Rockstar Garage Door Services really lives up to their name!…read more I called them in the morning after my garage door wouldn't open, and Hector and Luis came out quickly. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a clear estimate with a few options, and once we agreed on the repair, they got right to work. They were fast, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They even took the time to clean up afterward and performed some additional maintenance on my equipment at no extra charge. What really stood out to me is that they genuinely seem to care about their customers. They originally installed my garage doors and equipment back in 2019, and when I had an issue years later, I went straight back to them because of the excellent customer service I received the first time. Thank you, Hector and Luis, for taking care of me again and being ROCKSTARS! I highly recommend Rockstar Garage Door Services if you need garage door repair or installation!

At first they said they didn't install Genie due to previous issues with them which was a bit strange but they eventually agreed to do it. We were able to schedule something within a week. Jesse showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and what can I say? He just did a good job. He did everything I expected: installed the new garage door opener, added an extra support thing, tuned the springs, lubed up the rollers, removed the old opener and cleaned up, all in around 90 minutes. He was even willing to accommodate some extra requests that I had. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Most charge absurd prices for barely passable work. Rockstar did an exceptional job with no surprises for a great price. I wish I had more garage doors openers to replace. Can't recommend enough.

They recommended the right system for our very heavy doors at a fair, competitive price. I know because I shopped around! We've had a great experience with technicians Daniel and Matthew, who are knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. What truly sets Bradbury apart is that they stand behind their products and service. We experienced an issue with the opener after installation, but what matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Bradbury was responsive, committed to making things right, and demonstrated that their customer service doesn't end with the sale. Honest advice, fair pricing, excellent service, and dependable follow through. That kind of accountability is increasingly hard to find. I highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors!

Recently, the door stopped opening, barely lifting an inch before shutting down. I called four top-rated local companies, told them I thought I might need two springs, and asked them to come inspect and offer quotes: Companies 1 & 2: Recommended replacing the spring with two new springs, quoting $750 up to $1,400 for high-cycle spring packages (almost the cost of a brand-new door). Company 3: Quoted slightly less for two springs, but very honestly suggested just adding one new spring for still even less at $450. Garage Door Man: I spoke with Jim, who noted that a standard 16x7 single-layer door usually only needs one spring. A technician came out the next day, diagnosed that the 3-year-old spring was fine, and simply added torsion to rebalance it. Total cost: $125 with a 90-day labor warranty. While a dual-spring setup might offer backup redundancy, my garage has a side door and two cars parked outside anyway. Rebalancing saved me hundreds--huge appreciation for their honesty and fair pricing!

The light flickered nonstop and the unit refused to even attempt functioning. I ordered a brand new jack shaft/side opener off Amazon and was going to try installing myself. But then I discovered our garage door was super unbalanced (the spring had lost a lot of tension I guess). This would likely make the new opener unable to function, and garage door springs are not safe for a DIYer to mess with, so I was stuck and decided to call in the professionals. Upon investigating, we found parts on the ground, and saw that the arm that connects to the door to the track was just hanging loosely. Because if you do, this is a really easy fix... and I can talk you through it over the phone." We got on a Facetime call, and Snir saw that a faulty retaining pin had failed, causing the entire mechanism to disassemble. Armed with a new pin, after about 10 minutes of following his step-by-step instructions, my wife and I were able to get everything back in working order on our own.
