My therapist Tanira was excellent used the right amount of pressure which was what I needed and the hour and half flew by . Their meditation room was utterly peaceful and amazing. The person who answered the phone at the spa gave me exact parking instructions which was great only thing I forgot to validate my parking and ended up paying $20 instead of $4. I love this spa but I had a massage scheduled on my birthday and ended up having an emergency situation that resulted in the hospitalization of my daughter. Visited the spa 03 March 26, treated by my lovely daughters. Upon entering the spa we were greeted warmly and offered water or tea. We hung up are coats and were given sandals then escorted to a dimly lit lightly scented room which was comfortable. After a few minutes our masseuse arrived, they greeted us in soft calming voices and we went into our separate rooms. My masseuse had a calming spirit, naturally beautiful, and instructed me to the table for my 90 minute session. My massage was relaxing , my masseuse worked the areas I was having issues with, mainly my neck, shoulders, lower back. The 90 minutes went by and it was time to leave, my body felt better and I was extremely grateful for the work my masseuse put in. I wish I had given more of a tip. Once at home I fell in minutes. My wife and I LOVE Allyu. We recently just had our first child and were looking for a Spa in the area to get some massages to tame the sore muscle pains of early parenthood. We found Allyu and were immediately impressed. The masseuses have been very good, ask for feedback on pressure and very kind/welcoming. Afterward, they offer you a hot glass of tea and some time for you to chill in their meditation tent. They also have a very quiet waterfall and incense around the building. I called on 2/9/26 at 9:55am to book a massage package and had a very unprofessional experience with the front desk. After sharing the package I wanted and a preferred date about a week out, the staff member scoffed and spoke to me in a condescending way, explaining that people book months in advance. I told her the attitude felt rude and asked if there were any alternative options available. Instead of addressing the concern or helping, she placed me on hold. At that point, I decided not to proceed with booking. I understand limited availability, but customer service matters, especially for a spa. This interaction alone cost them a potential customer. I spent my July 4th week holiday at Allyu Spa to relax and rejuvenate for work next week. Luckily, I got a last-minute reservation. I've been to this place before and I keep coming back. My esthetician this time was Hope, and I absolutely love how they first ask about your pain areas and any areas you're uncomfortable with for a massage. This time, I got a hot stone massage as my back and neck were really hurting, along with an additional scalp treatment. What I really love about this place is the cleanliness, the ambiance, the quietness, and the meditation tent. Everything about the place is amazing. The music playing in the background during the massage is very soothing. During the massage, my esthetician kept asking if I was comfortable. The scalp treatment involved a sesame oil massage that provided hydration to my hair. After the massage, you're usually offered green tea. Since I took the scalp treatment too, a shower was included, and I have to say the space was very clean with hot water, towels, and a hairdryer available. I absolutely recommend this place. Wow, we had an incredibly luxurious & memorable experience here! My lovely boyfriend booked for us the couples exfoliating sugar body polish w/ 80min massage. First was the exfoliating sugar scrub! I thought this was borderline painful at the start, but it quickly became tolerable. The practitioner exfoliated my entire body thoroughly and went over areas multiple times. We were led to private showers afterwards to rinse off and I instantly felt how utterly soft my whole body was! Everything from the shower room to robes and toiletries felt luxurious and of high quality. Finally, the massage portion! The practitioners asked our pressure preference, areas of focus, etc. We both thought the massages were exceptional and very relaxing with the calming background music. My boyfriend who typically has tension & tight muscles felt his whole body loosened after his deep tissue massage. His masseuse also gave him some suggestions on stretching exercises. Both practitioners were attentive, kind, & professional throughout our entire experience. I called a couple weeks to get a couple's massage scheduled and the two ladies who answered my calls were super friendly and explained the different massage services very well. We went with the Sugar Scrub Polish with a 50-minute Massage. The day of: Immediately when you walk in, you already start feeling relaxed with the aroma scents. We were given spa sandals and our masseuse (Jennifer and Tina) guided us to our room. They explained the process to us so we know exactly what to expect and made us feel comfortable. Once the sugar scrub is done (which I highly recommend because it exfoliates your whole body), you are guided to a private shower to rinse off. Once you come back to the room, they massage you for 50 mins with moisturizer and essential oils. They will spend more time in areas where you need extra muscle tension released. At the end, they offer you water/tea and guide you to the seating area where you can relax a bit before heading out. We were extremely impressed and pleased with our experience at Allyu Spa. We were really relaxed and in a positive mindset when we left. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day! I booked a 60 minute massage + 30 minute scalp massage and was able to get in relatively quickly, only had to wait a week for an opening. It's inside the Groupon building and you need to go down the escalator to enter. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. After signing the papers they take you to a tent to wait for your specialist. My masseuse Chris was great. He was attentive to my requests and took the extra effort to make me feel comfortable. If you order 3 services totaling $300 or more, you can create a "personal spa day" and they will give you a 10% discount on the total cost (and also automatically add on a 20% gratuity). The decor is well done and really helps to create a relaxing ambiance. Just as a reminder, it is a good idea to check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that your services will start on time. Of the services that I've tried, I really recommend the massage services at this place, which are some of the best I've ever had! I would probably skip on the manicure, pedicure, and facial services next time as I thought those were more standard. But definitely check this place out for their massages! The person at the front desk gave me some incorrect information about the pedicure options, but Ivy was able to clear it up (the website is correct). Be sure to bring cash for the tip. I especially liked the hot stone massage portion of the pedicure, and this may have been my favorite pedicure I've ever gotten. I'm more focused on the foot care aspect than the polish though. The setting is nice and dark and definitely has an incense smell. They offer hot tea and water and the pedicure area was very quiet. read more

There's a meditation tent where you wait for your service. Everyone wears spa sandals. They serve water and tea. Staff speak in relaxing voices. My favorite rooms are the private steam showers (book one for free for after your service!). MASSAGE: Every massage I've had here has been great (and I've had MANY massages and visited MANY spas, so I have plenty to compare to!). I recommend ROGER for deep tissue/trigger point work - he is dedicated to getting those knots out!!!! But avoid him if all you want is someone to lightly rub you with oil for an hour while you fall asleep. FACIAL: I came for a facial once years ago. It was so terrible it was enough to prevent me from ever trying again. But the manager made it right for me and I'm hoping it was reflective of just that one provider, not the spa as a whole. This place pampers. I go when I need a pick me up and get the works. You'll spend about $550 for the package,tip included for all practitioners. My favorite is the facial and meditation tent as well as the rock shower. After a few hrs you walk out reborn. Skin hurts for a day but it's so worth worth the results. 90min Chakra or you can choose the reflexology massage. 75min High Frequency facial and peel. Scalp massage w/ 90min hot stone,sugar body polish,frequency facial,mani/pedi(not impressive at all so I'd skip). It all took about 5 hrs so allot.. skip the nails to save some time. Overpriced for literally nothing. The spa offered a serene escape with skilled therapists, creating a blissful experience. The meditation tent, however, had proper ambiance and felt somewhat lone. Loved that part. You're served your choice of tea during it. Overall, a rejuvenating visit with room for improvement in the nail space. The rest was perfection. Designed in the shape of a chakana, a South American sacred symbol, the tent is a beautiful space to relax prior to appointments. The chakana represents the cardinal directions and their respective elements, and altars within the tent pay homage to these elements. The beautiful pyrite crystal and white curtains in the center of the tent represent the balance between spirit, body, intellect, and emotions. TIP: please get the shower. I booked the 'Rejuvenating High Frequency Facial' thinking it would be the best for skin rejuvenation and restoration but her esthetician examined her skin and suggested the 'Silver Ion Reparative Facial' instead. My mom loved the facial and realized that she should take more care of her skin like she used to do. She's always busy so I'm glad she had an amazing and relaxing experience. About the spa- We walked in and immediately became very calm from the incense, lights, and decor. I was offered hot tea (I chose peppermint) to drink in the meditation tent while my mom got her facial (pictures included). Once she was done she picked hibiscus tea (customers' favorite) to drink in the tent for some time. Overall great experience. I have mixed feelings about this spa. However, I think this spa has GREAT potential. But I was very disappointed with a few things. First of all, they don't have a women's lounge/bathroom, which I have never seen at a spa. (They do have single stall restrooms) You have to walk into the treatment room in your clothes then get undressed for your service. It really affected my experience. I thought this was a given at spas? This is the main factor making me not want to go back. It's a deal breaker. My massage was very mediocre. It was relaxing and the masseuse was very kind, made the room feel comfortable etc., but the massage itself was very disappointing. My only way to describe it is I don't think the masseuse understands the body, completely passed over the areas that were clearly very tight and needed attention. I communicated what I needed, but nothing changed. I left feeling 0 pain relief from the massage. I don't think I will get a massage at Allyu again. I recently read a review for Allyu that said "it felt like she just rubbed me with lotion for an hour." I completely agree. I enjoyed my facial with Sara. She was very kind, calming, and gentle. I left with my skin looking significantly better. But I've had better facials. People may think this is too picky but I get massages pretty often and tried many places. I received a gift card for Allyu after passing my board exams. I had a facial, massage, gel manicure and regular pedicure. The facial and massage were incredible. So relaxing, and all of the products they used smell amazing. The service was excellent. The manicure and pedicure were not great. The manicure lasted 4 days before it started chipping, and there was hard polish left in the crease of my nail. Another nail "smudged" the day after, which I didn't even know was possible with gel polish. For the pedicure, the polish was too close to the cuticle and some grains from the scrub were not rubbed off and ended up under the polish. I would definitely come back for other services but would pass on nail services. read more

Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at ANY business. I was given a spa package to relax after finishing chemotherapy in January. This was better than actual therapy. I didn't even know this was exactly what I needed. Jen gave me the best deep tissue massage and let me vent. I was feeling so terrible about myself that my hurt was anger and she totally worked it out of me. I walked out of my first session and EVERYONE said I looked so relaxed. I felt it so much better. Parking was right across the street in the parking garage easy to find and locate as well as to exit and get into the actual spa building. Pricing isn't so bad either even if you go over the validation hours. I have no photos to upload for this visit as cameras and cell phone usage are highly discouraged which I completely understand. Between my friend and I we had a variety of services from manicure pedicure reflexology massage sauna facials and chakra balancing. The ambience of this place is awesome considering that it is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is completely friendly very helpful and super kind. The services are quite unique they offer some customization which is great as well and the pricing is highly competitive considering all the spa options in the neighboring towns as well as within its city vicinity.
