They were friendly and considerate of our property. They worked for two full days Recommendation was to replace the main water out flow pipe from the house to the septic tank. They stated the water flow was abnormally slow and eventually sewage/water would back up into our basement. To replace the main pipe they had to saw thru 5 t0 7" of patio concrete to access the pipe for replacement. They were 100% correct the pipe from the house and under the concrete slab was originally installed incorrectly and was a major issue. Billy and Tristin was totally considerate, polite and professional. Their quote for this complicated job was extremely fair. I 100% recommend them to resolve all septic or plumbing issues.

This gives the impression that the original repair was improvised and ineffective. This experience has been extremely frustrating and expensive. Communication for his part has been terrible: many excuses and almost no response to messages or calls. They have not assumed any responsibility and after six months, the problem remains unresolved. Now I have to hire another company, which means spending even more money to solve something that should have been done correctly from the beginning.
