Precise Garage Doors Services handled this unique situation with professionalism and Leo went the extra mile by removing the labor on the spring installation and tuning up the garage door / replacing some bearings. As much as I didn't want pay for a second set of springs in less than one year, to not have to deal with garage door issues or the other company was well worth the cost to just be done and move on. He was very friendly from the start. He asked me for some additional information and to send some picture and videos which helped him out. He then gave me some available appointments, I picked one, and he gave me a 2 hour time window to arrive. He texted when he was on his way and it he arrived right in the middle of that window. Then right on queue, while demonstration the problem, the door problem got worse and then would not even go up. Thomas asked me several questions to help determine which was the best option, from several options that he presented. I found that to be very helpful and I appreciate that. He gave me some price estimates, told me how it would take, and he waved the $30 service call. He did a lot of work for me and finished before the time range that he quoted. He fixed the door motor issue, put in a new wall button, new keypad, new wheels, and lubricated and adjusted the door. He was also nice and helped me repair a broken ladder with some parts that he had on him. The whole experience was great, from soup to nuts.
