Thanks for ruining my night. They screwed up and sent me the wrong pizza. Manager Josiah doesn't seem to care as evidenced by him telling me the ONLY thing he can do is for ME to go there. I am disabled and don't drive. That's why I ordered delivery. I asked if he could mail me the gift card as I live 20 miles from the restaurant. He said no. The woman who answered the phone was super rude and obviously also didn't care. I've ordered from them so many times. I don't matter. I was having an incredibly hard day and this was the nail in the coffin. read more

Best pizza in the area that I have found besides Denly's but Otto is open for lunch. We often frequent this restaurant from our office and with a few pizza snobs in the office this place just hits. They use fresh ingredients, you can taste the quality in the sauce and they have some really fun and unique pizzas. I don't know what they do differently than the standard pizza shops in the area, but they did their primary location in Portland proud. We first had them on vacation a few years ago in Maine and my wife and myself were super excited to hear that there was a location that opened in our town. Love this place and love that they started to sell slices for lunch time so I can head over without having to buy a whole pie to my head on lunch. read more

Hmmm so maybe I ordered on an off-night? Or maybe I ordered the "wrong" kind of pizza/toppings? Either way, I hate to say my husband and I were not impressed with our first experience here after hearing all the hype :( We ordered two small pizzas to try: a pineapple, bacon, hot honey and also a half cheese/half four-cheese. Both of these pizzas tasted just like breadsticks!! I will say they would make for delicious breadsticks, however that's just not what I was hoping for... Both pizzas were paper-thin (nothing wrong with that) but missing most of the toppings in my opinion (including the standard sauce & cheese), hence the heavy breadstick-like flavor. We also both commented on how odd the bacon topping was - it was just balls of bacon, one ball randomly placed on each slice. I've never had it like this before but I prefer crumbled bacon all over so each bite is the same consistent flavor. I know this place just opened recently so I'm sure they are still working out some kinks. They also have stiff competition in the area being located in the land of bar pizza. I will definitely try them again in the future as there was technically nothing "wrong" with the pizza; it's just the style I'm not used to. I would still recommend checking it out and deciding for yourself if you like this pizza :) read more

I've been going to this location for about a year and every pizza has been amazing! I love the spicy pulled pork and pineapple & the meatball, pepperoni, sausage and bacon! The staff is so kind! I get a small every weekend lol and a cookie read more

Finally found good pizza on the South Shore! I love how thin the crust is. The red sauce tastes a little different than I'm used to, but not in a bad way. I finally have a spot to get Friday night pizza again without having to go into the city! read more

I've ordered twice - the first time was just after they opened and again close to a year or so later. The first time I got the regular crust. It was so paper thin that it was falling apart, very floppy. So the second time, I tried the double crust thinking that would be the thickness of a "regular" pizza crust. However, it was more like a thick crust - very thick and doughy. I can't seem to find the happy medium. I want to like Otto because it gets so much hype but it's not any better than average pizza with fun topping options. read more

Location: The location is nice, it's located under an apartment complex. Next to a CVs. Which means plenty of parking. It's definitely more of a grab and go kind of place. Service: service was good, very friendly and welcoming. Food: I got a margherita pizza. It was the worst I've ever had. It wasn't a true margherita pizza. There was no red sauce. It was essentially a white cheese pizza, with some tomatoes tossed on top. The only saving grace was the dough, which is really good and the only thing that truly had any flavor unfortunately. I'm not sure if not using red sauce is just their thing but be mindful when ordering. Overall, I'd give it a two based on the other factors. But food is the most important factor. I would probably not go back. Which i hate to say because the people were so pleasant :(. read more

Otto in Weymouth. Really good 'Za. Obviously high quality ingredients. The cheese tastes like butter.... I said butter. Just the right amount of not too acidic sauce, perfectly thin with a char underneath unadorned with gimmickly accoutremonts like cornmeal it was and will now be my go to usurping Regina's. read more

Great pizza. My type of New York style. Service was ok on Sunday afternoon. Pizza was slightly undercooked. Had a pale color on the crust. I'll try again another time. read more

Dabs of sauce on top of pizza, soooooo interesting.... NOT!!! Let me save you the lengthy review for a place that isn't hitting mark at all on "speciality pies" larger chains like Papa Gino's who sell a "rustic pie" are at least consistent and affordable for the Fam. The automated response they give each negative review is also a good guide on the effort put into their overpriced, yuppy-trash pies. Suck 1-10. I give it a one because it is something you can put in your mouth and eat. read more

OTTO - What?! 17 something for a small pie? Hot trash garbage. Diarrhea pics unhappy follow. - Pizza Near Me - Weymouth, Massachusetts

The most unhospitable venue ever been in. On Christmas eve of all day to have received such NASTY, PREJUDICE treatment. Young "child" at register was beyond rude. Hospitality was an absolute ZERO. I don't think they like people of color to frequent their establishment. read more

Place has gotten super bad from when I used to go there, new managers lazy and has horrible customer service. Miss those two boys that used to work there. Every time I order the pizza keeps getting worse and worse. read more

Updating this review to say that this is the best take-out, non-bar pizza in Weymouth, Abington and Rockland. Nothing else comes close. That's not a great thing for pizza in the area but it's true. Denlys is the best in the area if you EAT IT AT DENLYS. Denlys does not survive the ride home and becomes greasy cardboard. Otto makes it through your door intact. Enjoy. read more

Consistently good pizza! We love the buffalo cauliflower. Our favorite pizza shop on the south shore- and we're pretty picky when it comes to pizza! read more

We tried the recently opened Weymouth location of Otto on a rainy Saturday evening. The pizzas were great (more below), but be prepared for a wait. Whether it was the rain increasing traffic, or not, the wait was about 30 minutes more than the 15 we were estimated when calling in the order. Also, depending on what you want, you may have to call in the order instead of ordering online. Our kids wanted to try the three cheese tortellini pizza, but it wasn't available for ordering on their online ordering site. We tried the Three-Cheese Tortellini, Mashed Potato Bacon & Scallion, and Fresh Pineapple Bacon & Hot Honey. The crusts are cooked thin and have a good char. If you're a transplant to the south shore and not a "bar pizza" fan, you'll really appreciate these pizzas. They're way better than any bar pizza or local shops. All of the combinations worked well. The honey is not too hot, and it ended up being one of our kids favorite pizzas. They both loved the three cheese tortellini which has actual tortellini pasta on it. Overall, a great entry to the south shore, and a great place to get pizza. read more

Pizza is always good but they forgot my salad tonight and just gave me a bag with ranch dressing in it. Pretty disappointing. The bag was stapled shut so it wasn't the Uber eats drivers fault. read more

We had been hearing good things about the Weymouth location and it's got a very good reputation elsewhere so we decided to give it a try. It's close so I decided I wanted to check out the atmosphere, I didn't realize that it's basically a delivery and pick up place. That was the only draw back, the chairs that are aligned with the windows are low in comparison to the bar so it's awkward to sit and eat and I believe there is only one table that we used. The beverage selection is non alcoholic which is fine but the brands are very limited. The Pizza was excellent we got two different types just to get a sample. We got the four cheese and the honey hot with bacon and pineapple, thin dough. It was very tasty and not overfilling. My preference is a nice sit down restaurant but if you go realizing that it is mainly a pick up place you will not be disappointed. I noticed they did too a very busy pick up service so at popular times you might have a wait but we did not. Prices are very reasonable and the employees are very helpful. I hope the business makes it. We'll definitely be eating the pizzas again and again read more

We're looking for decent pizza and found it. Our daughter goes to the Brookline restaurant and highly recommended we give it a try. The Weymouth store is more for pickup. Seating is limited and there isn't any table service. Given that do stop by and get a pie. It was awesome! read more

I'm so happy Otto opened in Weymouth. I enjoy their freshly baked pizza. The Grubhub order came late so it wasn't piping hot but it was still good enough for me to give the four star rating. read more

The most horrid pizza I've ever eaten. No cheese on the their so called specialty pizzas! WHAT! Crust like cardboard. Even with toppings, bland. There is cheese on pepperoni pizza. A real rip off! Save your money and go elsewhere. And how about you all go back to pizza school. read more

Great service and unique pizza toppings. Don't be nervous to try anything "wild," everything tastes great!

Great pizza! Never disappoints ! It's a thin style with a nice crisp and delicious crust. The type that has all that delicious seasoning on the bottom. So pumped they came to Weymouth and now we have another great spot! We usually get the buffalo chicken and buffalo cauliflower! Give it a shot! read more

Ordered delivery tonight. Waited 2 hours. It was never delivered and there was no tracking on the order. When I called to check 15minutes after supposed delivery time I was automatically transferred to voicemail because they were closed. YET we were charged because delivery isn't available until you pay first. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD SERVICE ALL AROUND considering we never received any of our order, nor was the delivery tracked. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS IS ROBBERY read more

Otto did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. I appreciated them being open on a snow day and also that the food was ready well before expected. I'll be back! read more

Excellent showing tonight. We got a double crust cheese pizza, an order of breadsticks, and a last minute chocolate chip cookie at checkout. Not sure if I was dealing with the owner or not but he was super nice and helpful. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the breadsticks and dipping sauce were both great. The cookie was really good as well. Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and quick order turnaround. Will definitely be back again! read more

I have lived in the area for about 6-7 years and have had such a hard time finding a great slice of pizza. Look no further! I've passed OTTO a bunch since they have opened and lastnight was the night to give it a try. So happy i did. Under carriage was A+, sauce was sweet and tangy, cheese was perfect with some added blue cheese for the. Buff chick and a little zest on the honey hot pepperoni. Please go here if you haven't selfishly so i can continue to make this spot my new Za joint! read more

Pizza looks good in the photos and I have heard positive things about the original location. However, this location doesn't look like they are ready for business. The entrance is unusual that it shares a storefront with a defunct sandwich shop. Once I determined where the entrance to the pizza place was I went in and seem to surprise the woman behind the counter as she didn't seem to be expecting any customers even at 12:15 on a Monday afternoon. There were no smell of any pizza cooking, so I'm not sure how busy they are. I asked about slices as I had seen them in a previous review and she said they don't serve slices. read more

Order a large build my own pizza online. Went to pick it up, but it wasn't ready. An employee came out and explained that they made a medium instead and apologized and said the correct pizza was being prepared and apologized again. I said no problem, then he added you can take the medium pizza too on the house. I said there was no need, but he insisted and apologized again. When the order was ready, I tried to purchase a tiramasu. He wouldn't let me pay for it , saying that it would make up for the time I had to wait. So, my review of the pizza. Great quality, flavor, and the crust was perfect. Service incredible. What this gentleman did was turn a minor inconvenience into making my day. Btw when I got home and opened the bag, there were 2 tiramasu read more

First visit to Otto Pizza in Weymouth. We ordered two pizzas-1- spinach, kalamata olives and feta cheese. 1-butternut squash, ricotta cheese and dried cranberries. OMG This is by far the best we've had locally! Absolutely amazing. The butternut squash pizza was incredibly delicious. There was a minor glitch while ordering by phone but it was quickly rectified and it didn't affect our rating. We will definitely be placing orders again and telling all our friends to give them a try. Julia who was working the counter was great, friendly and helpful read more

The pizza is one of the best around for sure. They seem to use higher quality ingredients than 99% of the other pizza joints I have eaten at. They are up there with my other favorite spot Denly's, but they also add in lunch time orders. They are not much of a sit down place and the pizza can cost a bit more than the average place, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The pizza is hella good and I have recommended them to people often. The staff seem to really like working there and take pride in their work, good customer service. I don't have anything bad to say, amazing pizza. read more

The closet thing to NY style pizza. I had the cheese, potato, bacon and pineapple and they were all fantastic. The pizzas were thin and crunchy but the crust was a little tough. That might have been because it was 45 minutes later that we ate. read more

We ordered a large cheese lightly cooked. Thinnest pizza I've ever had. Taste was good, a lot of sause spots missing cheese, pizza was actually cold when we got it home, we live 3 minutes from them.
