Came here for my departments holiday lunch yesterday and unfortunately it was not very memorable. The customer service was decent and our server (forgot her name) was friendly and attentive with refilling our waters. Thing is, the customer service isn't what has deterred me from coming back. It was the food. The chef/line cooks have no vision for presentation. It was as if they just blanched the noodles , dumped it in the bowl, threw in the veggies and mixed it with a fork. I had the "Salmone Con Due Salse" and it was practically nonedble, salmon was somehow overcooked on the outside, while still raw in the middle and the entire thing was soggy. I made a reservation last night for 4.45 but was late. Somehow , the hostess made the tables for seven of us. Justine was our server. We had fried calamari and capriccio for appetizers. They were good. We had each our meals. However, I was disappointed that Osso boco was unavailable last night. We were not late yet it was unavailable on the menu. Justine was stretched out to many tables. About the tables, they are quite tight considering the spaces are limited. The ambience is nice. Italian words written on the corners of the walls. Recent visit. Went in around 8pm, a little late for dinner and it was cold out so I was worried it wouldn't be great, but I was wrong. The patio was so warm we didn't need our big jackets but still had sweaters on. We got the mussels and clams in white sauce and shared a linguine Alfredo. It was VERY good. Mussel and calm sauce was so good I kept scooping the juices onto my pasta. My favorite part was the fresh bread. They bring olive oil and balsamic to the table, the bread is a mix of breads, they were all great with a pre dinner drink they tasted amazing soaked up in the mussels and clam sauce. The Alfredo was perfect size for splitting. The sauce was creamy and mild. The waitress was fast and friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the visit. It is a very nice spot for a date. came here for a last minute date on valentine's day around 3:40, my boyfriend and I got seated immediately with no reservation which was super nice! the ambiance is super romantic and perfect for a date night, we enjoyed having our valentine dinner here. we started off with appetizers and espresso martinis. the bruschetta we had was SOO SOO SO DELICIOUS! every bite was so savory and so bomb. this was our first time ever trying espresso martinis which were also very good and smooth. I ordered a chicken piccata plate and my boyfriend ordered the chicken parmigiana. the plate that i got wasn't too appetizing and honestly lacked a lot of seasoning, or love. maybe it's just the plate I tried but it didn't ruin my experience. our server was so nice and helpful with us I didn't get her name but she gave us very great service! overall, we had a pleasant dining experience and we will definitely come back! read more

Damn, I'm actually bummed out to leave this review... It would have most definitely been a 4 starer, but they charged my party of 11 $33.00 for bringing a cake in for a birthday. They didn't even cut the cake. They just dropped off a few plates, forks and bam! Charged us $33.00. Anyways, we had such a great night which is why it really sucked to have it end like that. What an absolute discouraging experience and rip off! I came here today to celebrate a birthday and they wanted to charge me 2 bucks per person to cut a birthday cake are you kidding me? Is business so bad that they're charging to cut a cake now? I felt so uncomfortable bringing my family here, I'll NEVER come here again. The experience has been horrible so far, the place is half empty and we've been waiting over an hour just to be served. It totally sucks! And I made a reservation! The place is practically empty, come on! Seriously, I don't even feel comfortable opening birthday gifts because I'm afraid they're going to charge for that too.. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone I know as it's definitely not a family place, and they treat people like they want you in and out. No hospitality whatsoever. The vibe here totally sucks, very unwelcoming! We got here at 640pm it's now 805pm and we're still waiting.. Bummer I asked for the owners number to complain and the best they could do was give me a corporate email. Just great! I hope they read this email. It was like we were in an episode of Kitchen Nightmare before chef Ramsey arrived. Disgusting dirty stained menus, parts of the wall chipping off( not part of the decor),stale bread, and "Tilt-O -wheel" table. . The food was not fresh either. A microwave played a big role in the preparation of our food. The owner /chef should look at what they are serving. Very sad cause we liked this place in the past. Server was good.
