What a great experience! My nicnac filled home is clean without any chemical smell! We had used a different cleaning company that specializes in natural cleaning products so we could avoid the chemical smell, but their products left an even funkier smell that lingered for weeks! We're so relieved to have a house that's not chemically, not funky, just fresh. One anecdote: at a recent cleaning, one of the staff knocked a bottle of lotion off the counter. I had already cracked the bottle myself, but she must have thought that she had done it, so she immediately found me (I was home at the time) and apologized, noting that she had already reported her mistake to the office and that she would replace the lotion. (I of course told her that she didn't crack the bottle and nothing was needed on their end). Krystal did a great job. I really have high expectations as I grew up helping my mom clean houses. Because of this, my mom always went above and beyond, which I know shouldn't be my expectation, but to get a 4 star from me is a good thing. There were a few things I wish were picked up, or straightened out, but nothing major. Ex. If a book was out of place, add it to the other books, or movies on the tv, put with other movies in the entertainment center. But like I said, nothing major. The two young ladies went right to work and eventually two more showed up to assist them. My house was beautiful when they left and I felt like I could breath once again. My husband was quite pleased when he returned from work. What was really impressive was they even dusted the top of the washer and dryer which isn't easy because I usually have a bunch of stuff on top. I've used a lot of cleaners and, in my experience, they're either awesome or really terrible with regard to how well they clean. Alpine was above average. Most things were clean, but, there were some areas that were not touched. My big issue is that I paid for a deep cleaning. When I booked it, I was informed it would take about 4 1/2 hours. They were actually only at my apartment for 3 hours and that was a big deal. For some reason, even though I was certain I chose 2 br, 2 ba, under 1400 Sq Ft as the type of place I had, the owner claimed that I only told them I had 1 bathroom and it was a VERY BIG DEAL that they had to clean the other bathroom because the cleaner had to leave. So, they didn't show until after 12 p.m. and were done by 3 p.m. It was a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning. For a regular cleaning, the work was above average. For the deep cleaning I paid for, the work was substandard. I feel ripped off because I was told I'd get 4 1/2 hours of cleaning and I only got 3. read more

UPDATE 5/11/18: After seeing my review, the owner of the company reached out and was very apologetic. He wanted to make things right and sent another pair of maids out for a few hours another day free of charge. He also made some changes to the website booking system in order to show that the pricing is labor hours, not actual clock time. Although I was disappointed with my first experience, the company seemed to really care, and the actual cleaning was very good. I still feel it's expensive, but the quality IS there. 5/3/18: As a mom of two, it's hard to keep up sometimes. I only work part-time, so it's hard for me to justify spending money on help, but I finally decided to. We have family visiting tomorrow, so last week, when we saw online that slots were limited with this company, we booked for yesterday. The online options were for a whole house cleaning or by the hour. Everywhere, it talked about how a "team" comes to your house and does the job right. Well, for whole house, you have to choose number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but I didn't actually want ANY of the bedrooms cleaned... just the bathrooms and common areas. So we thought the most economic way to get that done would be by the hour. We booked 4 hours which I thought would be plenty for a "team" to clean bathrooms and common areas. It was steep... $180! But I really wanted it done right. Well, the team was two very nice ladies who asked what I wanted and went to work. About an hour later, they told me they were half way done in time but not work, and did I want to add more time? What?! I told them, "no, I booked 4 hours," and she politely told me that it's 4 labor hours and not actually time in the house. So, I paid $180 for the "team" to work TWO HOURS and only finish half of what I asked for. Nowhere on the website does it say the "team" thing divides up the "time" you pay for. We complained, but were told that's just how it is. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this company, as I'm so sad I lost $180 and have to spend today cleaning too. The maids themselves were great, but my experience was heartbreaking. read more
