The absolute worst decision I have ever made in regard to my house was to have them clean it. $500 wasted. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. I drove 10 hours that day across the country to walk into a filthy home. I think the oven might have been cleaned, but that is not a 3 person, 2 hour, $500 bill job. After contacting them about our concerns they said absolutely nothing can or will be done from them on their side. They also claimed they mopped our floors (again, not a $500 job) which was so easily proven false given the floors were filthy. Please listen to me and do not use this company. There are so many others in the Denver area that are far more deserving of your business. read more

I cannot even express how impressed I am by Organic Maids!! Their customer service, employees and actual services are freaking phenomenal! I had a house that was an absolute mess (it's a long, sad story...) and Organic Maids cleaned it in one appointment beyond anything I was expecting!! The extensive list of options for cleaning offered the exact, custom cleaning that I needed and the quoting process was very clear and understandable. They worked with me on my animals being in the home, on the house being in incredibly bad shape and they were very quick and eager to answer all my questions. And the house was so CLEAN! All without the harsh, nasty chemical smells because everything they use is organic!! Unbelievable!!! Shocked to be leaving such a bad review of a highly rated cleaning service. After the first visit we noticed that the cleaners improperly cleaned our very expensive stainless steel range - incorrect cleaning product, incorrect rags, and most importantly they _did_not_wipe_in_the_direction_of_the_grain_ and therefore scratched the range in multiple places. Despite us telling them in person, multiple times, not to clean the range, calling the main office to tell them the same, and leaving signs on the range in both English and Spanish, they continued to improperly clean the range. It is extremely scratched and discolored. WORSE - I caught one of the cleaners on video going through items in my garage. He claimed he was "looking for the trash" when he is on video walking straight from my door to the trashcan and back. No looking required or seen on video. A manager came to review the damage and discuss the issues with us. She was 45 minutes late to our appointment. Regarding the cleaners, the company is "writing them up" and not dismissing them. The first time I had the maid come to my home, it looked like nothing had been cleaned. I could have done a better clean myself. I requested for my recurring cleanings to be cancelled, however I keep getting charged and having the maid show up at my home. Communication is terrible and they should ensure that their maids are cleaning properly, and their administrative staff needs to follow through with cancelling recurring payments. Also it typically takes a full 24 hours to get someone to respond. Overall would not recommend and I'm not happy with this company. read more

I hired Tania, Sonia, and Leybi for a move-out cleaning - they knocked it out of the park! Y'all know how stressful the moving process is on top of cleaning many months worth of grime right? These three made the inside of my fridge and oven sparkling clean. They scrubbed the walls and when they were finished with the bathtub, it was so clean it was shiny. I'm super thankful for these women's hard work, and even more grateful that they delivered results with non-toxic products. Tania even followed up (at my request) via phone and left a note detailing what they did. Their coordinator Logan worked out a price that worked great for my budget and was flexible enough to let me drop off the key at their office since I wasn't sure if I'd be there to let them in. I used this service on the recommendation of a friend. The booking process was easy and the technician was on time. Some things were done nicely, but there are 3 things that made me cancel our future bookings. The house smelled strongly of vinegar - I know that it is an organic cleaner, but definitely not a clean smell in my opinion. All of the stainless steel appliances were streaked (I have redone them) and a wet paper towel on multiple spots on the wood floors reveal lots of dirt left behind (I have remopped). The woman from their office offered to send the technician back and give me a discount on my next service. But, I decided to cut my losses and try someone else. read more

-----Update----Shawna reached out and was apologetic, so plus one star....we are trying again for November, crossing fingers. -------------- Apparently Tonia, Sonya, and Leybi do great work (according to all these five star reviews), but unfortunately, they were not the ones who were sent to my house to clean this past week. Instead, one cleaner showed up to do an estimated 2 hours of work. No mask, no gloves, no shoe covers. Sigh. I gave her a mask and shoe covers and she went to work. She ended taking over 4 hours (which is typical for professional cleaners in this space, four to five hours). She informed me that, a year ago, she was working for another cleaning company that just happens to be the cleaning company I had been using for several years...and so while it took her a bit, she remembered my place, "I've cleaned here before!" She was sweet enough and did a good job in the bathroom (but broke a glass candle), missed some furniture and didn't fully clean the DR table. It did not appear she mopped all of the tile in the house. She didn't have to change sheets (we had just done that the day prior) but did a sloppy job making the bed. She also checked off things on the list that she did not do (like cleaning the top of the fridge). She complained about the glass and stainless cleaners this company uses, saying, "they don't really work well...your stainless might look weird, people complain." And to that end, while she stood there and watched, I re-cleaned the DR table, glass top stove, and stainless dishwasher with my products...and they all did a better job. I emailed the company Monday afternoon about my concerns and have yet to hear back. (I already know this cleaner won't be back b/c she said she had given notice and was quitting the company the day after our clean). Their website is user friendly and it's super convenient to schedule online...but it seems a bit like the personal touch and follow-up is missing. I found organic maids online and decided to book them because of all the good reviews. I have no idea how they got so many good reviews. I went through the online booking process and was quoted $155 and the time booked was 12-2. 15 minutes after I booked I received a phone call from Organic Maids wanting to review my booking saying that all of the information did not go through. That is very confusing because I received an email with confirmation and when I double checked their website all of the information was on their on my account. The phone call ended up being over 20 minutes to go through everything I had filled out on the form. At the end of the call the lady quoted me a much higher price and then said she would give me a discount for a total of $165. I wasn't going to haggle over $10. She then said they could not do the time I selected 12-2 but could do 2-4. I said that my husband and I had plans and so the cleaners would have to be out by 4:00 if we did that time. I asked multiple times that was a possibility and she said yes they could be out by 4. I'm sitting here waiting for the cleaners and at 2:30 I call because no one is here yet. I speak to someone at organic maids that said they are sending 4 cleaners and not to worry. She then calls me at 3:00 and says they can't do the job and that she hopes this doesn't impact a review and they will give me a discount on the next cleaning. I was like "really? This is my first time with you all. You cancelled our appointment at 3pm when service was expected at 2pm. I won't be booking with you all again". Why accept a job if you can't fulfill it? I would have found another crew for today. I will never think of hiring them again. I do not understand all these 5 star reviews. read more

Apparently my home was found to be "a violation of the clutter policy". Even after having these people come out to clean (just the floors in my home) on a regular basis, their employee Madison was unable to clean my home. She complained regarding cigarette "butts" and "rocks" (precious stones) being in my home. However, none of these were on the floor and that was all she was asked to clean. Other than that I found their long appointment time estimates to be inconvenient. And once when I was not home because I had to get blood work at the hospital, I received a series of very long winded and rude texts from one of their employees. Also, I seriously doubt whether they even use organic cleaning products, and had multiple valuables (gold jewelry, even a restroom floor mat) go missing at the hands of these thieves. I would recommend finding a different company to clean your home. read more

My review is negative however it is not a reflection of my cleaner Daniella, she is fantastic. Her predecessor, from Organic Maids, was not and damaged my baseboards. The management is poor, even under their new ownership. I was negotiating a fix for the damages to my baseboards with the previous owners when they sold. I informed the new management of the situation and was in contact with them via email. I received a call from management durning my last appointment, while I was not home and the cleaner was there alone. The person that called wanted to know where the damage was so that the district manager (DM) could take photographs. I said I was not home and said I was not comfortable with having a stranger in my home while I was not there and they did not have my permission to enter my home. They said the DM was on her way and was there a better time for her to come. The person on the phone lied to me. The DM was already in my home when they called (documented by our building concierge.) They entered without my permission and then lied about it. I called Organic Maids and asked to immediately speak to someone in a position of authority, The person I spoke to told me they'd sent an email so I should have known they were coming in. I expressed that there is not situation in which entering a home without explicit permission is acceptable. She apologized and then tried to put the responsibility of their actions onto me because my cleaner was at the house and I'd gotten an email. I was told that the "higher ups" would be informed that is was upset and would get in touch with me. As of writing this I haven't heard from them. Do not trust this company. read more

Used organic maids weekly for almost a year while living in Denver. Everyone from the maids themselves to the people who work behind the scenes so to speak are wonderful. They are always timely & often times come early, but always text you first to make sure it is okay. Their communication is great & of course the place is always left spotless. I booked an appointment on Monday to have a standard clean done. I only wanted one level cleaned which included 1 bedroom 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area. I was quoted $156 for 3.5 hours. I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or give my CCd over the phone. I elected to pay cash so I could tip. Everything was picked up and ready all they had to do was clean. They arrived late for the appointment. They finished in 3 hours, there were 2 of them. I was told well it costs $30 more because a second person came to help clean. I said well why was this not discussed at all with me at the booking time. I was quoted a flat rate and was not told anything about how many people were showing and that it would be more. So i did a walk through. There was still mold in the bathroom, i was told well our product is organic so if it doesn't take the mold off, next time you can ask us to use your products. I said so you are just going to leave it like this? She said well I guess I can try to clean it again. By that time I was done. There was grime on the spare bathroom floor, there was grime in the corners of the counter that i wiped up right in front of the lady. She said well next time just have a better discussion with your scheduler so you understand our expectations. What about my expectations of a flat rate is a flat rate unless it is completely outlined in the discussion. I have never had a house keeping service so how would i know any of this additional nonsense that the housekeeper was telling me and not anyone in any position of authority. I never got one phone call which could have cleared up a lot of this misunderstanding. So I feel I was ripped off with a poor job, rude condescending housekeeper telling me it was my fault because she was sure their scheduler told me all the "Rules". So frustrated and over it. I paid more for one level clean that i pretty much cleaned before they got here than my neighbor does for her 3 level house. Believe me the word is out in my neighborhood. These folks stood to gain many houses in this neighborhood because many are looking for good quality housekeeping. This isn't it. read more
