The two guys that came out were very prompt by calling me first and letting me know they were on their way. Casey B. And Jesse were the two techs that came out. Casey informed me from start to finish everything they were doing. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process and made suggestions of things to do and not to do to keep the septic tank in good shape. I didn't have as much interaction with Jesse but when I did he was very professional. They charged the flat rate that was quoted initially. No hidden fees as I encountered with the company I contacted before. The rate was affordable and my yard was left in good condition. I will definitely be using this company. Casey gave me a package that offers a discount for neighbors and and a referral fee for myself. That also is a great incentive!! Great job! Good company!

Called Casey the morning before Thanksgiving and he showed up a few hours later and handled our septic pump and clogged drain quickly. He was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and how to prevent the issues from reoccurring. I would definitely use Elite Septic again in the future. read more

They were conscientious with the excavator, sticking to dirt and pine straw where they could avoid grass in the yard, and the price was great for the work they did.
