See pics for proof But I will say this the owner contacted me and apologized for this awful experience. I really appreciate and respect that. He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. I will still warn everyone to always get a second opinion and be careful out there. I will be giving them another chance as long as this situation never happens again.

The first mini split condenser was fried and had signs of a leak. It was over 10 years old. He called Conor, a supervisor, to talk to us about a new unit. We thought given how busy everyone is that it would be weeks before we could get the split replaced. Conor was able to get to our house in about 30 minutes. Sage serviced the second split while Conor was in route. When Conor arrived he went through the options. We needed something soon with the heat we are experiencing. They carry Mitsubishi mini splits. They had a slot for Tuesday 7/21. We had done our research, so we were comfortable acting quickly. Both Conor and Sage listened to our concerns and made us feel like we were in good hands. For the day of installation Jorge and Aaron showed up on time. They were able to remove the old split and install the new one by midafternoon. Very efficient and respectful. They checked the system out, asked if we had any question or concerns. We have a 115-year-old home, and they were careful in our old home. Our experience with Bob Jensen Heating and Air was outstanding, and I do not say that lightly. Sage, Conor, Jorge and Aaron were great. We would highly recommend Bob Jenson to family, friends and neighbors, without a doubt. We ill add that they have 24/7/365 emergency service.

What a great company and person! Chris from Maximum Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning has once again stepped up, went above and beyond for us. During a heat wave, our old A/C unit died in the middle of the night in the middle of the week. Even though Chris was working out of our area, he still made time to come by our place and diagnose the issue the very next day. As we guessed, the A/C unit needed to be replaced. Chris proposed a couple options but my husband and I chose to go with a totally new unit. Chris was able to get all the parts and the unit, then came and installed everything on his day off. He was on time and took his job seriously. Chris did a wonderful job and I would recommend this company to anyone. They are honest. They say what they'll do and do what they say. It's refreshing to know you can find this and be treated with respect which is rare when you reside in the far east county of San Diego. Maximum Comfort did another great job for us! This is the second project we have used Chris on and the service was 5-star quality again. We just got 3 new mini split systems for our house. Chris gave us a great price and everything was included - from the units and installation, to the electrical work, and even removing some plants to make room for the outside units. Chris and his crew were prompt, courteous, and completed the project quickly. They took great care with the work they do, kept everything looking great, and cleaned up well before leaving. We had a split unit installed two years ago by Maximum Comfort. It has made a huge difference to our quality of life- very quiet and cools quickly. Annually the system is checked and cleaned. All of the customer service people have been very nice, efficient and thorough. They listen to any concerns and readily provide necessary and honest information. We called Elite and Cuahutli came out to give a quote and we felt very comfortable with him and his presence that we decided not to get any further quotes and move forward with Elite and his team. Everything on their end went as smooth as it could be but an unforeseen issue with SDGE electrical and an issue with our complex caused some problems. Elite was in direct contact with us every step of the way making sure they support us while the issue got figured out. They were very responsive EVERY step of the way and just great customer service! They had a an electrician company they work with and suggested who prioritized us given the emergency situation and also took very good care of us. They worked with our complex's pedestal issue and all is perfect. After SDGE and our complex figured out the issues and resolved them, Cuahutli and his partner came out to check our new unit to make sure it wasn't damaged by SDGE and/or our complex's pedestal issue. I had received proposals from 2 or 3 other companies. A&B instilled the most confidence and I just got a good vibe from the team. Marty & Dustin made a couple of visits to explain what needed to be done, replace 2 of the 3 units. Within a couple of weeks I had a couple of 5 Ton glistening new Bosch units installed and running. The installers Dave & Tyler showed up on schedule and, with the help of a crane, within a couple of days the work was complete. During the process both Dustin & Marty were present and even came by a couple of more times to make minor adjustments and explain a few things about what I can expect from A&B in the future as it relates to always being available to come and make things right if there are any issues down the road. My review is 5 Stars and it truly was a 5 out of 5 experience. When the time comes, they will be replacing my 3rd unit which still has a few years of life remaining...hopefully. Additionally, when I open up my 2nd floor ceiling for an open ceiling look as part of my remodel, A&B will be handling all of the ducting work required to transition from flex to solid ducts, return & supply installs, etc. I don't take the time very often to leave reviews but the team at A&B earned it.
