When I went back to get my jewelry changed, the guy took out the old jewelry in my tragus and didn't put in a needle so it wouldn't close up while he was getting the new jewelry to put in. The piercing hole closed. He tried to force it in multiple times. There was a lot of blood. He lied and said there was a little. He barely cleaned the blood off my ear. I had to clean it off when I got home. I was in a lot of pain for several days. He also bruised the inside of my ear with the tool he used and now I have two large bumps on the inside and outside of my piercing.
