The quote he provided was very reasonable compared to the other companies who responded with some of the same promises of quality and warranty. By the time I'd made my decision to move forward it was late in the afternoon, so Don committed to coming out early the next morning. He provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time.
