A little bit of ride for us but always worth it. We initially started going for their Spanish octopus appy which was spectacular but was taken off the menu. We found out it was back and so were we! The entire meal was wonderful as was our server Lisa. She was spot on!! He had the bolognese and had the 5 spice duck with baby Yukon gold potatoes and brussel sprouts.. it had a bit of sweet I believe apricot preserve on the side of the plate.. both were OVER THE TOP delicious!! Friends took me to dinner for my 60th. Our server, Nicole, was one of the most fabulous I've experienced in all my dining. She was attentive and responsive, funny as heck! She paced our evening in every perfect way! I loved the short rib and look forward to my leftovers for lunch! The bread and chive oil was exquisite and Nicole took great care of our cocktail requests. I initially ordered the raspberry white peach martini, but it literally tasted like the liquid penicillin I took as a kid. Nicole replaced it with a more delicious Cosmo! 5 Stars - amazing from start to finish. Parking is super easy in their lot. The inside is so bright and welcoming, there are a good amount of tables but you dont feel like you are sitting on top of each other, and it doesnt get too loud. Our server was Lexi who was great all night and super sweet. We were celebrating a birthday for a friend so between the 6 of us we tried a few different drinks, which were all great. For food we got an order of calamari as well as brussels appetizers. Their bread/oil is amazing!! I have no idea what is in the oil but its so good. Dined here with my husband who is gluten sensitive and I am celiac. Amazing experience! They offered GF dinner rolls with dipping oil. I had the cod cooked without gluten. It had a yummy lemon chardonnay butter sauce and toasted pepper almond vinaigrette with roasted potatoes and sautéed green beans and carrots. My husband had the bolognese with GF pasta. We both thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. We split their GF pistachio cheesecake that had a lovely fresh fruit compote and whipped cream. Super cute neighborhood spot with a laid back vibe, but food (and prices!) that leans more upscale. I visited for the first time for an anniversary dinner and have a feeling I'll be back again in the future! The space itself is lovely and there's a big bar area opposite the dining room that would be a great spot to watch a game while still enjoy a really nice meal. Sorelle won me over right off the bat with their Taylor Swift-themed cocktail menu. I have to assume it's temporary, but it was such a cute little detail, and The Swiftie cocktail I tried was really tasty. My husband was a bit disappointed that there weren't more NE IPAs on the craft beer list, but I think it changes frequently and it did have a lot of other solid local options. We started out with the calamari, which I would totally order again. It was kind of a unique recipe with a little sweetness from the vinaigrette alongside the tang from the pickled onions. For our entrees we went with the Braised Beef Short Ribs and an off-menu seafood risotto special. The shrimp and scallops in the risotto were particularly good, seems like they know their way around a seafood dish. Everything has a home-cooked feel, super cozy with big portions and lots of familiar flavors. The staff was really welcoming and kind too. Again, a great neighborhood spot, though I'd probably go for 5 stars if the prices were a bit lower. I'll give them another chance to win me over soon :) read more

My husband and I were just passing through Abington and tried this place based on a quick google search and positive reviews. We were not disappointed! Although we weren't sure from the looks on the outside, the Inside was so clean & cozy, food was good and our waitress, Lexie, was efficient and very cheerful! We were delighted to find out she comes into the restaurant early to make a few desserts on the menu! We couldn't resist ordering one- YUM! So good!!! We heard they had christmas decorations and availability! Went here for a dinner and it did not disappoint. The Christmas decorations were really great! The bread came with an olive oil mix that had a bit too much red onion for my liking. I ordered the pumpkin raviolis, they were done well and served with craisins and squash. The sauce was a brown butter sauce with cranberry port reduction. It was good but I prefer a cream sauce with these ravilis. We also had the pear salad and is was very good. My friends recently moved to the area and we are trying to find some local restaurants for our rotation. The reviews did not lie as the food and service were great! The mussels, just get them and ask for extra bread because the sauce is made for dipping your bread to soak up the goodness, so flavorful!! It's a staple for me whenever I'm in the area and they pack it up well as a take out item too! We ordered a few main dishes and some of their seasonal drinks, all were delicious, including the bread with dipping oil that you get at the steer if your meal. Service very good for our larger party of 9 (3 kids). The food was bland as could be though. I had the short rib. They gave me risotto by mistake but gave me a side of mashed. The meat was a good portion but it was bland and flooded in some au jus that was also bland and not what was in the menu description of the dish. This place is just the best. I came here recently for a bereavement lunch after a funeral. We were seated in the small but cozy private room. They had a special menu made just for our family that said "in loving memory of" at the top, which was really sweet and thoughtful. We started with antipasto which was delicious and a decent portion size for several people. For my entree, I ordered the eggplant stack and added pasta. The eggplant was perfect; thin, crispy, flavorful and smothered with cheese in a fantastic red sauce. My husband and I shared the pistachio cheesecake and chocolate lava cake for dessert. I ordered sangria, which was excellent ( I actually ordered a second) waitress was very friendly and informative. Was going to skip the salad until she told us we could get a smaller version and then I got the past salad which was unbelievable. So good. And it was a great size. I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp, and it was excellent. My husband loved his meal and Friends loved their meals. Bread dipping oil was so good we brought out extra home. My husband goes nowhere without getting dessert so he got the bread pudding for dessert that was so so tasty. My fiance and I went to Sorelle's for my birthday dinner and the food was amazing! Everything was made perfectl. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and our waitress named Courney D. made sure to let the kitchen knew so that my allergies were taken into account during the cooking process. She was oneof the best waitresses we've had. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and what I could eat. They do a great job with gluten and dairy allergie. It has been awhile since we dined here last and previous times were not the best experience, but this last time evertything was great. We sat towards the back of the restaurant right in front of the kitchen which was cool to see them making all the scrumptous dishes. We started off with their house salad which was plentiful for 2. We then shared one of their Margherita pizzas which was cooked for perfection. There wasn't a a crumb left and I think we wanted to order another it was that good. We ended with their Pumpkin Creme Brulee and Pistachio Martini both were excellent and paired pretty well with each other. So I would say definitely try out Sorelle Bar & Grill if you haven't before. Best mussels I've ever had. This restaurant is my go to for a perfectly made meal. I even had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and they knocked it out of the park. I have been to Sorelle 3-4 times so far and it has always exceeded my expectations. I LOVE their menu, some " fancier" things but then also the best burger you will ever have. Came here for the second time a couple weeks back with the hubby and again was not disappointed with the food. I have to say they made a lot of changes to the restaurant by adding barriers, which is great to see. The night that we went they had one of their specials - Eggplant Stack - that was so good and so filling! Went to Sorelle's for dinner last night. Disappointing, had the Caprese salad. The tomatoes look like they were cut from two different tomatoes one overripe, One under Ripe best thing was the Barrata cheese. Had the Orecchette Pasta looks like everything was pre-cooked and then just tossed together. The sausage had no caramelization .The pasta was definitely over cooked The broccoli was almost gray, not bright green as it should be. It says on the menu that it's toasted it never saw the inside of an Oven. I cooked Italian food for 40 years. I would be embarrassed if I Served this pasta to a customer.
