TIMELY- Uriel called 30 min before his arrival and then, arrived at the stated time. This is particularly helpful so I can move my bunny to another room with all of his belongings. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - I saw him place a protective cloth down on the floor before he placed the ladder and tools down. I also noticed there was a bottle of cleaner with his supplies. He cleaned the inside vents as well as the compressor on the roof. He also tied off a loose wire/when checking the air handler in the ceiling. KNOWLEDGEABLE and THROROUGH - Uriel did a complete system check and then, he sat down with me to explain what was done and why. He addressed the concerns I had about some of the prior readings in terms that I could understand and shared tips that will help ensure my system runs at its most efficient. Example: A higher MERV doesn't always mean "better" and can actually restrict the airflow. He said that for my particular system I should use a MERV10 filter and change it every 3 months. He changed my filters and then, left me with two spares to use before the fall check comes. FRIENDLY - In the course of chatting with Uriel, it came up that I might benefit from having more filtered air coming into my condo. He made a recommendation for a part that would replace the standalone room air purifier I currently use. He placed this info into the after-visit summary so I can "research it and see if it fits with my needs and finances." There was zero pressure to make a purchase on the spot. And while this next item has nothing to do with the knowledge or ability of an HVAC tech, I greatly appreciate that he did NOT smell like cigarette / e-cigarette smoke or strong cologne as I have a bunny and people in my family have asthma. I would consider the the plan more just prepaying certain services. They come check out AC and furnace twice a year. They now also include a plumbing inspection and water tank flush once a year which isn't a lot but convenient cuz I'm lazy. I see a lot of the bad reviews are about upselling and mention the home Depot deal. Found them through Google a couple years ago and not home Depot so I'm not sure if they send different people or what. With the plan they have been pretty consistent with calling and making sure I don't forget to do my scheduled maintenance and inspection. For a long time a guy name Justin came by the service me so they're always pretty consistent. Now it's switching over to Willie after a couple of years. For the service itself, they do take lots of pictures, explain things in details and show how your system is running objectively. They do help explain things in layman's terms if you're not familiar with it so the techs themselves are pretty good. Overall I would recommend for a customer focused experience that's pretty convenient.

Our vents were blowing out lukewarm air so we called his company after reading all the excellent Yelp reviews and by recommendations from friends. Oscar came out to add refrigerant to the system and explained that this would be the most economical test first, before doing extensive troubleshooting for leaks, pressure, etc. After 2 nights of running the AC, it didn't fix the problem and my 2yr and 3 yr old kids were up both nights crying from how hot it was in the house (The thermostat said 86 degrees, but it felt even hotter). I called Oscar and he was SO helpful. I could tell that he truly cared. He came over later that day before we had to put our kiddos through another unbearable hot night. He troubleshooted the problem and I am HAPPY to say that we all slept perfectly that night!! He truly went above and beyond, and it shows how willing he is to help his customers. Then we had a similar issue with one of our rental units that we own. Again, he was so accommodating to work with our female tenants and their busy schedules. He fixed the problem and was MORE than reasonable with his price. They really enjoyed having Oscar in their home and that always makes you feel more confident to recommend a safe and respectful company.
