When the real issue was the capacitor! Which is only maybe 50 bucks at any hardware store. He tried to keep me away from the only true issue. See pics for proof But I will say this the owner contacted me and apologized for this awful experience. I really appreciate and respect that. He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. I will still warn everyone to always get a second opinion and be careful out there. I will be giving them another chance as long as this situation never happens again.

The whole system is fabulous. As is the upgraded electrical panel to 125amps. The old panel was not strong enough to carry the demands of the house. I had breakers always popping off. Other companies who bid on the project said I had to go to 200amp, which turned out to not be true. And I now having air conditioning!
