No one ever called me back-I had to call them. Once I did get a hold of someone, they told me to contact my homeowners insurance and never took responsibility to what their employees did to my furniture. Most of us don't wish to acknowledge our ultimate death, but doing some planning now makes the process easier for our descendants.
