This bar pizza has the BEST crust around, excellent topping selection also! Very cozy, smaller place with friendly excellent service and ample parking. read more

Ordered for the first time over the weekend and it was a crowd favorite. We ordered a gluten free pizza, and people commented on how it is one of the best ones they have had around the area. We also ordered several speciality pizzas and everyone was a big fan of the chicken bacon ranch combo. The pricing was fair and the pizza was done right when they said it would be. I would highly recommend! read more

Pizza's are awesome. They also serve sheet pan pizzas which is equally as good. Been going there for many years. read more

Spencer's Pizza - Cheese, extra sauce, laced - Pizza Near Me - Abington, Massachusetts

The Pizza is delicious every time. Service is always amazing. Ambiance is your typical pizza place, nothing fancy just delicious pizza.

Great Pizza , Friendly and very helpful employees. Great experience . Pizza was very good

If you ever have a large party, especially for children (or adults) order 24 hours prior for their sheet pizza. The best is the 40 slice. Small slice with no waste. It's always a crowd pleaser. We have order this since they opened. Our kids are 27 and 23 and we still order. read more

Over cooked! Dry and no taste! Place is hit or miss. Better options in the area. Not even that busy and should have been better.

Best bar pizza around rockland. Grab a pie every Friday and never disappoints. Recommended 5 star!

Pizza is always good! I have also had the Sicilian style for parties and it is delicious!

I stopped going here because they charge extra for a laced bar pizza. Chicken tenders are good. I'll bring my pizza money to another SSBP place. Do better. Oh they also say "25 min" when in fact it is not. read more

Spencer's Pizza is by far the freshest, most authentic and delicious pizza on the South Shore. As a former North Shore guy, I've seen and tasted hundreds of others. Highly recommend ordering for any occasion. The pizzas are masterfully created and perfectly fit for any appetite and preference. Try it with your family. You won't be let down! Others simply pale in comparison. I wanted to share this review so you too can experience top tier quality at amazingly low prices and homemade, carefully compiled ingredients. Spencer's Pizza - a map of the world on the wall - Pizza Near Me - Abington, Massachusetts

Best bar pizza around! Always consistent. Employees are always super friendly. Quick service.

Spencer's has been around as long as I can remember but I only just recently started getting pizza there and it does not disappoint. The crust is so buttery and crunchy in the best way and the pizza itself is well seasoned. read more

My favorite buffalo chicken pizza around they add bacon automatically and I will just say I will never complain about that! Really good bar style pizza! read more

A defenite like in my search for great bar pizzas! Sauce not too spicy. No grease pools lingering on top of the cheese! ....always appreciated. The pizza remained nice and warm after a 20 minute drive! I didn't try the pepperoni, but the cheese held up real nice, very flavorful. read more

Our #1 source for hand-crafter delicious pizza! Forget Papas and the rest who are well overpriced. My favorite: Meat Lovers and also Hawaiian pizza. No matter what toppings you order they do a superb job with plenty and plated amazingly. read more

Very good pizza bar pizza. Reminds me of Lynwood's . They also have sheet pizza that is good (just need to order ahead for sheet pizza)s

Some of the best bar pizzas around. Really cool combinations, too - Shepherds pie, loaded potato, scallop and bacon (haven't seen this since I lived in New Bedford) are all really tasty. Their taco pizza is the best I've tried. Subs are meh. Service could be better at times. Wish they had online ordering! read more

Been going here for years. But for awhile know pizza gone way down hill. The owner does not make the pizza anymore. I am guessing, cuz last 6 times pizza has been awful! Way to much cheese, not cooked enough. Please teach the girls how to make and cook the pizza!! Im serious, just got one and was a blob of cheese and tastless uncooked pizza! Total bummer!! read more

We recently tried this place and really enjoyed the pizza. The pizzas are bar-style and we've been back three times since.

Got the Italian sub, sub par! Won't be coming back

My go to pizza. Bonus ... only a 3 minute walk. Pizza is amazing and when I pick up I hope there are no desserts in the fridge but there always are and they are amazing. Worth the extra calories. And no one judges me for pizza with garlic and pineapple read more

Very cool atmosphere with the Fenway park decor. Overwhelming smell of frying oil in the dining area was slightly unpleasant. Now for the pizza. Me and a buddy were mislead by other reviews stating that this was the best bar pizza around. As avid fans of Cape cod cafe, lynwood, Js, and poopsies we were expecting something along these lines. And while this pie did have a bar pizza like crust, the rest of the pizza was akin to a small pizza shop type pizza. A very good small pizza shop pizza mind you, but you will most likely leave disappointed if looking for something like we were. Fries were good, wish there was heinz ketchup but that's nitpicking. Definitely more of a take out place. Definitely worth a visit if you're from Abington but if you're on a search for the best bar pie around you can take this off your list. read more

I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. We had gotten a new menu in the mail...I said,"Hmmm, lets give them another try" I had stopped going to Spencers because I felt the wait time was too long. The employee answered the phone"Spencer Pizza..Can you hold?" We hung up...The wait is STILL too long. Why does a business spend $$$ on new menus and mailing them but pays NO attention to those whom are answering the phone? Very Disappointed read more

Like their food very much, great Quality and Fresh!! Love veggie pizza And Italian sub.

Great pizza one of the best 10" bar pizzas I've had. Laced edges cooked crispy with bacon, onion and pepperoni. I'll be back again soon!

Very good pizza. They also do bigger pizzas for parties or larger groups and those are excellent and reasonably prices. We use them for kids birthday parties and they go fast. read more

Great bar pizza and unique ingredient combos. Some of my favorites are the taco pizza, BLT pizza and baked potato pizza. I've only ordered takeout from here, but the interior is decorated with sports memorabilia, and looks like a fun place to be. Prices were reasonable and service was quick. Only wish they offered delivery, and I would definitely be here more often! read more

Some of the best bar pizza I've ever had. Especially their Sheppard's pie... to die for. Love living two seconds away from them!

I went in to order to go and the lady who was there was SO rude and racist! It's sad that I'm this day in age I had to go through that. I was speaking Spanish when I first went in on the phone (obviously I hung up to order). She was so rude and was talking to me as though I couldn't understand English. She even overcharged me too. Then when my order was ready she slammed my pizza down on the counter and walked away before I even got a chance to get up. I'll never go there again. read more

Best Bar pizza in the south shore. Grew up on it, grew up fat because of it. Their cheese is unreal, the party sheets are unreal and the taco is the best around. Good people, good pizza. read more

Just got three pizzas and a salad from there the taco pizza was burnt the bacon pizza tasted funny they didn't even give you pita with your salad and the dressing was terrible I will never go there again ever read more

used to love spencers when it was the Spencer family running it when it was located behind Great Times. Hasn't been the same since it changed ownership! read more

I have been getting pizza from here since I was a kid and it was a tiny hole in the wall on the other side of town. This is the best bar pizza you will ever have. Their taco is especially incredible read more

I popped in here last week for a quick sandwich while out doing errands. I am familiar with the area and frequently smell freshly baking bread wafting from Spencer's. I heard from some friends that the pizza and subs were very good, so figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a BLT with pickles instead of tomatoes and cheese. This was the best sandwich I have ever had. I don't think I have ever ate fresher bread, it tasted like it had literally come directly out of the oven. The baguette was crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I plan to go back this week and make it a regular thing!!! read more

I don't know what "Dee L." is on about, but I know for a fact that the pizza recipe is exactly the same as it's always been, and it's delicious. This place has only gotten better since the new ownership. The place is actually inviting now, as well. Very warm but casual atmosphere, especially for sports fans. Place is decked out with cool local sports memorabilia. And there are booths! No more rickety tables and chairs haphazardly thrown into a "seating area". Great food has been added to the menu, not taken away. Get a chicken and broccoli calzone, you will not be disappointed. Everything is top quality and delicious, and their catering menu is awesome; if you get a chance, order honey mustard wings. They are AMAZING. This is a great place to go, with family or friends, especially with the new beer & wine license. read more

OK I'll admit it when I'm wrong. I took the Yelper's suggestion and ordered the chicken and brocoli calzone - amazing! Love the steak and cheese calzone too. The pizza has gotten better too maybe the night we ordered the real pizza chef was out sick? read more

I will never go here again. I'm sorry, but that Lady running the place is definitely in a cult. She seems like a robot, and gives these orders and stern looks to her right hand man (husband??). Anyway, pizza definitely not the same. And my wife ordered a LARGE steak and cheese sub, and it didn't have enough steak to fill a small. I called and spoke to some bozo employee, left my number for a call back from a manager, a call that never came. Nice customer service... Lame lame lame. Call Abington House of Pizza.. different style altogether, but run by a gentleman who knows who is customers are... Screw Spencer's.. read more

Best bar pizza in the area. Just got a plain cheese and it was great the best part is the oil running down your hand while you ate it. Love this place read more
