I had a remote but only for one door, and it may not have been working properly anyway. It was all weird. Yes Doors quickly assessed the situation & made a couple of recommendations to either fix the existing doors and get them working or "upgrade" to replace both doors. I chose to replace both doors and I'm so far pleased with the job! I'm glad to have garage doors that work now!

I went to find a good company that hopefully was right here in Rockwall, and I knocked both of those requisites out of the park! I called Rockwall Garage Door on Monday morning at 9:45. Damie came out and had a look and told me what I'd expected. It was a 15-year old door and one of the springs had busted. By 3:00 PM I had a new door (and rollers, the frame, and all that stuff) installed and working great and I was able to match the color of the door when they there on the first visit. This is the way things are supposed to work. Thanks, Rockwall Garage Door! I highly recommend them based on this transaction (which was done, by the way in the midst of some of the worst weather we've had in a long while). They were courteous and efficient at doing what I thought was a good price. Jack W Rockwall

I recently used Rockwall Garage Repair and while the technician was okay with the actual service,…read morethe overall experience left me frustrated and felt taken advantage of. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing. At no point was I given a proper estimate for the work that needed to be completed. I ended up being charged close to $500 for what was essentially a circuit board replacement. In my opinion, that cost is excessive. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to home repairs. Customers deserve to know what they're agreeing to before being handed a bill. Situations like this can feel like companies are hiding behind "inflation" to justify inflated prices. Because of this experience, I wouldn't recommend this company. If you do decide to use them, make sure you get a clear, written estimate upfront so you're not caught off guard by an unexpectedly high bill.

We called a different company to come assess the issue and they told us we needed to replace the entire door and that it would be upwards of $5,000. We then called this company for a second assessment and they sent someone out the next day. Ryan was super professional and came out to assess the problem. He ended up charging us only to replace the bolts and went above and beyond to tighten up/clean up everything like the springs while only charging us less than $200!! He also said there was no need to replace the whole door and reassured us that it was totally safe. He was fast and thorough and just a very nice guy. My door will go halfway up and then it STOPS!! I unhooked the chain and could use JUST 2 fingers to lift the door. So I hook the chain back on and it stops halfway up again. Now I have to help the door up. I called and spoke to CHUCK and told him what was going on. I asked for a new Motor to be sent out and all CHUCK could do was talk about money. He wanted a fee for having someone come out when the part HAS a WARRANTY!! he's say no other part is covered and I would have to buy a NEW motor. I told him I didn't need anything but a new Motor. CHUCK wouldn't listen to me. So new OVERHEAD DOORS won't stand behind the product they built unless you buy something from them. So I'll go to Home Depot and buy a new door opener and when people ask me about OVERHEAD DOORS, I'll tell them how crappy they are. I'm going to GOOGLE NEXT, then Yelp, then Facebook, ECT...You guy's are a CRAP COMPANY to do Business with.
