I had received proposals from 2 or 3 other companies. A&B instilled the most confidence and I just got a good vibe from the team. Marty & Dustin made a couple of visits to explain what needed to be done, replace 2 of the 3 units. Within a couple of weeks I had a couple of 5 Ton glistening new Bosch units installed and running. The installers Dave & Tyler showed up on schedule and, with the help of a crane, within a couple of days the work was complete. During the process both Dustin & Marty were present and even came by a couple of more times to make minor adjustments and explain a few things about what I can expect from A&B in the future as it relates to always being available to come and make things right if there are any issues down the road. My review is 5 Stars and it truly was a 5 out of 5 experience. When the time comes, they will be replacing my 3rd unit which still has a few years of life remaining...hopefully. Additionally, when I open up my 2nd floor ceiling for an open ceiling look as part of my remodel, A&B will be handling all of the ducting work required to transition from flex to solid ducts, return & supply installs, etc. I don't take the time very often to leave reviews but the team at A&B earned it. I started calling around for competing bids and received a very competitive bid, less than 1/3 of "my guys" bid, however reviews were not-so-great. I called ACS and someone actually answered first call (and all subsequent calls-an actual person answered!) to request a bid. Jason was able to visit the jobsite that day to give me a bid. Full disclosure, I provided ACS with the 2 bids I'd already received. Jason came back with a very fair bid, a bit higher than my lowest bid, but still way under "My Guy". This was for a new furnace and ductwork. From my first call to the completion of the job happened in under a week. VERY professional. Crew was considerate and clean.
