My friend and I went to this salon to get our nails done and we were greeted very friendly. The lady's there are super sweet and kind. I love my nails I will most definitely make this one my regular shop and I recommend this spa to anyone near this area. It is worth ur money. Normally I get my acrylic nails done and they last a week then start falling off I asked the lady here and she said three weeks. Today I was assaulted by one of their customers (who I believe may be one of the workers or family members (she spoke their language)). The atmosphere and shop is very nice but their customers are not Afro friendly. They(customers) don't know how to act when there is a black person around. The said customer had the audacity to touch me, no I didn't touch her(I could have but that would only make it worse). I politely told her to not touch my hair, she did anyways. Other customers had their say, the workers in the salon don't care for their customers by allowing other customers to verbally attack me. I will not give my money to this business EVER AGAIN! read more

This place is seriously amazing. The atmosphere is comforting and large. The staff are inviting and friendly, they offer beverages of your choice. I was referred here by a friend after moving to the area in September, and finally decided to try. I hadn't had my nails done in a while, and this tends to cause a bit of pain afterwards. However they were so gentle I never had any pain at all. The tools are clean, as well as the shop and I'm back again. Lisa is great and does exactly what I ask for. It was my first time here and the lady that did my nails did not know how to do ombré, even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted before I sat down. She kept asking me how would she blend the powder after she had already cut and filed my natural nails and glued the tip. I almost got up and left at that moment, but didn't wanted to be rude. Didn't carry a conversation like other places that I've been in until I told her yo wax my lip she wanted to be conversational. I get my nails done by Cianna and went in she wasn't there so the First Lady in the middle did my nails and she did not listen when I asked her to go thinner. She kept repeating that they are ok. Went back to ask for Cianna and she did a great job. Went by there today 5/1/2019 and asked for Cianna and that same lady upfront in the middle row got up and when I asked to have Cianna she mentioned, "oh she not here don't know when she come", I asked if she was off and she said yes, I asked to make an appointment when she comes back and she laughed and said she didn't know when she would be back!? It took 3 and a half hours to do a basic gel manicure and it looks like crap. The lady who did my nails had no idea what she was doing and had to keep asking another woman to help her. I went to get a pedicure yesterday. Kimmie took care of me and she was awesome, took her time, was thorough, and did an awesome job. The other women working there were very sweet and friendly. My only problem was that I ran out of time before I had to get my kids so I wasn't able to stay for the shoulder massage. Kimmie took my name and said she would do double next time. And there will definitely be a next time! I don't get pedicures that often, but it's nice to know I've found my new place! read more

Do not waste your money or time here. Came in with my sister. We were both getting mani and pedis. They started my sisters nails first and directed me to sit in the pedicure chair. After sitting there for 25 MINUTES I asked if they could please start my pedicure water at least while I wait for someone to start on me. They refused and said "that's not their strategy, the lady will be there in a minute." Next thing you know, someone new walks in needing a manicure. They then start on her!! I could not believe this. I stepped out of the chair and went to the waiting chairs instead. They were questioning me why I moved and I told them I don't want one anymore. I explained to them why and instead of apologizing, they treated me very rudely. I couldn't wait until my sister was done, so I could get out of here. Very disappointing. read more

I got my nails done there. Acrylic with Chrome Gel. It turned out terrible!!! Had runs and globs of paint in it. Won't be going back.

I did not like anything about the lady doing my manicure. She was always distracted with other conversation going on. She was so distracted she cut me filling my nails. She legit took like 15 min filling my nails and most of them came out crooked!!!! Some nails are wider than others. At the end I didn't even bother telling her was wrong I just wanted to leave asap!!! She did not deserve my money but oh . I am not coming back!!!!!! read more
