I needed a new garage door and opener and they had installed a new door for my son at his house. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and measure my current door. Chris and Frank Jr. came out and they were very friendly and we discussed the job. In less than a week I had my beautiful new door and extremely quieter opener installed by Frank the father and his two sons, Chris and Frank Jr. They cleaned everything up afterwards and took away the old door. I called after garage door came down on car while backing out of garage. It was a Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend and Chris called me back and assured they could get out that day. Chris and his brother, Frank Jr, came out with two hours of speaking to him. They were able to assess the situation promptly, get door back on track and offer several different solutions at different price points - all fair and reasonable. I decided to go forward with a more thorough repair and because they had to order a part, they scheduled me for the following Wed after the holiday. Frank and his dad, Frank Sr, showed up promptly and did the repairs. They had to repair the bottom of the door that was bent and was more challenging then anticipated and took more time but they didn't charge more then the original estimate. Chris, Frank Jr and Frank Sr were all very knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, extremely hard working and costumer focused - all great people. Garage door is working better then it has in years as I was having issues with it not closing and kept putting off the repair until I had to. The power went out at my house, because of the heat. The air went off and it was about 101 degrees. Because of health concerns, my daughter wanted me to go to a hotel. However, I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I tried the handle hanging down, but I couldn't do it. So, with my little flashlight, I started looking at the couple of cards for garage door opener repairs. I had a card for Almighty Garage Doors tacked on the wall. During the 2007 fires, many people had to run out of their homes as they couldn't get their cars out of the garage.
