My initial interaction with Phil was terrific! Even though he was out of the office, he still returned my call and sent me a brochure via email with different garage door styles. I'm a person who asks a lot of questions, and with every email I sent, I would get a same day reply from Phil. I did not get the sense that he was bothered at all. Sometimes I'd email, and sometimes I'd call him. Phil was not pushy to try and sell me a garage door, or to even go with the most expensive door. He had recommendations, but these were more of an FYI, because I no nothing about garage doors. Deciding on which business to go with was difficult, but I ultimately decided to go with Phil because the price was a bit better than the other business. Since I am having a lot of work done in the garage, any savings definitely helped. I was promptly notified when the door was delivered and scheduled for install in a decent timeframe. On the day of install, I received a text confirming both Ron and Chris were en route. I was event provided a link, so I could track where they were. They both arrived within the arrival window and got straight to work. They finished by the expected time they provided, and made sure to leave the garage nice and clean. They explained how to use the remotes and all the settings. The door is really quiet! I never thought a door could be that quiet. We had the liftmaster side mount opener installed, so there is no belt/pulley system taking up ceiling space. The garage door looks amazing! Our old door was plain, so I added magnetic hardware to spruce it up. Because the new door has a nice WOW factor to it, I won't be using the magnets. I'd highly recommend giving Phil a call if you are thinking about having a new door installed. read more

Garage broke after 5 years of living in this house. First time had to do a little research on who to choose there's definitely so many choices in each city. Look on Yelp there's gazillion companies I was a bit overwhelmed to look for a decent company. The last thing we want to do is spend over $900 on the garage we kind of had a feeling the whole spring rid needs to be replaced. I got a few companies to come out for free estimate and I just didn't like the prices they were giving me and their "vibes" and professionalism just wasn't there. I finally call this company Bradbury and they answered and scheduled a free estimate the next day and show up on time and got everything fixed that same day. Dallas was very professional and wasn't playing games with his estimate....straight to the point show me the problem I didn't feel like I was getting rip off like I'm going to a car mechanic. Definitely an overwhelming process to look for the right company when google and Yelp have so many companies listed with good reviews. My best tip is get free estimate from 3-4 companies. Don't go through with the 1st and 2nd company yet. We waited a couple of weeks until we choose this company. Sometimes I'm reading through Yelp and wonder if those reviews were legit it just sounds too good, when those other company show up it just didn't match the vibes I was reading from Yelp. read more

Now we know why they always have 5 stars.....because they deserve it. We had the best experience one could hope for. Customer service was impeccable, quality of product, installation, all of it was absolutely PERFECT! Thank you Phil and team! read more

Bradbury Garage Door and the entire team Phil Bradbury assembled is outstanding! I just had a new double door and motor installed and could not be happier. From the moment I 1st called Jackie was excellent! Friendly, effective and knowledgeable. She heard my issue and was able to send someone out within a couple hours - amazing! I won't forget that, as it is so rare in this day and age. Daniel came out and and got me going within an hour. My door was 23 years old and on it's last legs. Bent, slow and noisy. Daniel said Phil would have an estimate over that night. Phil (owner) had it over in a couple hours. I discussed the estimate with Phil and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and gave me different options and solutions. We scheduled the install and I met Ron and Reid who installed the door and motor yesterday. Great guys! Friendly, professional and really know their product (Liftmaster/Chamberlain). It took 2-men (who know what they're doing 3.5 hours to install everything. They worked so well together. Ron took me thru the new remotes and even programmed them for me and answered all my questions. So helpful and easy to work with! he also wrote down the serial numbers in the user guide for me. I could not believe how quiet the new door was and what a surprise that the new motor was Wi-Fi (MyQ) capable. This allows me to open and close the door from my cell phone. Plus it tells me how long its been opened or closed. This is such a strong incentive to replace my other doors. Yes, it's THAT NICE! Bradbury Garage Doors should be your first and only call. For their teamwork, communication and competitive pricing! From Jackie, to Daniel, to Dallas, to Ron and Reid - they really deliver an exceptional customer experience and product and I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Awesome service always, technicians are awesome, professional and complete work correctly the first time, they are quick and always on time. I'm always updated on my service date and time, I'm notified when the technician is on his way and time of arrival. Bradbury Garage Doors installed my new doors and wall mounted door openers back in 2019 and a couple days ago I had a message on the digital wall mounted door opener "service is suggested", so I called Bradbury Garage Doors and scheduled an appointment, they were out the next morning. Since 2019 my door has been cycled about 4800 times (open and closed) and although I wasn't having any issues I received that message as just a preventative maintenance. Phil, Dallas and other team members are awesome to work with, they take pride in their work as well as their customers.
