When I called the office, they were extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I called the local DIRECTV office Satellite Works who completed my service this weekend and everything is going well. I found my tech walking me through every part of the installation process in my home. So glad to know and forever grateful that hard working folks still exist. I give them a 5.

I have the DSL internet This is the worst internet service…read moreyou can get . I have had this service for 6 years It was ok for about 4 years then it got bad. It's down at least 3 or more days every month and it takes several days to get someone to fix it. It's difficult to get someone on the phone that even cares. And the worst part is it's only 5 or 6 megabytes down load and less than 1 megabyte upload but I cost $135 a month. Maybe their fiber service is better but their customer service is very poor. If you have any other options for internet it can't be any worse.

The company does NOT credit your bill when they should for outages or plan changes. They bill an entire month ahead! You quite literally pay for services you may not even receive. I have ALWAYS paid my bill before it's even due regardless of the service. East Texas has no competition for them so they steady make it a business of conning and threatening elderly customers out of money! The internet charges in this part of Texas are twice the amount that you would pay in central Texas. This company is very crooked.
