movie theater. We have been loyal customers to the Jordan's IMAX experience for almost 10 years now. They have recently upgraded their theaters so they're even better! On our most recent trip I made a huge mistake and purchased tickets to the wrong location and forgot to double check them before we went. I had purchased Reading instead of Natick but we were already in line at the Natick location by the time I noticed. Jordan's saved my ass from the wrath of my livid wife and gave us the last two tickets they had reserved for emergency only to the sold out show. Top notch service and best theater I've been to..not to mention cheaper than any other IMAX! If you're in the area you should be coming here to see your movies. The one thing is you have to come a little early (about 30mins for a popular movie) to get a good seat. read more

This is my favorite movie theatre in the Boston area! My friends and I ALWAYS make the trek out here for midnight releases of our most anticipated movies. If we want to make an event out of a movie, Jordan's is the place we go. First off, everything is hilariously bizarre. They make you walk through the huge furniture store to get to the movie theatre. I mean, Jordan's furniture is weird enough as it is with its animatronics and attempt to look like an indoor New Orleans Square from Disneyland. Then you have to go up the elevator where the "paparazzi" take your picture. So much bizarre cheese, but the weirdness is what makes it fun. The theatre itself is the best. Everything about it is standard IMAX...except better. The seats are tempur-pedic so they are insanely comfortable. They do everything to completely engross you in the movie experience. The screen is perfect, the sound is everywhere, and they have the buttkickers in the seats that amp the excitement on screen, but not in an obnoxious way. They have a great snack bar, and the best part is that it's not nearly as overpriced as most movie theatres. Only complaint? We always get there early, which means watching the same laser show thingy with the same music over and over every time. IMAX tickets are only $11! That's pretty much the same price as going to regular movies, but the experience is five times better! read more

Feel the movie, hear the movie, see the movie. IMAX goes above and beyond at delivering the silver screen. The HUGE silver screen. The seats are very comfy with tempurpedic memory foam chairs, but you won't be falling asleep due to the "buttkickers". The sound is crisp and not too loud. The 3D is pretty cool. The staff at the concession stands are friendly and fast. $12 for a movie is a lil pricey but worth it if you're going to see something that demands high quality viewing... like in my case, Toy Story 3 or Eclipse. Haha. read more

I wish I could see every movie here. The sound is amazing. The seats are comfortable - even for the long movies. The personal amplifiers ("buttkickers") add a dimension to the movie that traditional theaters can't. And, the picture. Holy. Moly. Watching my then 4-year-old daughter try and catch 3-d snowflakes at Polar Express was a treat. In fact, every film I have seen here has been a treat. The only real problem is that in-demand shows sell out well in advance, and frequently you need to arrive an hour ahead to get decent seats. Still, well worth it for the "must see in IMAX" movies (I'm looking at you, Made of Honor). read more

Wow! Love this place! Great prices on tickets. The seats are so comfortable. They're made out of temperpedic memory foam and each seat has a butt kicker. The sound and screen size is amazing. You really find yourself pulled into the movie. It's definitely weird going to a movie at a furniture store, but they just know what they are doing. Very happy! read more

I am in love with the buttkickers!!! It makes the effects THAT MUCH BETTER. And the crystal clear video, OMG!! For 10.50, it's very well worth it! Do get there at least 45 mins early for the popular Hollywood Hits if you want the good seats. It's not fun to watch IMAX in the front 3 rows, unless you like turning your head often. read more

One of the best theaters around. Great hi res screen, excellent sound system, although the EQ seems off a bit with the subwoofers in the seats... The only downside is having to walk through the Jordan's Furniture theme park to get to it read more

Friend: Hey! Scary Movie XXXVII just came out. Its going to be awesome! Do you want to go see it? Me: Is it at IMAX? Friend: No... Me: Then, no. I don't want to go see it. HAHA ;-P Seriously, I don't ever want to see another movie unless its in IMAX 3D. Sure its annoying having to crawl through the kids at the house of blues and hike through the maze of floral couches, mahogany dining tables, and leather recliners but its worth it. Tempurpedic seats, personal surround sound, and "butt kickahs"! Doesn't get any better than that. Tips: Plan to arrive atleast 45mins early. 5 rows up from the middle seats are the best seats in the house. read more

Always a great movie experience! The Temperpedic seats are insanely comfortable even if they are a bit on the narrow side. The huge screen and vibrating seats are the best for high-action movies like Mission Impossible or 007. Prices are about the same as any other movie theater so why not upgrade your experience and come here as long as what you want to see is playing (only 1 movie usually plays at a time here so they don't feature everything). The only downside is sometimes there are a lot of kids since parents could view the location as a "two birds with one stone" scenario if they have some shopping to do. Still, the payoff is worth the risk. read more

Now that I've moved out to the 'burbs, this became our default theater. While they only have one or two movies playing at once, it's usually something that I want to see. It wasn't until I went back to the 'regular' theater that I realized how great the Jordan's IMAX is. The screen in colossal, the sound is incredible & they are the most comfortable chairs ever. All that, for only a buck or two more than the regular theater. Yes, on weekends the place can fill up pretty quickly, but grab a movie on a Thursday night, and the place is all yours. Minus a star for having to listen to "Zoot Suit Riot" EVERY time I want to see a movie here read more

Went here the other night to see Avatar, but had been a few times before. This theater is VERY clean. Seems like all seats are a good seat. The screen is massive and the seats have what are called "buttkickers" (as I was informed in the video before hand) which makes you feel like your in the movie. Also, seat are very comfy! Typically I'm a huge germaphobe and would have major issues with using recycled 3D glasses, but here they disinfect all the glasses. I could tell as mine were still wet from the disinfectant. The overall experice of seeing a 3D movie here is great! p.s. snacks and soda's are a bit pricey, so I suggest smuggling something in or eat before you come. read more
