As an owner you are responsible for making sure your business is represented correctly. If this is an issue since February, I'm not sure how I was able to book in December. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. I had a particular style that I wanted with my hair in curls not too loose and not too tight. She took her time and made me feel more than at home. My hair normally doesn't hold curls well and it looked impeccable. Even after hours of pictures and dancing, when we got in the limo that night - my hair looked as good as it did when I left the salon! I don't wear a lot of makeup and she helped pick out great selections (especially waterproof mascara!) and the perfect shade of lipstick. At this time, the owner attempted to reneg on the price I had already paid. This is a listing SHE created, I paid it, and I'm not paying a dollar more. Unfortunately, I booked three appointments. The first was rescheduled the morning of. The second was cancelled the day before, then the owner attempted to reschedule with me while I was in the car on my way to the rescheduled appointment. I won't be back for my second or third appointment due to the lack of professionalism. Even if this place was busy, which it isn't - the owner turned away the only customer other than me on a Saturday morning - this behavior is unacceptable.
