I was quite surprised by the $1.50 up charge for the half and half. I didn't want to sound like a complainy customer but I am so tired of all these up charges....So I asked why the up charge and she told me "milk is expensive so we charge for it." Why are you charging extra for a milk that belongs in a drink in the first place?? Also, I could have asked for no milk and then filled my cup with the half and half on the bar. It soured me enough---sorry to say---that I may not come back anymore and I will send my guests elsewhere. There is only so much nickel and dime-ing local customers can and will take.
