Alliance did a FABULOUS job originally installing my automatic garage door motor several years ago. However, it really is such a shame that NO ONE returned any of my 5 calls over a week (not ONE) to repair or replace my garage door panel. So, I gave up & called ASAP & they did just that - they arrived ASAP & my garage door panel was replaced, installed & working beautifully w/in a week (& for a very reasonable cost). These guys were awesome!! I called on a Thursday before Labor Day weekend about my garage door. The spring had broken and we heavily rely on our garage. I used Alliance a few year ago through my home warranty and they did a great job! Since then, my home warranty had been sending other providers with terrible service.
