They need a new receptionist. It was considerably rude and not only that when I'm asked to where can I book an appointment? She goes you would do it here and I was like oh OK well are you OK with me doing that she goes? Yes, I need time and what your services are and the most rudest way ever heard. I do not recommend this place. If they're gonna have bad customer service I don't wanna be there at all.

Okay, no problem, it happens, I guess, though I don't know how. So I'll book an hour later. I show up early. Booking time comes and goes. Not called. All the chairs are full, but it's all clipper-cuts, not real styling. I get they want to be precise, but I've gotten fantastic full style-cuts in a short half-hour in better-run places. After awhile I gave up and left, having things to do. Cuts looked good if you're after military, buzz or clipper cuts. Good enough for this area. I'm not sure I'd try anything more stylish or difficult here yet. I'll change my review if that changes; I don't want to be unfair to their stylists just because nothing more challenging was going on when I was there.
