What a lifesaver! I was on my way to pick up my husband at 12:30 a.m. when I backed up too quickly before the garage door had fully opened and knocked it off the tracks. I couldn't pull it down manually, so I was stuck. He answered right away, arrived quickly, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He even oiled up our hinges while he was there. I feel like the payment process actually took longer than the repair because of the poor cell service in our area!
