I contacted him because of the great reviews, he is local, and he owns the business. What I liked was that I did not have to follow up with him on the set consult date. He pointed out that although our door was old, it was in good condition and probably one of the better made doors produced at the time. It wasn't a huge price difference, in my opinion, but because we decided on getting a pricier door, on top of having a lot of work done on the garage within the next couple of months, we wanted to save some money to go towards that.
