Warning: Do not trust Clicker Garage Door Company. They are NOT 24 hour service as advertised. They are unreliable. I am an 83 yr old senior. Clicker left me stranded after breaking the appointment I arranged when my garage door was making a terrible noise. They cancelled because "the boss was on vacation and he had my files which would tell them whether my garage door opener was still under warranty." They made an appointment for a week later! I told the operator I was apprehensive about cancelling because the opener sounded like there would soon be a breakdown. The operator assured me I would be taken care of. Since they advertised as a 24 hour service, I believed her. 30 minutes After they cancelled, I went out to my garage to drive to an appointment and the garage door would not open. I called back immediately (it was 4:45 PM). No Answer. I called at least 5 times that night and left messages with the answering service up until 10PM at night. I started calling again in the morning at 9AM as I had no way to get my car out to get to my next appointments. I called 4 or 5 times but the last time I called I said I was going to write negative reviews to alert other people not to count on this business. The boss called me at noon to say they were very busy and couldn't make my situation a priority. I'm done with Clicker. I wish I'd never made that first appointment. I don't know how they got such a good rating and scrubbed so many negative reviews which I finally found after my experience. read more
