My tech Jordan was AMAZING. So communicative, punctual, and incredibly kind. The company pricing was fair and clearly laid out. No hidden fees and no "gotcha" tactics. He was honest and open about the issue and didn't try to upsell me. Everything was explained out before he started work. Even offered to cover his shoes before he came in. I will 1000% recommend this company and especially Jordan to anyone. read more

Absolutely amazing! Wish they were open on weekends as I had an emergency repair needed but they were there first thing Monday morning to assess and got the garage back on track in a jiffy! Definitely expensive but expected for the products needed. read more

Well. Wow. A totally front to back amazing experience. From first contact with Meadows Garage Doors (fast, efficient, responsive) to arrival of Jovanni Angon: our emergency burned out garage door motor (smoking) was handled with mind-blowing beauty. 10 stars! :) Seriously. We knew we were coming up on a replacement of the entire door as well (bent aluminum panels). The options that Jovanni walked us through were very satisfying for approaches to resolve the decaying old setup. We went through options and decisions; got great advice and tips; Jovanni totally knows his trade: doors, motors, framework, electronics of the existing home wiring; and, found the original manufacturer dates of our old bits of "Frankenstein door". :) Monday (today) was work day: amazing in total. Work, then he discovered the original wiring we could use so the old floppy external wiring could be cleaned up. Set up and walk through the unit. WOW! I am actually excited for my new garage opener. The new doors in our preferred black color will arrive on about 3 or 4 weeks. But this new opener ... AWESOMENESS! So quiet i can barely hear it. Stupendous experience all in all. Great technician (garage system engineer seems more applicable). Heartily recommend! read more

Meadows Garage Door Repair & Installation - Jovaani with the happy customer! - Garage Door Services Near Me - Roanoke, Texas

Yesterday, I filled out a request for a Meadows technician to provide me with an estimate for the replacement of the Wood Garage door broken springs. The appt. was confirmed via phone within 30 minute. The Appt was set for 4:00pm on a Friday, i was always aware of when Jovanni M, the technician will arrive via a life link. The first 30 min were spend in checking the door (every single inch), weight of the door and evaluation of how old and the type of springs installed 18 years ago. After providing me with diagnostic and showing me every single part damage, I was given five different levels of service with its cost, pros and cons, guarantees and outcomes. i was fully aware of the parts and the work to be done ahead of time. if you want a company insured with skilled professionals to work on your garage doors, this is the company to call in the Lantana, TX area! You will be happy to call Meadows Garage Door Repair!! read more

We've used Meadows in the past and were satisfied customers, so they were our first call when our kids accidentally dented a neighbor's garage door panel. That goodwill evaporated quickly. Their technician told us the damaged panel couldn't be sourced and that a full door replacement was the only option. Curious, I spent five minutes on the phone with the original manufacturer and learned that an identical replacement panel is readily available -- just sold under a rebranded name. Not only was Meadows' full-door quote more then four times the cost of simply replacing the damaged panel with the modern equivalent, but the door they proposed was actually inferior to the existing one, with a noticeably worse insulation rating. Their full door quote was nearly double that of fully replacing the existing door with the modern rebranded product. That level of either incompetence or dishonesty is hard to overlook -- but what troubles me most is wondering whether the garage door they replaced on our own home years ago actually needed replacing at all. I'd encourage anyone to do even a little homework before accepting their diagnosis. There are plenty of other garage door companies in the area; I'd start there. Responding to Jason's comment, I spoke directly with the original manufacturer. I was told the replacement panel is still available under a rebranded name and is visually identical to the existing door with the only change being an interior hinge. What he's saying simply isn't true. That's what makes this frustrating from my perspective -- your company strongly pushed a full door replacement as the only viable option. read more

My door was starting to wobble and make noise. Additionally, I would periodically see my keypad cover was up - and my neighbor's keypad would be up on the same day - so I was convinced someone was periodically trying to figure out the code for my garage. I called Meadows to check the door and offer some solutions, and I got much more than I expected. Jovanni was the nicest man ever, so personable, and you can just tell he is truly honest. He also loves his job, even in the heat and humidity. We didn't replaced the door itself, but he overhauled a lot of worn door parts, replaced the old garage door opener with a new one with a camera, and also installed a remote keypad with a camera. All controllable online. The job he did was very detailed and professional, and he left the garage near the door much cleaner than when he got there. I feel very good about the investment, the quality of work, and I am especially glad I found Meadows and that Jovanni was assigned to me! read more

Meadows Garage Door Repair & Installation - Jovanni, Me and the new opener and repaired door - Garage Door Services Near Me - Roanoke, Texas

I had Meadows repair my garage door a couple years ago and had them out today for the yearly p.m. on my garage doors. The service technician, Angel, showed up on time in the scheduled appointment window and was extremely courteous and informative as he performed the preventative maintenance. He gave me an honest evaluation of the condition of my garage door openers and quoted replacements without being pushy so I have it handy in the future if needed. I highly recommend Meadows and their service technician, Angel, if you're in need of garage door opener or service. read more

They are awesome. Our seller did not leave garage door openers and something was preventing the after market ones we bought from connecting. The garage door was also very noisy when going up and down. The service tech, John was punctual and did a very thorough inspection. The cost was reasonable and it is working great! If you're in the area and need service...these are the guys. read more

I had two garage door openers fail within weeks of each other which was a major inconvenience since I exit and enter my house primarily through these garage doors. Meadows had a real person connected with the business vs an answering service used by the others I called. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. The next day they came out on time and quickly pointed out a number of issues with some of the major components of the whole system. The openers need replacing which I had expected since they were the original ones and 15 years old. They also determined that one of the units had a bad circuit board, multiple rollers on the doors with bad bearings, and that incorrect door springs had been installed by the last company I had service these items. They scheduled an appointment to install new openers and replace the faulty door equipment two business days later. They arrived on time and gave me a heads up call when they were on their way also!. They sent a crew of 4 people who were thorough and professional. When they were done they programmed the remote FOBs for me and also helped me program the built in door transmitters in my cars as well. They also did a great job of cleaning up not only their mess but also swept out my whole garage as well. I can't say enough good things about Tate and Cutter who were my primary contacts and in location working. I will call no one else in the future to service my garage door opening system! I recommend them highly for their quality of service and attention to detail. You can't go wrong by selecting Meadows Garage Door Company! Ken R. read more

I called Meadows around 2pm about an appointment to repair our garage door opener that was not opening and closing properly. Rafael came out at 4pm and diagnosed the problem as requiring a new spring and rollers. By 5:30, the door was fixed and now opens and closes better and quieter than ever. The cost was very reasonable. If you have garage door or opener problems, call Meadows. Great people and service and they won't try rip you off. Highly recommend. read more

Our garage door somehow got out of whack on Sunday. I searched one of the local Facebook groups and saw Meadows Garage Doors recommended over and over, so we gave them a call. Left a message with their answering service late Sunday afternoon, received a call back within 10 minutes, and Rafael come out this morning - the very next day! He was even able to tell us what part will fail next! As so many have done before, we highly recommend Meadows Garage Doors! read more

We called Meadows Garage Doors based in neighborhood recommendations. So glad we did. We worked with Jason and he took the time to explain our options and the pros and cons of different garage door materials. He was patient with our color choice and helped us make the right call. While our openers were working fine, Jason noticed that they were not at the right height and made the adjustment to avoid future stress on the openers. It's never fun to spend money on home maintenance but we had a great experience with Meadows and are really pleased with the service and work. And I love the sticker that was put in our garage to make it easy to reach out again. Thanks to Jason and the team. We definitely recommend Meadows Garage Doors. read more

Replaced our 10 yr old garage door openers on Cedar garage doors. Jason (owner) is dynamite. Love the new openers!

I've used Meadows a couple of times now. Very quick response and professional service. Brett did a great job working late on a Friday to make sure we were taken care of. Couldn't be happier. They changed the order of my panels so that the window panel is now the top panel, general maintenance, replaced the ball bearings, tightened the spring, and programmed all our cars or remotes. Garage door failed on the way to an event on the weekend. I had fixed the same issue before but in my haste, I made it worse. Called several door service companies and only Meadows was able to provide a tech the same day. AMAZING. Very impressed with the company that is '2nd' generation birthed from an uncle's company in Florida. Unusual customer service approach and very knowledgable. They were able to get the garage door working so my wife's car wasn't left outside all weekend. (score! or I would have been in the dog house). They scheduled a return to replace some damaged parts the next business day. All is fixed. Running better than before. Very reasonable prices. read more

Absolutely could not have been nicer and expert at the job. Hugo came same day, replaced springs, bearings and glide wheels. Fair price for an excellent job. Same day service and was genuinely a super nice guy! read more

Jason and his crew were the nicest people to work with. (Unlike some of the other nation-wide companies that I tried to speak with.) Made an appointment in the afternoon for an estimate and consultation. They were able to install the new unit the same day!!! Very professional and courteous, Jason was able to provide us with an honest assessment of our 15-year-old garage door opener and recommended the LiftMaster as well as new sealed rollers. Although we had a chain drive unit installed, (our initial thought was to have a belt-drive, but Jason advised us that the unit wouldn't last due to the heavy wooden door.) it is sooo quiet and able to handle the heavy double wood door. Impressed with the smooth operation and the new technology that links to our MyQ app. Jason took the time to program all our vehicles and the app. Great to see a local family business doing well in our community and will certainly contact them again for any garage projects. Came out same day I called. Replaced springs and did a great job.

Our garage door was off balance and once my wife and I realized we couldn't fix it on our own we decided to give Meadow Garage Doors a call after a quick Yelp search. Don't be deterred by the lack of reviews. I called Meadows and they were at my house within an hour and a half on a Tuesday evening. I received a text with confirmation and a link is provided so you can track your technician in route to your home. Jason was friendly and fixed the issue, then he proceeded to explain what caused the issue and what to do to fix it. He didn't try to upcharge us or pressure us. Highly recommend and I'll be calling meadows for any future issues. read more

Called Meadows yesterday for an old, spotty, jammed garage door opener that finally quit and wiring that was opening the door when the light button was pressed on the keypad. After getting quotes and timelines from other companies, Meadows had the quickest service response time and most reasonable pricing. I chose to buy my opener from meadows because they offer higher end products and warranty the work. Hugo was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. In a few short hours I had a new opener, new rail, indoor & outdoor keypads, and wiring installed. Hugo was very nice and there was no salesman like gimmicks or product pushing. I would highly recommend Meadows Garage Doors! read more

We had to have our garage redone after it was replaced with this company. The first door they placed was trash. It was scratched up all over and didn't even fit our garage. There were gaps everywhere. Also, the hardware that was supposed to go on the inside, was placed on the outside. It was horrible. I'd like to add also that the two gentlemen who worked on first door and our second door all used our RECYCLING bin for their dirty and nasty trash. It also had trash from the garage doors put in it. The trash had Panda food boxes and sauces all in it. Dr. Pepper cans, etc. Not sure how your trash is the customer's responsibility, but. Anyway. I'd probably go elsewhere. I'm sure there are better out there. Hopefully so. read more

Jason at Meadows Garage Doors was very friendly and helpful. The quote that was given prior to arrival was more than reasonable. In addition, he looked at the entire system, not just the initial problem. He was definitely a problem solver and took pride in making sure the entire garage door and garage door opener worked properly by doing several tests. I felt like he knew his name was on the work, therefore, wanted it to be top-notch. I also personally like that Meadows Garage Doors is local and family owned. Thanks, Jason. read more
