I decided to take my mom to try out lashes for her very first time and she loved them thanks to Dasia! She did an amazing job and made my mom comfortable knowing this was her first time doing lashes. They came out beautiful! Unfortunately the front desk girl was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Due to language barrier Dasia asked me to translate to my mom to let her know the difference between pricing length volume etc. The front desk said I couldn't go back there fine at all no problem. She did not offer me to wait for my mom in the lobby but said I can go wait for her at chipotle or target or if I'm lucky to get across the mall (we went on Christmas Eve). I walked over to target and about 40 minutes later Dasia let me know she was almost done so I went back and front desk let me know it was going to be another hour which is fine I don't mind waiting but I asked once again if I could go back there just to translate to my mom because Dasia is asking me to and she got very agitated and rolled her eyes and went to the back to check how much longer it was going to be with my mom and came back to the front to tell me you can't go back there because If I do I will loose my job LOL ok why wouldn't she just say that since the beginning? I would of understood but again didn't offer me to wait in the lobby but at that point I just wanted to pay and leave. I seriously was planning on not returning at all and I would much rather spend my money elsewhere but Dasia took very good care of my mom and she is the ONLY reason why I would consider going back. Amazing! I went to Paradise Valley lash studio for my first experience with eyelash extensions and it was nothing but amazing. The manager Torrey and her staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They are so personal with helping you choose the best eyelashes for you and they definitely aren't pushy which is a huge plus! Amber Lee was my lash stylist and she was incredible. I was so nervous and she took the time to walk me through the process and explain all the different styles and options of lashes to me. She was always very gentle with the application process and made me feel comfortable the whole two hours of my appointment. My lashes turned out amazing, for someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup to begin with I was nervous that the lashes would make me look fake but they don't! Everyone says that it looks just as if I put mascara on and curled my lashes! Best part... I slept in 30 minutes longer this morning! Definitely will go back! read more

I was amazed when I was checking sites on where to get my lashes done. Had gone to another location in Scottsdale to make long story short saw post by Mavina. This girl came into my salon and shamed me out of hundreds of dollars complaining about everything under the sun making false allocations she has not changed just now hitting lash salons in stead of hair salons. May want to check out a business first hand instead of listening to scammers who try to get something for nothing. I checked it out staff -was nice. Plus when I asked for people she recommend only one of them worked there. If your going to write a review get your facts straight and right. I have been coming here for awhile now and absolutely love it! This place works with my schedule, listens to my concerns, educates me on how to properly take care of my lashes in between fills and most importantly they make me feel right at home when it comes to getting my lashes done. If i was you I wouldn't go anywhere else. The last time i was in I was with Melinda! She did such a beautiful job on my lashes! She was super helpful and friendly, not to mention quick too! I just got my lashes done with Andrea and I am so happy with them ! They are so full and are staying on really well ! She had great communication and helped me find what would be the most flattering on my eye shape and let me say I LOVE THEM !!! I went in for my first set of lash extensions today and I can already tell that this is my new obsession. My appt started right on time, and Cassandra was so amazing, and personable. She did a consultation and asked questions about my normal at home regimen and preferences to ensure that I got a lash set that was right for me and that I understood how to care for them at home. She was so upbeat and was super thorough when explaining what I should expect and answering any questions I had. I recommend amazing lash wholeheartedly! Always friendly, on time, clean and my lashes look great! I've had to change appointments and they always understand and make changes to fit my schedule. Jamica is my stylist and she's amazing! I am hard on my lashes and one salon I use to go to would constantly reprimand me and one time only did half fill because they didn't have time to finish. I love the Amazing Lash Studio. It's worth every penny not having to worry about putting tons of mascara on or fake eyelashes on everyday. I literally can swim, sleep, and I look "flawless." I have been to many, many eyelash techs. and I always felt that my eyelashes should be fuller. There response was you don't have enough eyelashes to make them thicker. I will not be going back to this studio. Half my lashes have fallen out and I have had to go back twice in their three day policy and still have not had good results. Very unhelpful front desk and rude when they need to correct their mistakes. I will be going to a different studio since it seems like they do not want business nor take care to do the lashes right in the first place. read more
