Vicky, the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Within seconds of walking in -- before I had even sat down -- she asked me what color I wanted while I was still trying to look through the options. She hovered over me as I looked, which made me feel rushed and anxious. I brought an inspiration photo for my pedicure. When I showed it to the technician, she told me I had picked the wrong color and that I needed clear acrylic instead. She began speaking to Vicky in Vietnamese about it. Although Vicky was already working on another client, she stopped mid-service to come over and take over the interaction. When she brought the color palette to me, she said, "First you want white, then nude, then pink. So what do you want?!" in a sharp, impatient tone. When I tried to show her the inspiration photo again for clarification, she shoved the palette into my hands, rolled her eyes, and walked away. There were only two customers in the shop, yet the entire experience felt tense and unnecessarily rushed. I ultimately left in the middle of my pedicure because I felt uncomfortable. I was then charged $30 just to wash my feet and remove polish. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but the treatment I received was dismissive and disrespectful. I came here for a lavender ombre full set with full bling and I was really happy with my results. The full bling was about $20 for two nails so I decided to get the partial bling for $10. My nail tech was really nice and sociable and the owner is sweet and funny. The only thing I didn't like is that it took 4 hours to do my nails. My nail tech was doing other things in between doing my nails, but I didn't mind. I also wanted a pedicure, but it was closing time by time my nails were done. Went there recently, had a Asian woman with glasses give me a pedicure, I think they purposefully overcharge everyone, you can't pick what pedicure charge you want, at least I couldn't. She doesn't seem to talk to the client but rather talk about the client to other Asians in her native language (Vietnamese I'm guessing). She nicked me twice in the same big toe, drawing blood both times. You'd think the biggest toe would be the easiest to pedicure. After the 2nd Nick, I got real nervous anytime she went back to that same foot. There was another guy next to me who had a Spanish woman giving him a pedicure, he seemed happy, an just from my observation she seemed to do a better job. I'm guessing I just got the wrong person to do my pedicure. Wish I could've had the Spanish woman, instead of the Vietnamese woman, Oh well I guess you take your chances. read more

First of all if I could give a negative star I would. I have been getting my nails done for years with never a problem. I arrived at this salon and asked for a pedicure and a manicure. I had dip that needed to be soaked off. I arrived around 4 PM and was almost immediately taken to a foot chair. They gave me a bowl to soak off the dip then started my pedicure. I requested they cut the ingrown toenail as per normal. I have requested this to done at every salon that I have ever gone too with no problem. She proceeded to cut into my nail bed all the way to the cuticle on both sides of my big toe on both feet then pull the still attached nail piece off my toe. My nail bled profusely and started dripping. She packed it will cotton and glue to stop the bleeding. Then she proceeded to my fingernails. I requested a manicure but did not receive one. I had glue and dip all over my hands. The only thing she did was scrub my fingernails with a brush in the bowl that she used to do my pedicure containing the same water that was used to do my feet. She did not remove the glue or dip that was on my hands and told me to wash them when I got home. She then proceeded to use a drimmel file on my nails that was unnecessary to apply shellac. My nails are extremely thin now. The paint does not cover my entire nail and the design looks terrible. I asked multiple people what they thought it was and no one could tell. The next day I woke up with an infection/puss coming out of both big toes. I returned and asked for my money back. She tried to give me $25 when I paid $155. When I refused she told me to return the next day and she would remove it and refund my money. I returned at the appointed time the next day when she informed me it was against their policy to refund any money. I told her what she stated the previous day which she denied. She then called the cops and filed criminal trespassing on me. read more

Don't ever come to this place, for waxing eyebrows. If I could give it a 0 star I would. My sister just went to this place with very beautiful thick/ full eyebrows, she just needed a clean up from the little hairs. And the lady starts to wax HALF of her eyebrow and comes back with super thin eyebrows. Then the lady had the audacity to say it was "It's the arch, it has to be tiny". Definitely don't recommend this place at all. read more

I hate it here. When i first came in everything was cool until my nail tech started bouncing between me & other clients. At first it was ok because my nails were soaking so they could be taken off but then clients who came after me were being finished before me. Finally i get my tech's full attention & she starts doing my nails. I told her the shape (skinny coffin) that i wanted so she shows me how it would look on one nail. After she shows me how my nail looked she said it didn't look good because my finger was too wide. Whenever i get my nails done anywhere else I ask for skinny coffin & they are able to deliver so i dont want to hear she cant do it because my finger is "too wide". We ended up changing it to regular coffin, BUT ITS STILL UGLY. After that is when i felt like sis was starting to be a smart ass. She shaped all my nails & now its time for the design. All i asked for was the outline on my nails like the picture below not even the full design. Sis pulled out an exacto knife & i asked her what she was about to do & she said her way of doing the design is better (she was going to cut off the acrylic) & i told her that i have had the style before so i know how it's supposed to be done so i explained how i wanted them done. At this point sis is just being shady. She says "You're so old school. You're the boss, but my way is better" so i said ok we can do it your way so she can shut up. After that she says "Its too late i already put the acrylic down" but she says it with an attitude. During all this she's coughing & has a thin little mask on but doesn't turn away from me so she's coughing all over my hands. All the acrylic is on my nails & she filing my nails & she cuts me because she's filing too fast & not paying attention. At this point I'm ready to go so i just say fuck the design because my nails still aren't shaped how i want even after they get filed. I will never be back here again read more

This place does a good job with shaping your nails and colors but when it comes to customer service I was very disappointed. I wanted to come here to have a relaxing time but instead one of the workers wanted to have an attitude and i knew she was talking about me but i couldn't understand her bc she speaks another language all bc i didn't like my color like i thought i would and so I didn't want her to do my nails anymore then i had someone else do them and the lady was a little better read more

They did a great job on my nails. I'm rating low simply because I feel I was short changed on price. Over the phone, I was told $35 for a Gel Fill In, $40 for a Full Set with gel. I arrive expecting to get a Gel Fill In and she says she wouldn't work over what was already there. I did have one damaged nail I asked if she could just fix that but she would not oblige. I decided to get a full set since I was already there. She said they charge $45 for a gel full set, more than what was quoted over the phone. I was then charged an Extra $5 just to shape my nails. Every other time I've gotten a Full Set at other places, shaping has been included, especially since all I wanted was for her to clean up the shape I already had. Also when I got the receipt, I saw I had been charged for an "Ombré Full Set". I most definitely did not get an ombré full set; all my nails were the exact same, solid color. read more
