When I required a garage door, it was an absolute necessity. The door had been rotted and broken for years. When I finally needed it fixed, of COURSE I required it immediately. The brothers were quick to respond, contacted me within a reasonable time frame, assessed the situation, and even put themselves in awkward physical situations to enter the broken garage door and open it from the inside. My only gripe, and it is my own, is that I wish I had it painted prior to installation. To be fair however, my bigger problem was resolved and done with excellence and great work ethic. In total, I had a new door, new garage door, and a satisfaction. I definitely recommend their service. Worked with Frank Jr to have a door opener installed. He came right away and installed unit. Part of the deal was for a battery back up which he didn't have with him. Have tried to coordinate with him to install battery back up and finish the job but wasn't able to connect. I have texted him to set up a time, but recently over the past 3 weeks, he has not been responsive to either text or phone message. Just wanted the job complete. Hope he calls me Not very happy Update - 4/22/17 All is well! We did have a communication situation, but it was inadvertent and was resolved when Frank Jr. came by to install the backup battery. The first visit 08/13/2016 was all sweet and professional, the second time we called because we ahave problem opening the door, they came, Frank, said it could be the motor, we changed the motor and before that , it was the spring, we change the spring, now just a couple weeks ago, we had a problem again, he came to the house and Frank said he will take care, he will order the part, well the first time we order the part ourselves it took two days and we got it, now that Frank ordered it is taken two weeks and counting and Frank is not returning our calls. Including the call just make again this morning. It is has been an eye opener, we are senior citizens but we still have all our faculties to understand and comprehend conversations and conduct then in person and over the phone, but we notice the customer services for an age group of 60-80 is declining and ignored. No Stars had to pick 1 star to post Frank is a really nice guy but he's a liar unreliable sells crap not refurbished but old broken openers he takes home when he replaces them with new ones, then he tries to make one work with old parts and pieces from old ones. he was an hour and a half late for the first visit to check out the problem of which, after my landlord gave him approval to do the job he made an appointment with me on 2 different days and never showed !! finally on the 3 scheduled appointment he showed up again 2 1/2 hours so after 4 hours in my garage at 9pm he was not smart enough to make anything work and gave up with my door opener in worse shape then when he began so my landlord paid him nothing for his nothing work and he got a real garage door company to do the job of which they did in under an hour to install an all new one, franks a total and complete flake don't use this guy please !!!! read more

This family owned and operated business is the way to go for your garage door needs. I am a tenant and the 30 year old garage door hinge broke, leaving me with a non functional garage door. My landlord contacted Frank Jr., who gave me the immediate attention I needed. Brothers, Frank and Chris came out to assess the situation and called the landlord back to give a quote. Of course the recommendation was to replace the old wooden tilt door to a new folding door. I told them good luck with convincing the landlord of that. With their updated computer programs and technology, Frank took a picture of the house and email the landlord with the current picture and then a picture of how the house would look with a new door. That did it! The landlord purchased a new door and even added windows! Chris and father, Francisco where scheduled the very next day at my convenience to install the new door.
