FAST FIX GARAGE DOOR truly lives up to its name. Their team ( JAMIE and JUSTIN) provided fast and efficient service, completing the repair work in a timely manner. Their prices were unbeatable, and their customer service was friendly and professional. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair. Best regards, Tonnia H. read more

Door stopped working less than two weeks after installation. Requested service and someone was dispatched however I was later told upon rescheduling the missed service call that I would be charged for them to fix it. Not worth the hassle with this company! Others had good reviews but my experience has not been consistent with that! read more

I was appreciative of the prompt service after submitting my repair request. Two guys repaired my garage door where professional, had all the parts needed for the repair and did an excellent job of repairing the garage door's cables and the price was exelent much cheaper then other quotes. I had a working garage door less than one hour after theirs arrival. I will recommend 100% Fast Fix to my neighbors if they ever have a need for a garage door repair. read more

They responded quickly. Very knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. I know they had to get my panel from one of their vendors. But they got the panel and fixed my garage pretty quickly read more

They did fantastic job and they were flexible in terms of timing. They quoted a reasonable price and executed an amazing job.

Fast Fix is a premium service offering quality and efficiency I used their services several times over the past 2 years and always received the same great service at a moderate price Pauline is very nice to work with and always deploys her best efforts to answer my requests in a timely manner I highly recommend Fast Fix Garage Door! read more

Extremely bad customer service. Called in to get a price quote and the lady was super sarcastic. One expects empathy and a respectful behavior as a customer especially if the customer is already in a stressful situation due to the malfunction of the garage door. But no, she was sarcastic and they only offer 30-day warranty on labor whereas the rest of the competitors are offering 1-year. If her behavior is as such now when I am not even a customer, imagine how bad will it be if I ever call them for warranty repair? I am glad, the company showed true behavior and color so early. read more

They were great with communication, cheapest priced, but good quality. Family owned biz and installed within a couple days. Highly recommend

They provided an upfront estimate, arrived on the allotted window and were professional during execution. Would work with them again.

I needed a replacement bottom door seal for my garage door that had been chewed by rats. Pauline is super responsive and gave me an online quote very quickly. Their quote was much more affordable than the big-name garage door company I called the day before. James arrived on time and replaced my seal quickly and gave me several tips for keeping animals out of the garage. I'm very happy to have found Fast Fix! read more

This is the third time this company has come out immediately the next day to replace broken garage door springs and replaced a garage motor. Even though they didn't have too, they honored the discounted price they told me last time they were here and I did not tske advantageof it. They didn't have to give it to me this time around but they did and this is what makes them ABOVE AND BETTER than anyone else I've used to fix our garage door issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. They have proven time and again their character and are the BEST at what they do. They are in and out FAST with no up selling or try to gouge you for labor, no service fee and they don't bs you. Fast Fix Garage Door service lives up to their name, service and very fair pricing. read more

I had a terrific experience with Fast Fix and wanted to share. There are a number of garage door companies in our area, but I found their prices and service to be all over the place. Pauline set me up for an appointment (she is delightful btw), and Steve showed up and repaired a broken spring. It was fast and efficient, and the price was way below a quote that I had gotten. As an added bonus, Steve had a spare exterior remote that he was able to program for me on the spot. I happen to be in the market for a garage door for a separate property and will be using Fast Fix for that job as well. 5 stars for Fast Fix. read more

Fast Fix Garage Door - Replaced the broken coils - Garage Door Services Near Me - McKinney, Texas

When getting quotes on Yelp I really appreciate when the service provider can get a quote, or even a guesstimate on costs. While other garage door companies needed to stop by for a quote, Fast Fix Garage Door got me on instantly. Being the first one getting me the quote made my choice easy. I went with them. Pauline scheduled service in two days. Living up to their name, their techs came out and got the job done fast. Now we have a new weather strip that'll keep out the weather and the rodents (that's another story - for an amazing rodent removal/pest control company Xpert Pest Control rocks!). Also, we have a new garage door keypad that will allow me to have easy access to my home - especially useful for the days we have the maid service over (Emily's Maids of Dallas is amazing!!). Hate to say we accidentally had them locked out and this garage door panel will put an end to that. So in conclusion, they are amazingly professional and fast. I can see why they have all these well-earned 5 star reviews. read more

Wow. Fast Fix did excellent on every level! I had a reply for a quote in less than ten minutes! I also got same day service in a matter of hours! Jamie diagnosed the issue in under 1 minute. My door was repaired in less than 30 minutes and at a very good cost! Fast Fix is now on speed dial for all repairs or replacements! Thanks! read more

I requested that my garage door be repaired. They sent 2 men...a father and son out to repair my door. Father is from Trenton and can't remember which small town son is from. They determined that I needed a replacement circuit board. They came back a few days later with the circuit board that was ordered. The owner told me that it would cost $292. For both the labor for installation and the circuit board part. After they finished they handed me a bill for $430. !!!! I said this is not the amount that we agreed. The father said we charged you an additional $69. Per door to spray the springs with lubricant!!! I said this is highway robbery and clearly a deceitful business trade practice!!! I called Pauline the owner, and she agreed to accept $390......but this is still $100. More than our original agreed amount. I told her that unless she stood behind her original quote...I would warn others.... Also, these same two men went to my neighbor's farm gate, and convinced my neighbor to open the gate and let them inside to his property. ..OBVIOUSLY they were at the wrong property...even though they were at my property only a few days prior!!! I recommend do not do business with this company, because the owner doesn't stand behind her job estimates and hires shady sub contractors. read more

Called Sunday to have my garage door looked at.Company called early Monday morning to arrange a time to come out. Lady on the phone was so pleasant to talk to. Service techs came out at scheduled time and fixed what was wrong in 10 minutes. No pressure and very professional. Will highly recommend this company to my neighbors. Finally in this crazy world we still have local businesses that actually care. Thank you. read more

My garage door was kind of loud, and I'm an "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" kinda girl, so...I called Fast Fix Garage Door to come out for a maintenance appointment, to check everything and see if they could make the door quieter. Jamie arrived on time, and did indeed make my door quieter. He checked and oiled and tightened everything, and we discussed the door springs. As I didn't know when the previous homeowner had last replaced them, doing the math in years I then decided the next day to schedule a follow-up appointment for him to come back and replace them. That "ounce of prevention" thing again... Better to be safe than sorry! Pauline was quick to answer emails, and scheduling appointments were easy. Highly recommend! read more

Fixed a sagging garage door for us. Responded quickly and the price was very fair.

I have to tell you they were extremely prompt with a response to my questions and guided me to the best options for my needs including replacing my door opener with a belt driven model vs the chain driven we already had which was horribly noisy even w/ adjusting and lubricating. The repairman was friendly, informative, fast and very clean work. My door looks amazing and is super quiet. I definitely would recommend this company and they were by far the best pricing over all. The hardware was excellent compared to what I already had in the first place. read more

Our garage door spring broke. I went to Yelp to find a place with good reviews. I reached out to a few that said they offer quotes. Fast Fix was the only one that actually gave me a quote without someone having to come look at it. Within a couple of hours they had someone here to fix it. They were very efficient, and the final price was within the range they quoted me. read more

The team at Fast Fix Garage door are fast and reliable. They were quick to respond to my VM, came out the next day for a free inspection and quote. Arrived on time, professional service, honest work, resolved issue, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

In response to Pauline's "response," and also to address the complaining phone call I received the night I posted this.... I told you, Pauline, that Jamie did not represent you well. He cost me over $1200 one night because when he came out during the day, he was unable to diagnose and remedy the problem and I was terrified because the door wouldn't close, even with the track disengaged. Then he lacked the belt he said I needed, and said I needed a new opener. I didn't. The expensive one he put in doesn't even have replaceable light bulbs, and the sensors that cause the lights to come on if I walk through the beam stopped working in a month. Late night calls? You advertise 24 hour service. Oh, yeah, Jamie doesn't like to do after hours work. But you really can't complain when you advertise a service and I (or another customer) trusts that. The new company? THEY ARE GREAT, not rude either, or condescending as Jamie always has been, and you have lately become, sadly. I see you left other bad reviews unresponded to. Had I read these reviews, I never would have called on you. ALSO, you complained about how much work you had done for me. I paid every last cent asked for, immediately. I'm sorry, but Fast Fix has taken a sad downturn since taking on Jamie. And Nick (his son) never seems to do anything but run to the truck when told to. Nice kid. Dad? There is a reason I don't want Fast Fix any more. If it was like it was to start with--not cheap by any means, but good--I'd still be your customer. I have always been kind and honest. And I am being kind (believe me!) now. Steve and Pauline are wonderful. Jamie, not so much. My garage door had a problem, he couldn't diagnose it, I was later in a huge jam that cost me over a grand. Steve came out, fixed the problem that Jamie missed, and only charged me for the part. Next time there was a problem, Jamie came out, said I needed a new belt, and he had used the last one on his truck. (My first thought was, you can use these belts on trucks?) He said he would have to install a whole new opener, even though I only needed a belt. I am older, disabled, and on a limited income. The new opener (which doesn't even have bulbs to be replaced when the time comes, so I have that to look forward to) was $680!!! Then they screwed up my remote by programming my gate button to the garage door opener. I bet a belt would have been loads less, and that he could have gotten a belt as fast as he could get the high dollar opener I really didn't need. So I have a new garage door company, and I will miss Pauline and Steve, as they have taken good care of me for about 5 years. But Jamie? I won't miss him. He refuses to come out after hours in an emergency too, even though I only live about 10 miles from him. The new company has been amazing. Grayson Door and Gate. Ask for Matt. 214-642-7432 I told Pauline that Jamie doesn't represent them well, but they still have him. If you can get Steve, I highly recommend Fast Fix. If not, keep looking. (I see other poor reviews, which I can tell are about Jamie "from Trenton.") read more

The perfect rating is there for a reason. Honest and not looking to extort you on pricing. My wife heard a loud boom in the garage I went outside and saw the spring had snapped. He made a pit stop to check the damage and insure it was set safely and returned later with the supplies (our door is outdated) he needed to finish the job. My garage door broke a spring during this weather madness we're having in Texas. I searched on yelp and came across Fast Fix Garage Door. It was late Thursday night, and decided to try the "request a quote" feature on yelp. I wrote a short note that my spring was broken; and within 5 minutes, the owner was already contacting me with a quote. We scheduled Saturday morning for the repair, and as of now, I have two new springs (I figured if one spring broke, the other would break soon so go ahead and get both replaced). The repair man showed up on time and got straight to work removing the old springs and installing the new ones. The conversation was relaxed and it was nice to talk to another human for a bit while he worked on the spring replacements. The price was reasonable, however deviated from the original quote slightly, because the original quote probably didn't include two springs; which is fine. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, a huge stress relief, and I can't recommend Fast Fix Garage Door enough. Thanks for the great service! read more
