I went with a seat at the bar, and was greeted right away by one of the bartenders, and provided menus. There are a lot of great options on the menu - appetizers, bowls, salads, main courses, lots of beer on top, cocktails, and nonalcoholic cocktails as well. On the bartenders recommendation, I went with the Baja fish tacos, and upgraded my side to tater tots. The tacos were generously sized, with two small pieces of fish per taco, mango salsa, avocado, red cabbage, and chipotle aioli. They were the perfect depth of flavor, with savory, and sweet, and a touch of spice. I'm so glad I upgraded to the tots - they were perfectly crispy and delicious. Will for sure be back to try more of the menu!

Our server, Colleen, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I asked for her recommendations, and she picked out two drinks for me that were absolutely on point. If you decide to stop by Liberty Tavern--which I definitely recommend--ask for Colleen! I'm sure the entire staff is great, but I can only speak from my experience, and she truly helped make our visit an enjoyable one. Thank you again for the great food, drinks, and outstanding service.
