The pictures on the website and even a cursory view from the ground seemed to reaffirm their statement as the vent stacks and attic vents must have been recently painted because they looked brand new from the ground. Fortunately, I still wanted a professional opinion so I called Chella Roofing for an inspection and Brandon went out to the property the very next day to inspect my roof and found some issues with the roof that only a trained eye would detect. He sent my an very detailed inspection report with plenty of pictures and a thorough explanation of each problem area later that very same day. This information was priceless to me as a buyer ready to sign on the dotted line for such a substantial purchase. We are now counter-offering to determine an acceptable solution to our roofing issues. I can not thank Brandon and Chella Roofing enough for their prompt and professional service. I recommend them unequivocally.

They not only did what they promised, but they demonstrated their desire to help make the experience as easy for us as they could. I highly recommend Mr Moovit, Richard Williams and his team.

The entire team lacked professionalism throughout the process. Eddie would say one thing and then do something completely different, and it became clear that he has a very selective memory when it comes to what was agreed upon. I reached out directly to Eddie through a detailed text message expressing my concerns about the installation of my windows. He never responded--not even an acknowledgment. That alone spoke volumes about the level of customer service. He also provided an estimate to repair the vinyl on my home, and later tried to renege on the work he originally agreed to perform. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and reliability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend T&E Vinyl Siding & Seamless Gutters. Communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential in this type of work, and unfortunately, they fell short in all three areas.
