They brought us out appetizers for photos too and continued to help the bride and groom with holding drinks and flowers. Truly impressive. What a great venue and experience. I did not stay for dinner, as the ceremony and photos were outside and I was with the pup! But the cocktail I had was great and the apps were really good too! I bet the dinner is great. This was my second time visiting Stetson Hall as well as the second SSTW production I have seen. Stetson Hall is located in the heart of Randolph. A historic building set at the four corners of North Street, S Main Street, Union Street, and N Main Street. The building is handicapped accessible with a working elevator to the second level. The bathrooms are also handicapped accessible. There is plenty of parking and an entrance on S Main Street and Union Street. There is also a large parking lot next door should it become necessary. As an audience member, there is not a bad seat in the house. The seating is typical banquet hall seats. They are not terribly comfortable however. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion. The production itself was wonderful. As I mentioned this was the second SSTW production I had the privilege of viewing and I loved every minute of it. Thirdly, it is big. The indian wedding I covered has 250 guests and I didn't feel that it was crowded. There is a stage where you can put the presidential table or DJ and there is a mezzanine at the back which overlooks the reception floor. (See attached pictures.) As to the formal photo shoot, there is a park with a gazebo 3 minutes away from Stetson Hall. But with this wedding I covered, the bride chose to do the formal photo shoot in a friend's house in Stoughton. But I see no problem of doing the formal photo shoots in Stetson Hall itself. I think the bride hired her caterer and her own dj. So most probably, you just get the hall when you rent it. I think the caterer hired was also the one who decorated the hall as they were the ones fixing the tables with decorations. I would recommend Stetson Hall for a bride who is in a budget. But all in all, the guests had a lot of fun as they hired a DJ plus an indian drum crew. I give Stetson Hall a 4 star. It is conveniently located too in the South Shore.

It is fun. Rockland Golf Course in Massachusetts is known for its distinctive layout and scenic…read morebeauty, making it a favorite among casual and intermediate golfers. The course features two unique 18-hole layouts: a Par 54 course made up entirely of par 3s, and a "Players Course" that includes a mix of par 3s and par 4s. These designs make the course approachable for beginners while still offering a challenge for more experienced players, especially with some par 3s stretching over 200 yards. The walkable terrain and natural surroundings of oak trees, streams, and rocky outcroppings add to the course's charm. Despite its appeal, Rockland Golf Course has faced some criticism over the years, primarily concerning its maintenance. Golfers have noted inconsistencies in course conditions, particularly in the upkeep of greens and fairways. There have also been occasional complaints about poor customer service, including issues with tee time management and unprofessional staff interactions during events. These concerns suggest a need for better oversight and communication from management to maintain the course's reputation. That said, the course still holds value as a local golf destination, especially for those looking for a more relaxed or quick round. The clubhouse and event spaces also offer picturesque views and can be a nice option for hosting gatherings, although some past users have reported mixed experiences. Overall, Rockland Golf Course offers a unique playing experience with great potential, but it's worth checking recent reviews or course updates before booking a round or planning an event.
