Made an appointment here and the girl on the phone was very helpful in answering my questions. Once I arrived, the three staff people I saw did not have eyelash extensions, which I thought was interesting. My appointment started off fine and they taped my eyes shut as per usual for getting extensions on. However, the technician kept coming in and out of my room for a few minutes at a time, and one time she never came back. A different girl came in and seemed nervous, I asked what was going on and she said the glue wasn't working but they only had one kind of glue. I sense that the first girl was sick or something too. 3 1/2 hours later I was so done, my back hurt from laying flat and still on the table. The girl at the desk originally told me to expect 2hrs. The last technician kept saying "they'd take care of me in the front" but when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me full price and I had to explain why this was an unpleasant experience. Eventually the manager came out and did give me 50% off which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. My eyelashes are uneven (there are more on my right side) but I got them for a trip to Hawaii so I didn't have time to back and spend more hours there. They also try and push you to being a member which is a yearlong commitment with monthly payment which does not even include full services. read more

After my first experience and review of the studio, management reached out to me via multiple platforms to see how they could improve my experience, which I really appreciated. I have since been back to the studio multiple times ALL with 5-star positive experiences. I'm greeted and checked-in right away and my appointment time has always been respected since my first memorable visit. My lashes are fabulous each and every time and I have been enjoying my technician, Toni and her professionalism (along with her humor). I like how she does one eye at a time so I don't feel blind and she is always checking to see if I'm comfortable. I'm addicted! read more

Madi K. Is the best! I'm never worried on what my lashes will look like by the end of the service because time and time again I sit up, take a look and they're perfect! I used to dread getting my lashes done now it's actually a relaxing experience. Her touch is so delicate you can barely feel her working on you! She is very personable as well. If you are hesitant on getting your lashes done, don't be! She's fantastic and the front desk girls are great and welcoming. read more

I got my eye lashes at lush out studio on Miller. 24 hours later I had a very bad allergy and my doctor told me to remove my lashes immediately. When I called lush out studio they only can see me the next day which was too late for me. When I called amazing lush studio and explained my situation they were very kind to fit me in right the way. The lady who removed my lashes was in training and was very gentle. She was checked by trainers 4 times make sure everything was fine. She was paying attention to every advice. I could tell she loves what she is doing and very happy to work for the company. She also mentioned how much she likes the owners which is rare in these days. Thank you so much amazing lush for taking care of me!!! Irina. read more

This place is amazing. I had Sam as my lash tech and she is so fast! I asked for longer lashes than my natural and it did shock me at first seeing them but I love them! Can't wait to go back for a fill read more

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Clean salon with COVID safety precautions in place. And of course, my lashes are beautiful!

finally found a studio that gives me the exactly lashes i want. i like them really glamorous and the Volume 6D is awesome. Jamie was great. My eyes were watering a bit, and she gave me some tricks to try. It was not there products. I have had some issues at other salons. She even recommended another person in the salon who works well with sensitive clients. i appreciated that. the check out was painless and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. i am glad i made an appointment! read more

My sister referred me to this studio. I went a couple weeks ago to get them done. Noticed a few had fallen off that evening so I called the next morning and they got me an appointment within hours with their lead stylist (can't remember her name, but ask for her!!) She is FAST, efficient, and knows what shes doing. My lashes looked 100x better and they didn't charge me at all. Lashes are still full and beautiful. I've obviously lost a few due to my natural lashes falling out. But they still look great! Never thought I would be someone to get lash extensions... always seemed silly to me. But I totally get it now. My makeup takes less than 10 minutes to do every morning... that is if I even decide to wear makeup at all. Highly recommend! read more

Last Monday I had a full set of lashes done at this location, Paradise Valley . While everyone was nice the lash technician, who happened to be a master level, glued some lashes too close to my lash line. Within a couple of days my lids were swollen. I went back to this location to have the lashes looked at and was informed there was so much irritation it would be best to have them removed. The tech who helped clip the bad lashes off was willing to remove them as soon as we checked with the front desk. While speaking with the supervisor Yvette at the front desk, she told me she wouldn't allow her techs to remove my lashes because they weren't certified. The techs actually came out to the lobby to bring me back and she told them no. She forced me to schedule the Arcadia location for later that day. I told her I wanted a full refund for the lashes since they were placed poorly and obviously irritated my eyelids. She outward refused to refund me, she refused to contact her supervisor. I agreed to go through the general website email to contact a higher up supervisor. Before I left the shop I told her I shouldn't have to pay for the removal and Yvette told me it would be "comped". When I arrived at Arcadia to have them removed I was met with below average customer service. They performed the removal and while walking out they told me I was being charged for the removal. I tried calling the PV valley location to speak to Yvette but staff states she had left for the day. How convenient. I have emailed the basic info with my complaint it's been a few days and no contact back. I have spent over $170 on lashes that were placed poorly and had to pay to have them removed at that. I would recommend Eyelash Club in Tempe for good service, product and safety. Yvette was a nightmare. Her techs were able to perform the removal and one was certified but after I requested the refund she refused to let me have the removal done at that moment. I was extremely inconvenienced, lost money, given the run around and lied to. Still no contact from a store owner read more

This place is AMAZING! Very professional staff and clean. This was my first time getting a full set of 6D lashes. Kathleen did a awesome job. She listened to my needs and wants. She answered all my questions. And it came out perfect. I am definitely going back and I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

Top notch service & beautiful lashes! I was impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff & the pricing tiers ... as well as the ability to cancel at any time. They are willing to work with you to customize your look - you can choose from 4 custom looks then go from there. My sensitive eyes appreciate that they take an easy touch with the "glue", however this led to a bit more shedding but worth it when you can get a fill so easily & at such a good price point. read more

Cecilia was amazing. She made the process fun and enjoyable. My lashes look great! I was really impressed with how they turned out and now they are perfect for my honeymoon! read more

Had my first lash appointment on Sunday and I was pretty nervous. Destinie checked me in and was incredibly welcoming and informative. After going over the forms, I met my stylist Hailey and she was more than I could have possibly asked for. She went over my options with me multiple times and when I was unsure she made suggestions all throughout the service. My lashes are absolutely wonderful and I definitely will be a return customer as long as I can!! Thank you again ladies!!! read more

I always drove by this place and just now decided to look into it. I must admit, the original price of $250 is kind of crazy, but you can't beat the introductory price of $79.99! My stylist was super nice and really informative (it was my first time getting extensions). She told me everything that I needed to do to keep them looking great! Her name is Carla, and I'll definitely be asking for her again when my fill is needed! As for the lashes, they're exactly what I was hoping for! I got the "sexy" style, and I love them so much!! read more

This place just reached a new low. The manger just messaged me and said I threw something at the stylist which is a complete lie . I'd like to see proof of this and she also said "I'm lucky the police weren't called" LOL!! Am I suppose to be scared of the police ? Do you think I honestly care if you don't appreciate my profanity? Fuck noooo!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE . I'm considering filing a lawsuit read more

When it comes to lashes, they are pretty good. My original lash technician actually pulled out some of my own lashes when I would come in for fills, but I thought it was normal because I had never had them done before. When I got to have a different technician, it was such a nice experience and I would have stayed with her except she left the studio. Then, I started having allergic reactions (evidently to the glue I was told), and had to cancel my membership. Cancelling seemed easy enough, but here is why...They don't tell you, but you have to get any credits you have on your account refunded BEFORE they cancel your membership. Once they cancel the membership, they cannot and will not give you any money back. Also, they keep an extra payment because you have to give them a 30 day notice even if you have allergic reactions and can no longer have the lashes on. Altogether, they got to keep $100 from me for absolutely NO SERVICES RENDERED! read more

I got my initial set of lashes and thought all was well... but when I went in for my first fill the technician told me I had a significant amount of loss. Turns out my first technician didn't give me any of the care instructions. She did not tell me to keep the lashes dry for 48 hours, she did not tell me not to use oil-based make up remover, she did not tell me to brush them out... I got no instructions at all. Apparently there was a brochure I was supposed to be given with aftercare instructions. No wonder they all fell out! I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not in, but she would call me later that day. I never received a call. I called back again, and was told the manager was not in but would call me the next day. I still have not received a call back. I tried emailing the corporate office and got an automated response saying to contact the individual location for assistance. I think this customer service is absolutely terrible. I won't be back. There are so many choices out there for eyelash places, I suggest you choose One that actually returns phone calls. read more

I have been going to this studio for almost a year now. I normally see the same stylist for my lashes, but she happened to be out of town when I had my appointment so they put me with someone else who I had never been with before. I normally always go 2.5-3 weeks and ALWAYS get a refill. I have never needed a full set. This new girl told me I needed a full set and wasn't nice about it either. My lashes were like they normally were after three weeks and I've needed a full set prior so why now? The girl was not friendly when I spoke to her when she was doing my lashes, she actually hurt my eyes a few times too (which previously never happened) and to make matters worst instead of paying my normal $60 I had to hand over $90 instead because she gave me a full set.. which in fact wasn't even that great of a job and they are shorter in length than how I normally get them done. I am so disappointed with my service and will never go back to that girl again and am just disappointed in how things were handled. read more

Kimiko does impeccable work & provides a most pleasant, relaxing experience. She is consistently expanding her knowledge & training, while staying in tune with personal preferences. I've had the best possible year in lashes & look forward to many more with her. Robyn has also been a great lash artist, skilled & quick, also kind. Overall, this studio is super clean & comfortable. read more

Savannah was so sweet to me and gave me a lot of recommendations on how to take care of my lushes the proper way! Also, she shared a few beauty secrets on how to keep the full look of lushes longer! Everyone in the office was super nice and made sure I felt comfortable with the procedure. I will definitely come back to this location and get them done again :) read more

hate to write a bad review but hoping to save anyone from the hassle i've gone through. i've been getting my lashes done in multiple states since my job relocated me every couple years. i came in to get a full set of hybrid lashes and have never been so disappointed. i left with chucks missing in my lashes. I didn't want to make the girl feel bad so i paid and tipped the girl and left. after leaving my friends were like your lashes look terrible you NEED to complain. i called and complained and they booked me with somebody else the following day. when i came in the following day the staff agreed that my lashes were acceptable and were happy to help fill them in more. a different lash tech worked on my lashes for 30 min and told me i was NOW at about 80% and i would need to book my fill sooner than 2 weeks (even though i have now been worked on twice and paid for a full set)...after 5 days all my lashes had fallen off! i had no lashes left in less than a week. i also had signed up for their membership. i called to cancel it bc i was so disappointed with the service and i was told i needed to cancel 10 days in advance (i was originally told 3 days so this was conflicting information) so i told them i would use the credit i had already been charged for but explained my grief and requested to PLEASE put me with somebody with the most experience and i was will yo wait weeks if i needed too just to get somebody good. they booked me for the following week. i got in to be worked on by the THIRD person and i tell them i want hybrid and the lash tech tells me that will be an additional $45 even though i have paid for my membership (again not informed about this when i signed up) when i asked for more information she told me she doesn't know anything about pricing that the techs and the from desk people are not cross trained and i would have to go back out to the front desk if i had any questions. so i said what ever and just allowed her to continue with my lashes. i left this time more please than the first two times bc i at least had lashes across my eyes but the volume lashes are all chunky and not evenly placed. before i left this day i was sure to cancel my membership before i am charged again. i was worked on by three different people at this establishment and though they are very nice they are not experienced lash techs and the girls in the front are not informative when having you sign up for their membership. i wasted a ton of time and money coming here!! read more

This is my second time at an Amazing Lash studio. I'm not from AZ and there are no studios in my hometown. Both times visiting AZ I have gotten the eyelash extensions and have been very pleased with the outcome. However, this second time I went to the Tatum & Shea location. I made an appointment for 12:30. Long story short, there are many locations in the area... And I accidentally went to the wrong one. I was early, so I called the studio, told them I was at the wrong location and that I would be there in 10 minutes. I apologized over the phone explaining that I was very sorry for my mistake. I asked if I could keep my appointment and she told me it was fine to come on. I got there exactly 10 minutes past my appointment time. When I walked in, three girls were at the front desk. I told them who I was and apologized again for being late. I explained that I'm not from anywhere around Phoenix and accidentally went to the wrong location. The new girl behind the front desk was SO sweet. She smiled and said I was fine and not to worry about it. The other two girls (they were about my age, in their twenties) just stared at me with their arms crossed as if I had just committed a crime. No comments, no fake smiles, nothing. I understand I was late, and I apologized repeatedly and offered to reschedule because I felt so bad about it. But those two girls acted like I had just done something extremely horrible. They made me feel really awkward. And if it weren't for the sweet new girl (I didn't get her name, but she had short dark hair, very cute & was from FL I think)... I probably would have left. Even after this awkward experience at the front desk... Danielle did my lashes and she was great! (I would give Danielle 5 stars). My eyelashes look wonderful and my eyes weren't sore at all the next day. Danielle was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. And she did them fast! Full set in 1 hour 20 min. and I have a lot of natural lashes, so I was impressed. I would definitely recommend Danielle. Just sucks that the front desk girls had to act stuck up otherwise I would have given this place a 5! read more

I love my lashes and I loveeee the work that Nan does. She always listens to my questions and concerns, I've never left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. I am not a fan of the front desk staff, depending on who is up there, I often leave feeling confused, especially if I come in before my member due is applied. But overall, very cleanly place, friendly atmosphere, and of course Nan is the best, and I will only have my lashes done by her!! read more

The lash stylists are good, some of them could use some work. But some of the receptionists and the managers are horrible. Whatever you do, do not sign up for the membership!! It's a scam, it's a maze just to cancel it and they will drag it out to continue charging you!! I've never seen such an unprofessional business like this in my life. read more

This is my first experience with lash extensions and I loved the experience! Maddison was incredible and explained every step through the process. She did a wonderful job, I love my new lashes. Everyone at the front desk was helpful from booking my appointment to explain aftercare, the products available and how the membership works. Thanks again, I look forward to my refill! read more

I have had some interesting experiences at different lash studios before finding amazing lash! I'm so happy I found this place. They are so clean and so friendly! I have been seeing Danielle since day one and she does an amazing job! She is so clean and truly takes her time to make my lashes perfect! She is so kind and great at what she does! I have been getting tons of compliments on my lashes ever since I have been coming here. I love that they offer a membership and it's definitely worth it. I had my very first set of eye lash extensions done here and I absolutely loved them! I felt quite welcomed as soon as I walked into the place. My stylist was very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention the rest of the staff were awesome! The entire place was very clean, even the bathrooms were spotless! The 12 month program is super affordable and convenient. What's not to like about Amazing Lash Studio? I went from plain jane to super model in 2 hours! I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I had an awful experience at this company! After struggling while they were putting on a full set I was in so much pain that it was difficult to even drive home. When I woke up the next morning my eyes were swollen shut and had to go to urgent care. I found out that I had an eye infection and they had cut my eye while putting the lashes on. The doctor and some other lash companies have told me that they are not a very trusted company and they hear complaints about them all the time! They train their own team "their own way" (the wrong way) so that you have to come in more often to get fills. Their lashes are also not real they are plastic acrylic. Honestly, it's worth spending more money to get a safe and trusted person with your lashes and eyes. Please do research on this before you go in. The last thing you want is to be stuck with pink eye for a week, be in pain, and be out of work! Read the contract before signing! read more

Love my lashes. The girl did an amazing job. However i can only give 4 stars because they charge an extra $30 For dark brown eyelashes. I am fair skin with reddish hair and freckles and black lashed would just look to harsh on me. I completely disagree with them upcharging for natural colored lashes. read more

Ok. I was super skeptical because of some bad reviews I had read but this was a great experience. I had Toni doing my lashes. My appointment was at 1230 and I didn't end up going in until 1 because she was finishing up with another client. They gave me 20 percent off! I didn't even complain, I didn't care. How nice though! And then Toni was amazing. She is so professional and so nice. She gave me exactly what I wanted and she's fast! She went over everything with me! Omg request her! She made my time there. read more

Had kimiko and she did an outstanding job. My lashes were incredibly beautiful. I love this salon

Great studio, wonderful people, really "opens " your eyes and makes mornings easy. Thank you!

Lashes look *Amazing! Second time was a much better success than the first go. Kamiko is fantastic.

If you have any standards for your lashes or desire for quality do yourself a favor and avoid amazing lash studios. I signed up for a membership went 7 times (simply becuase my account had been pre charged ) 6 out of 7 times I had an awful experience. I've been getting my lashes done for five years and never in that time have experienced such poor quality, insufficient training and overall lack of pride in there work. Today was the last straw my lashes looked awful leaving there and the tech who I had today who was supposedly a "lead tech" has zero personal or communication skills. She acted like it was a bother to be there. This is the cost cutters of lash studios at high end salon prices. read more

I'm not so happy about it. The first time was amazing but than when I went back for refill 3 weeks later( because I wasn't in town earlier) i was a Little bit tired And I didn't pay to much attention because the first time was amazing but when I got home and I sow my eyes I didn't like it at all!!!! I was so disappointed. One of the eyes had a lot less lashes than the other one and I called to tell them no answer. I left a message. Nothing. Next day I called back! Anyway they scheduled me for another appointment. That women was sooo unprofessional!!!! She pinched my eye she didn't even said sorry and at the end when I went to make an appointment for my next refill she came in and said "oh everything was fine with her" I could hear her saying that . So I didn't make any appointment and I'm so disappointed about that and about them !!!! Big dislike!!! read more

Kimoko would be the only reason why I would return. But I'm not, just because of the customer service and horrible membership gimmick. The receptionist rudely questioned me whether I was right about getting a 3 week Fill or new set.. so she mad her little minion receptionist go back and ask Kimiko. I get why she asked: to charge me correctly. But, there's a discrete way of asking not in front of the customer. The membership is a gimmick. You aren't saving any money with it. I found a new place that I'm much happier with: the Lash and Sugar Co! I feel bad for Kimiko, she's talented but this management is hindering her. read more
