Then I expanded on my dissatisfaction with the receptionist. Follow up email from management sounded more like I was being chastised. She offered to refer me to another neighborhood spa. I thanked her for her offer, politely declined, and assured her I would not be returning. Gave her a couple days to reply to my feedback.
