I called after garage door came down on car while backing out of garage. It was a Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend and Chris called me back and assured they could get out that day. Chris and his brother, Frank Jr, came out with two hours of speaking to him. They were able to assess the situation promptly, get door back on track and offer several different solutions at different price points - all fair and reasonable. I decided to go forward with a more thorough repair and because they had to order a part, they scheduled me for the following Wed after the holiday. Frank and his dad, Frank Sr, showed up promptly and did the repairs. They had to repair the bottom of the door that was bent and was more challenging then anticipated and took more time but they didn't charge more then the original estimate. Chris, Frank Jr and Frank Sr were all very knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, extremely hard working and costumer focused - all great people. Garage door is working better then it has in years as I was having issues with it not closing and kept putting off the repair until I had to.
