The previous owners left a Farmersville overhead business card taped in the garage so I decided to call. Explained the issue & I was told a tech would come out shortly. About 2 hours later I got a call that one was on the way. He was able to not only fix my garage door that had the wire break off that held it up, but he also fixed the trim around it. I was a little nervous to expect a high bill but was pleasantly surprised when it only came to $125. The man who came was incredibly kind & helpful, & he took extra time to explain how my specific garage door worked. He gave me a quote to replace my motor since mine is a couple generations old but I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me a new one. I will absolutely use farmersville overhead anytime I have issues.

I dented the bottom panel of my 7-year-old garage door backing out of the garage. I was worried…read moreabout color matching the panel and getting it fixed right away so I wouldn't cause more damage. Joel came through for me in a big way! He immediately knew who manufactured the door from a picture of a sticker on its side, ascertained it was in stock in Dallas, drove there, picked it up, and installed it. Perfectly., I might add. Then he lubed up the door, cleaned up after himself, and tested it thoroughly before he left. I had other companies quote the job but they outright lied to me -- couldn't replace the panel, had to replace the whole door, etc. Joel explained to me that none of their crew gets commissions, and it's likely that the other companies paid their people to upsell. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Very reasonably priced, too.

Appreciated the quality of work however, from the guys who showed up to do the job. Joel took charge of the job & he was very knowledgeable & competent. He communicated very well as to what needed to be done, what possibly could need to be done & to the operating instructions at the end. It took them a bit longer to install the commercial grade opener than originally stated, but Joel wanted to make sure that everything was secure & installed properly which we appreciated. These openers cost a pretty penny to install so whatever it takes to keep them where they need to be is good for us. Had to pick up some cut metal pieces that were left in the driveway & some paper that apparently blew out of some boxes, but the door opener works like a charm & sure is saving me from having to pull on that chain! Thank you guys! I'd recommend Your Garage Door Guys & would have them out again if & when we have the other door opener installed as well!
