Excellent service, came out as agreed and worked with me to find the most efficient and cost effective solution for my three car a garage.

Quick replies and full complete answers allowed me to make a decision quickly. Did not have to wait long for replies, which is important when you are comparing 4 or 5 vendors against each other. It made the process smooth. ProStar was quick with replies and answered everything I had questions to. Happy with the installation, both doors work great and I was able to get a great price with bundling a number of services together. read more

I requested a garage door service for frayed wiring to a sensor that prevented full closure and opening. Thanks to ProStar for the quick response and even quicker travel and fix! The travel limit on my garage door opener was busted, and I wasn't sure whether it was a logic board issue or something else. Reached out to ProStar, and they were out the very next day to help me figure it out. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and their fix was solid. Would 100% recommend them to folks. read more

They knew exactly how to fix the door and didn't attempt to upcharge me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great service and care! They were conscious of my expenditure, which made me feel much more cared for and confident in their solution and support. read more

Another great service call today! I called them today to look at the wiring on my garage door opener. I've had problems closing the door because of the sensors even after adjusting at least 10-20 times. Today the main wiring between my motor and the door got tangled. I called ProStar and was told they were booked for the day, but another tech who was off today could probably come out since he was near me. Sure enough, he was at my house in 10 minutes and it took him only 5 minutes to fix everything. What a great company. Thanks guys! read more

Great service, fast! Needed a repair to one of the panels on our wood roll-up garage door. I called at 8:00 AM, and talked with Madi, who was very pleasant, and as luck would have it, told me they had a tech in the area. Justin was at our door just over one hour later. He repaired the door, made a few recommendations about maintenance, and was on his way in under an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. I recommend them. read more

Quick installation of new garage door opener, fair pricing (though the quote from Homedepot seemed lower) Overall, pretty satisfied read more

Yesterday, my fiancé noticed that our garage door was open when he went out to pick up dinner. Thinking we'd forgotten to close it, he hit the Close switch on his way out. Came home, and it was still open. After further investigation, we realize that the door is jammed and bending the frame and also coming off its tracks. :') Called around to see if someone could come by last night. Unfortunately, Brandon couldn't make it out til today, but I appreciate how patient he was with my questions/concerns and that he took the time to walk me through how to get the garage door shut for the night. He swung by this morning with Jordan, and they got everything set to rights. Definitely a pretty penny to get it fixed, but glad that's done. He noted the cause of the issue -- considering our actual garage structure itself is less than 2 years old... lol. Identified the issue as a builder installation problem. (Hooray for Pulte.) Ran us about $189 for an off track issue (this was the starting base for off track doors; I'm guessing more complex work would get charged more $ which makes sense) and additional $ for some other parts that had to be replaced/fixed. Very satisfied with the time he took to explain things. Would def call him up again, and will likely call him out next year for an annual service/maintenance. :) Thanks again for all the help!! read more

Our garage spring snapped in half and Justin was able to fit us in the day we called. We went ahead and upgraded our rollers and now the door is silent when opening/closing. I felt the price for the labor and parts reasonable. read more

I scheduled an appt. for a garage door replacement estimate. A gentleman arrived within the time frame scheduled. I do not know his name as he didn't provide it nor did he offer a business card. Throughout the duration of our meeting his phone was continually dinging him. This was not only distracting for me, but clearly was to him as well as he would stop for a second each time it dinged him and then have to regroup his thoughts. For some reason he was really pushing a solid cedar door rather then the cedar overly I told him I was interested in, but the benefits were just not compelling. He told me it was considerably lighter in weight, which is certainly not the case. As he was leaving I asked when I could expect to receive the estimate and he stated I would have it later that day. I asked if he had my email, which I knew he didn't, but he was in such a hurry to leave and attend to his phone that he just stated if they didn't they would call me to get it. Needless to say, it's now 3 days later and I have not heard a word from them nor received an estimate. The meeting was a complete waste of my time. read more

My garage gate wouldn't open and they said they couldn't get a tech out until tomorrow. When I shared the urgency of needing to get my car out to pick up my daughter, Brandon stopped by shortly after to get my gate manually open so I could get in and out. My gate fence was super heavy but he came to the rescue and he wouldn't let me pay for a service call. They truly went above and beyond. My husband used their services for our garage motor and he was happy with their services. read more

I called ProStar based on the reviews/comments posted and they did not disappoint. My 20 year old garage door opener decided it had enough, quit working and had my car trapped inside. Cody was great on the phone and Justin was out within 2 hours to rescue my car and replace my opener. It is so much nicer and quieter than my old one and less expensive than I imagined. Thanks ProStar Team! read more

A full 5 stars on these guys. William hit the rare trifecta on this one. Low price, fast service, quality repair. I've come to expect 2 of the 3 lately but he nailed it. He repaired 3 old roll up doors that almost open themselves now and tuned up the electric gate. Highly recommended. read more

It's now been a year since my review of ProStar and Brandon. Brought him out for a one year tuneup and am glad we did. Brandon & Son Jordan showed up and promptly worked to lubricate & fine tune the door. Keeping up on the annual maintenance of the door should assure its longevity. Checked the springs, rollers and machine to make sure door rolled up & down as it's suppose to. Well worth the maintenance cost. We love working with Brandon & ProStar. read more

Our double-wide garage door came off the track, the cable on one side unwound, and some of the rollers had popped out. The door was stuck partially down, so we called Prostar late on a Saturday. The lady said she could have someone out first thing the next morning, and that's just what happened. The technican was polite, professional, and didn't charge extra for coming out on a Sunday. Even though it looked serious to me, the technician said he could fix it fairly quickly. He had it back together and working in about 20 minutes, and he charged me about half of what I was expecting. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, prompt service, excellent work, and fair prices. read more

Oh yeah, fantastic company. I have previously used one of the largest companies and decided to go with someone local this time. Really glad I did. Brandon and son came much quicker than I expected. I knew pretty much what I needed, two new springs, but Brandon recommended replacing all 4. He pulled out a sheet with his pricing, and done. They took maybe an hour to switch them out. He checked through everything else and gave me a heads up on some things I might need to watch. Bottom line- I liked the response speed, I love super-easy to see and understand pricing, and I felt very confident that Brandon was being very upfront with me. Without a doubt the only garage door company I will call in the future. I highly recommend. read more

At midnight on Monday, I used Yelp to request help with my garage door to fix a failed DIY repair. Brandon responded promptly, and was there before noon Tuesday. He displayed experience, intelligence, and a willingness to resolve my issues right away for a reasonable price. He was friendly, courteous, and generous with information and pricing. He saw things to fix that I had not even known were problems. He identified things that I should do for maintenance. He also gave me expert advice t. I would have hired ProStar and had the job done before lunchtime if I had not already made commitment to another business. Later that day I received a call from Cody in their office. She thanked me for the opportunity and made me sorry that I hadn't done business with them. I will be keeping their number for future projects. I recommend them without reservation. Thanks very much, Brandon and Cody! read more

On time, priced competitively, great communication. I had a garage door motor that was on its way out, so I reached out to a few companies to get a bid to replace the motor, as well as the aged moving garage door components. These guys were super easy to access and communicate with, and they allowed me to book well out in advance. On install day, I received communication regarding ETA, Brandon kept me in the loop the entire time that he refreshed my garage door hardware/components. He kept everything clean, and was professional the entire time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for garage door repair or upgrade! Our experience was painless. read more

Garage door wasn't getting electricity and was totally baffled about what it could be. Brandon came by and solved the problem immediately and didn't charge for it. I said right off I didn't want to pay extra for same day or Sunday service, but was advised there was no surcharge. Headquartered 26-28 miles away, Brandon came out on a Sunday within about 2 hours! Performed the work in less than 2 hours, suggested replacing my 15+ YO non-sealed rollers, to which I totally agreed, and got all 10 new sealed, high-quality rollers. He tested it freewheeling several times, and checking the clearances, followed by testing with the GDO. TERRIFIC. And I am VERY pleased with the price, and the total integrity shown by Brandon and the company. Extremely rare to please me so much, but I think I'd go 10 stars. read more

I put out a request via Yelp and got a response super fast from Brandon. Very prompt and very clear communication, and fortunately, they had the exact garage door springs that I needed. I am so happy to be writing this review as their first ever. I requested a quoted to replace my garage spring through Yelp and it went out to 4 companies and ProStar was one of them. I selected them because of how transparent their quote was. I called to schedule and Brandon made it to my house himself in about 45 minutes. Within 30 minutes or so, the job was done, but that's not all... Not only did he repair the spring, but my garage door that used to sound like a runaway train was virtually silent! After he finished the job, he repacked the bearings, lubricated everything and checked the rest of the components and opener to ensure all is working properly. He did this on his own for no additional charge! While doing the work, I learned that Brandon and his two partners were former top technicians at a large garage door company with tons of experience, but they decided to give it ago in starting and running their own company. SUPPORT this company with your business! Brandon was a super nice guy, honest, did great work at a more than fair price, and got to my house super fast... I'm really not sure how much more you could ask for! read more

Absolutely amazing service from the moment I first called in until the job was completed. My husband backed the Uhaul truck bumper into the garage door the day before our house went on the market. The house had a contract within two days and ProStar sprung into action overnighting the panels from Arkansas and installing them the next day before the option period ended. Brandon stays in touch, he is friendly and always answers his phone. You cannot go wrong with this local, family run business. My garage door would not close and I called ProStar for a quote and to possibly schedule a service. Cody who answered the phone asked me to identify the type of garage door and then transferred me over to Brandon, a technician, to help identify the problem.
