In a college town with convenient pizza options aplenty I'm ashamed of how long it took me to finally try Star Pizza! There are a ton of different options on the menu to choose from. Let me just say it's absolutely delicious. It started with a friendly smile from the two gents working behind the counter. They made some great suggestions which helped sway our order. They also said the Alfredo and Marinara sauces are homemade. The atmosphere is quiet, there are about 6 tables seating 4 people at each comfortably but we opted for takeout. We ordered a Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Calzone, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken, and Buffalo Chicken Wings. Because that all totaled over $40 we got a free small cheese pizza which was awesome because it was just an overall solid pizza. This is the first time we've ordered from Star Pizza but it definitely will not be the last! read more

Jacki West Bridgewater I understand the comments from a long time ago. The restaurant needed alot of help. Then it changed hands and I tried it again now and it's amazing. I had been using a place in Easton and they were ungrateful and the food was always cold. Here at Star, they were sincerely thankful and friendly. The food was nice and hot. I have a household of 5 and the food was completely gone within 30 minutes. So we ordered again. They are now our new regular take-out spot. Came here with a coworker to pick up some subs for lunch. First thing we noticed was that none of the staff were wearing gloves and our subs switched hands multiple times while they were being made. Disgusting!! For all we know, they could've taken a dump or touched something gross without washing their hands...and then have said hands all over your food! The food was also undercooked and bland. The atmosphere of the place isn't great either and there were a large number of flies and yellow jackets flying around the dining area which only speaks to the sanitary conditions within the building. Never again! You'd be better off taking your hard earned money elsewhere if you want decent food and a clean atmosphere. read more

Steak sub was decent.. average chicken fingers.. but the worst Veal Parm sub I ever had. Two bites and had to toss. I can't even describe what Veal tasted like but it wasn't tasting like Veal. Looks like a dog food sub. No sauce just tomato chunks. read more

Pizza was stone cold even though we live very close. Delivery drivers are typically nice, owner was super rude when I had complained about almost letting my dogs out despite specific instructuons. Danielle, got it right. This place has great greek style pizza, it has TONS of cheese, light slightly sweet sauce (no chunks.........I hate chunks) slightly crunchy crust and very tasty. I got 2 pepperoni slices and a can of soda for $6.91, not a super deal but it was a lot of food. The slices are about a quater pizza and they cut them in half (to normal sized slices) so my 2 slices was really 4 normal sized ones. They are friendly, service was quick, the place was very clean and it was a nice expereince. I recommend checking it out if you are the area! read more

Very disappointed with the delivery driver. He made a rude comment about not liking coming into the building. I apologized but the driver did not call my phone to ask me to meet him at the door. Was looking for a quick bite to eat. Went to this place and I just say I was hella disappointed. I ordered the chicken tenders dinner. My mom ordered the cowboy burger dinner. Let's just say we've both had better. The tenders had no flavor to them. It was almost like the spices were on vacation. And to top it off they had the audacity to give me only one sweet and sour sauce, which lets be honest gave the blandest chicken known to mankind a little flavor. My mom's burger where do I behind it was like the burger trimmings went on strike. It contained no lettuce or pickles or onions. Like what kind of place doesn't include typical burger trimmings. About a month ago my wife and I bought two orders of fish and chips at star pizza for 26 dollars and were very disappointed to say the least......I got two small pieces of fish and lots and lots of fries on my plate and my wife got one piece of fish and lots of fries on her plate........needless to say the fish was gone in a few bites and we both ended up with a ton of fries that were COLD and HARD to EAT any longer....I know SEAFOOD is expensive but you should warn people that you don't get but a few ounces with each order.....We are both in our 70's and 80's and living on a pension and can't afford to spend 26 dollars on MEALS that takes 5 minutes to EAT and still hungry.......our bad to trust a pizza place to warn people how little the portions will be......we learned our lesson in not asking if the portions are going to be tiny......We felt taken..... read more

Not the best place for pizza in the area, but not bad. With that said its a traditional pizza joint with subs, salads, and appetizers. Pizza is kind of on the greasy side, but a dab with a napkin will remedy the situation. If the other guys are closed, star will suffice. read more

Delivery took one hour and 50 minutes. When I got my pizza, it was just a plain cheese. I ordered a pizza with mushroom and pepperoni on half. I told the delivery guy this and all he said was oh I have just cheese. I said how is a plain cheese 15 bucks? He said he didn't know and he'll let the boss know. Whatever. just came back from star pizza and it was wicked good. we got a greek pizza and a steak tip salad. the steak tips are delicious! i asked for desserts and they said they were going to add baklava to their menu. i recommend people to go there and try it out. you wont be disappointed. read more
